Absolutely in awww with this nail salon!!! After a 2 year search (relocating from NY) I have definitely found my nail heaven! Tiffany is my to go to - she is the Nail Master hands down! She slayed my wedding nails like no other ❤ all of the ladies in the shop are amazing and talented. Im so happy with this salon! Definitely recommend it!!!

I was so pleased with my toes that Lee did today! I didn’t have an appointment but I did get there right at 9AM and she took me. I loved the fact that she got my ingrown toe nails because that was my main concern. I will be going back 🙂

I had every intention on Inspire Nails becoming my go to nail salon. Myself and my daughter had an appointment 9/18/2021 @ 9:30 a.m. we were there literally 4 hrs.The service was poor and I wont be returning. Tiffany asked another co-worker if me and my daughter had an appointment and insisted she didnt see our names written in the book which indeed it was. As if I would lie about it seriously! Of course Im aware that things happen but when you have an appointment its no excuse. Although I absolutely love my nail polish it was rushed. My money and time are valuable and no one will make me feel less than!!!

I always have Jenny do my nails and she does an amazing job of it! She is always efficient and does my nails the way that I want. My mom and I have been going here for a while and we are always treated with kindness and respect. Overall, the business does tend to be pretty busy, so I would make an appointment if you can.

This was my very first time coming to this nail and beauty salon. My technician was Tiffany, who provided the best service I had ever received from any nail tech. I’m not even over exaggerating the service provided was extraordinary. From when I sat in the set Tiffany took her time. I showed her what I was looking to receive and she did just that. She cute my cuticles first, drilled my nails precisely and she didn’t burn me not even once. Felt like I received a minor manicure before she applied the nails. Everyone was extremely nice and generous. I just moved to North Carolina and have been to another salon who service doesn’t even compare to the service I received here. I am so grateful cuz I do not play about my nails but some nail techs will rush on your nails because their ready to get it over and done or want to get to the next client. I love love love this place and I will definitely be coming back without a question❤️‍🔥

Amazing! The ladies were all super sweet. Quin was my nail artist and she was lovely and did a fantastic job on my nails!! This is my new regular salon from now on!! I decided to try this place last week because it had stellar reviews and all the pictures of their work looked amazing. While I really like the set I ended up with, I was less than impressed with their customer service.When I called to make an appointment, I was put on hold for 20 minutes and I actually had to hang up and call again. Making the appointment ended up being pointless, though, because I still had to wait half an hour for someone to start on my nails. When someone did finally start removing my old set, she left shortly after to work on someone else. Eventually I ended up with someone and she did a good job for the most part.Im going to give Inspire another chance when its time to get my nails done again, but this time Ill make sure to schedule my appointment on a day theyre less busy and to request a specific nail tech. Hopefully that will make my experience better.

I travel almost an hour to come here, passing many other nail salons along the way. The staff here is wonderful, extremely friendly and thorough. They do any design you want! My husband gets regular pedicures here as well. His toe nails are so much healthier since we started. I will not go anywhere else!!!!

Excellent job, Came almost at closing time, and even though they were super busy, they still helped me repair my broken nail that had been causing me so much pain. The guy was very nice. I didn’t catch his name, but I appreciate he took care of my emergency.

This is the best salon in the 336. I’ve been to several others, and this salon’s skill and customer service are unmatched. They keep a very clean, comfortable, and friendly environment. You can get beautiful nails on a budget or get super fancy nails all in one place. Also they have waxing and eyelashes and micro blading. Inspire nails has someone for everyones needs. This place is amazing! I was a walk-in appointment and was able to be seated almost right away. everything is sanitary. I seen them clean with sanitizer spay after each person left. Tiffany took her time doing my nails, and made sure it was perfect. I definitely recommend this place!

After going to this nail salon in the mall. I was so disappointed they shaped my nails wrong and they were too long I was so upset 😡. I normally get a full set of acrylic but I was recommended the SNS so I tried it and it turned out amazing. I showed them what I wanted and it turned out even better than the picture. Everyone here is so nice and talented so it’s definitely worth me driving 50 minutes to get my nails done. This was my third time here and I will definitely be back!

Tiffany is unprofessional I had appt at 12 lunch time . So get there soak my nail off and one of the lady says she not coming because it’s raining and I can’t get out of bed . Didn’t have nerve call me hr or 2 before to let me know .. had me drive there to soak my nail off and say she can’t get out of bed unprofessional!!! Don’t recommend this place!!

I get SNS done here each month. I have seen multiple Nail Techs and everyone is kind and professional. I love hard strong my nails are and that they rarely break between visits. The one time that a nail broke, they saw me the next day to fix it for free. I do recommend making an appointment. I never got my nails done continuously before I came here. I loved how they looked so much that I am a nail regular!

I visited this salon two weeks ago and I found it to be amazing. The techs are well versed and knowledgeable. Everyone is very friendly and polite. I don’t get my nails done often but I definitely will now! This has become my new favorite salon. I showed them a picture of the style I was looking for and they absolutely nailed it!

I had an appointment for eyelash extensions, I get there a bit early and see the person that was going to work on me is busy, I said no worries since I still had some time left until my appointment was actually going to happen But when my appointment time came up, she seemed to not care about my appointment and continued to work on what she was doing. I continued to wait and wait. They wanted to make me wait like 30-40 minutes longer. Which I couldn’t because i had other plans! They then started talking about me (in their language) and giving me ugly looks, i know they were upset with me leaving but WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING AN APPOINTMENT AND THEM NOT RESPECTING IT. We also have things to do and that is why we schedule appointments. Time is precious!!!!

They did a great job on the blue ombré nails I wanted including other designs. And it was very fairly priced.

Ladies please if you are a stickler about your nails and want them done amazingly well then this is the place to go. Not kidding and no they didnt ask me to write this. This is my honest af opinion. While I am satisfied with the work I am disappointed with their appointment schedule. We were there five minutes before our appointment and did not get started for almost 2 hours after our scheduled time. Great work, terrible time management

I originally gave five stars, but regretfully have to change my rating.Problem #1I tried this place the first time and decided I wanted a manicure and gel nails for a few weeks instead of dip nails because I did not want to go through the process of a complete soak off every time I come. I was coaxed into getting dip nails though by a few technicians, including the owner. The technician that was assigned to me did a good manicure and my nails looked nice. However, I did not get what I came in for originally.Problem #2On the next visit, that technician was off, so I received someone new. I requested SNS nails and a manicure again but as a manicure, I received a quick soak in water and a drilling to remove my excess cuticle. This causes many lines in my already thin nail bed. The “technician” said “it’s the best way because the cuticle is so thick.” My nails look nice, but I did not like the so-called manicure.Problem #3On the third visit, I requested the same technician and asked for a manicure and SNS nails, but with a plain color. I chose a basic white, but she came back with a pastel color. It was pretty but not what I wanted. I insisted on the white. The manicure, AGAIN, consisted of a quick soak in water and then DRILLING off the excess cuticle. My nails LOOKED decent but three came right off in a few days. I went back the same week and showed them. I expressed that I want to use the ACTUAL SNS brand for dip nails. They and many other salons use different brands, but call them SNS. It IS a difference and I particularly like the true SNS products. If they aren’t using them, they should not call it that. It’s called dip nails or whatever BRAND, they are using. (In example, Kiara Sky, Chisel, etc.) I also complained about the lines in my nail bed from the drilling. She again said it must be done that way. The owner and another technician whom wasn’t even in the conversation agreed. It was then that I got upset and let them know that a manicure consists of a soaking, an application of a cuticle solvent and then pushing excess cuticle back with a cuticle pusher and using the cuticle nipper to remove remaining cuticle. I told them if they do not provide that service just “say it!” Needless to say, they all got quiet. Eventually this really sweet technician started on my nails. She gave me a REAL manicure and used “SNS” brand for my dip nails. Her attitude was impeccable, my nails look amazing and I wasn’t charged for the services.I really did not want to write a review like this BUT nail services are expensive and customers deserve the right to get what we want and get it done correctly! I shared at the last minute that I am a cosmetologist AND an instructor in the Art, so I KNOW that what I was getting was not correct. I CAN do the services myself but I go to them because I want to relax and pamper myself. I wanted to be a regular customer and even sent my daughter there and she bought her friend, so they gained two customers because of me. Needless to say, I will not be returning to them. I will have to treat my nails now to restore them from the damage of all that unnecessary drilling. The two stars are for Jenny and Mimi, the first and last technician that HEARD and DID what I wanted. THANKS LADIES. You guys INSPIRE me. 💖💖

One of the best nail salons I’ve ever been to! They have the powder gel polish (I think it’s called SES?) which lasts a long time and it’s only $35 (that’s with no designs but they do designs if you want them). The staff are very friendly and kind. Also it’s next door to a stupendous deli so that is a PLUS as well. Will be going back!

This was my first time at Inspire, and let me tell you this salon did not disappoint! I was greeted immediately by Alyssa, and I loved how she gave me a few minutes to view all the beautiful colors before I was prepped for old nail removal. I know how important appointments are, but when I went to inspire nails I had just gotten off work and was unable to make an appointment. I was a walk-in an hour before they closed, and yet they welcomed me with opened arms. I was so shocked that they were able to work me in, and on top of that they were so kind and welcoming. The employees here are not only friendly but they all have such up beat and bubbly personalities. They made my experience fun and my nail tech Tiffany was incredible! She not only gave me what I wanted, she exceeded my expectations! I would recommend this place to anyone, and I will definitely be coming back!

I cannot say ENOUGH about this salon. I haven’t found someplace in this town that i like just yet, and three nails i currently had on were horrible. Very warm atmosphere. Busy which is a good sign. And when i got my chance to work with Nicky, i was beyond pleased! She was super sweet, very personable and took time and consideration with my nails. They look pristine!
