I have been going to Kathy Nails for many years. They are very friendly and professional. The prices are very reasonable. They are using excellent safety and sanitation practices during the current pandemic. They wear masks and have a great social distancing procedure in place. Felt rushed, not relaxing

These ladies do a great job! So pleased with my pedicure! Feels great and atmosphere is great. Always feel welcomed! No wait, was able to walk right in. :)

Manicure and eyebrows. Worst I’ve ever had at any salon I’ve ever been to in my life. The manicure lasted maybe five minutes.She rushed through the job and barely cut the cuticles I didn’t even get my hands soaked nothing like I’ve ever had in a regular salon. The eyebrows were the same way she use the wax and that was all she didn’t even use the tweezers on them it took not even one minute to do the eyebrows. I should’ve known better because it was Valentine’s Day in the afternoon and the place was empty there were only two or three other people getting pedicures. I Definitely do not recommend the salon to anyone. I paid 25.00 dollars and it wasnt worth 10.00. I will never go back and certainly will never recommend.

I got a pedicure. My attendant was quiet but paid close attention to my responses. My feet are ticklish so she laughed with me. Calming, peaceful atmosphere. Nice foot & leg massage.

I read other positive reviews and decided to give Kathy Nails a try. Ive had my nails done in the past and this was, by far, my favorite place. They closed earlier than I thought. When I walked in and realized there wasnt going to be much time, I was going to leave out of consideration for the employees. However, they welcomed me in, with a smile, and insisted that they would love to take care of my nails. I watched them clean the pedicure tubs right after they were used and was impressed with the overall cleanliness of the location and friendliness of the staff. The finished product was also BEAUTIFUL. It was just in time for my engagement pictures!! I received absolutely wonderful service that went far beyond my expectations. I promise you wont be disappointed with this place!!

Kathy was amazing. I came down to NC for a wedding and was frantic to find a nail salon that opened early. My mother in law and I found Kathys salon online and decided to try it out. Her and her brother were extremely nice, very welcoming and professional. They did an excellent job and we got a free hot stone massage with our pedicure. If you are from Greensboro or you are in town visitng, you must get your nails done here.

My daughter went here for the first time for her birthday on 9-2-17 because we are new to the area. When my daughter entered the facility, the first question she was asked was,Why are you here? Not,How may I help you or what brings you here today? The technician was rude as if she did not want to provide service to my daughter. I was very surprised and disappointed about this type of service received, especially in this area. We will never be back again!

Careless & hurried job- will not be back nor recommend to anyone unless you enjoy wasting your money! I needed my nails manicured/painted for some pictures (should be a simple job for a professional salon, right?) and they maybe spent 10 hurried minutes on my nails because they had other people doing pedicures, which obviously earns them more money so I wasn’t important to them. However I did have an appointment scheduled- I wasn’t a walk-in. They did a little with mine and then rushed back to the other person- if you have an appointment, that shouldn’t be the case. There should be time set aside already- isn’t that the point of booking an appointment rather than walk-in?? They trimmed a little bit of the cuticles but did a half-assed job where a lot was left uneven and untrimmed and also made at least one bleed on the spot but ignored it and kept going really fast (my nails are short but not that bad otherwise) and excess polish was left around the nails too. I asked her to get this off and she did it for one nail and then rushed back to the other client. I asked her to fix a cuticle she missed and didn’t do it or the other ones. I ended up having to try and fix these myself at home which I don’t think you should have to do if you pay a nail salon.I showed this to people and they said “you got that done somewhere?” Because it didnt look like it. It looks like something I could do myself. If that’s what it’s going to look like at this place, it should be $5.They said to be careful with your nails before the pictures which I was- I basically did nothing but shower, eat carefully, and sleep. I forfeited doing my other activities/work for the day that wouldve involved shoving nails into stuff. Still with that, the nails chipped within a day- must’ve been super old polish is all I can think of. I was panicking before pictures when they chipped worse and I ended up washing the polish off and redoing it myself at home- after having spent money at this janky salon.I thought about calling and complaining but figured they will not do anything given how this had already gone at the salon itself.Waste of money. Go elsewhere. I don’t know how this place has some decent reviews or if it’s recently changed/become worse. They definitely didn’t care, or want to take any time for me.Also, they didn’t seem to sanitize stuff either- the nail polish brushes are used and put back in the bottle. It should be like when you get your makeup done where they use an alternate, one-time use mascara brush per person- not the reusable brush that goes into the bottle. Same idea with nail polish.I usually don’t review places this badly but when I had this experience I felt others should beware!
