You all should be ashamed of yourselves! They charged my teenage daughter $80 and her nails look like trash! I think a 1st grader could have painted them better!

The service is horrible! I went there and stood outside in line for almost 30 minutes to only get in and was told that they had others coming who had appointments. 15 minutes after the hour, the nail tech told me that her appointment didn’t show up and she could go ahead and assist me. Half way through my full-set she STOPPED and told me that her appointment was there!! Once I told the manager about her tech, she told her that she had to finish my services FIRST!! The tech instead of apologizing, she was rude like she was doing me a favor and was very unprofessional! There are at Least 8 Techs but the manager is the only one that knows how to do designs but she’s always busy because she’s also the only one there that does eyebrows and lashes. They go up on prices all the time and don’t have a price list!! I won’t be returning

Great service awesome nail techs. Friendly and affordable. They get kind of busy but they are worth the wait! The guy there is like some type of foot expert and he is awesome! I highly recommend for the best customer service and clean environment

First they had a new lady that didn’t know what she was doing, then they over charged me because her work was poor quality. My nails are all lumpy and unbalanced and every time she drilled, she nicked my skin! Smdh, never again‼️ I left with unfinished nails, terrible customer service‼️

Very unprofessional threating to call the cops because they were rushing on my nails didnt like my nails never do I get acrylic always gel dont listen at all color is ugly as ever

Over priced and they didn’t stick by any of the prices listed. Very poor quality.

Customer Service is horrible. Came here Friday for a fill in, with gel polish. Here it is Sunday and I am back because my polish is peeling off my nails. I was greeted by the woman in the middle chair blonde hair, who asked “how can I help” I explained “I got a fill in Friday and my nails are peeling” she asked me who did it?! I showed her the lady and she goes “speak to her” in a very nasty tone. I will not come back here. There are places with much nicer customer service I would like to give my money to.

They charged me way too much for what I was getting . Cut my finger twice and did them poorly.

Love all they offer, good service prices and kindness...always clean.

At Lee Spa Nails now and the nail tech just took disposal pedicure shoes out the trash and put them on her clients feet.... Nasty!!!!! Terrible customer service and wait time....
