These people do poor quality nails. They rush on your service to get you in and out the door! They pass you off to other people if they feel what you want will take to long. I understand they get busy but if you paying what they charge you should get quality service. Then they talk about you and make fun of you in their language. I was using a translator while sitting there and lets just say i had to hold my tongue to finish getting my services done, but i made them very aware once my nails and toes were done. They don’t care about quality. I am a nail tech and trust me THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!!

This was my go-to nail salon until now. During my visit I was made to feel like I was being talked about as my nail tech and another employee spoke in their language and continued to laugh. I felt uncomfortable. This is so common in many nail salons and I was happy to not experience this at Super Nails until this last visit. It looked like the owner wasn’t there and the employees felt like they can act up. I most definitely will not return and give my hard earned money to such people.

My girlfriend and I have been coming to Super Nails for years! Always a great pedicure w/ hot stones and nice massage. Nie is the BEST and takes great care to be thorough but also gentle. Highly recommended!!

Nie and Mimi were so awesome! Nie started with a cuticle manicure and then redid my sns nails. It took way longer than I expected, but I think that’s from removing the previous tips. But Mimi ended up helping when it came close to closing time and they were both so kind. I’ll definitely be returning and making this salon my go-to!

Clean environment and a super friendly staff!

Got my nail basically ripped off the first time then today my sns was flimsy and was not done properly. Very uneducated staff.

My sister, daughter and I were out for a girls day and decided to stop at Super Nails for pedicures. Bebe, Tiffany and Brian serviced us. They all did an amazing job. We will definitely go back again. Brian really went above and beyond with the massage but all of them are highly recommended

I love super nails! They have great service and a nice clean place! I’ve been to many nail store and they are always dark which affects my view of the color. But at super nails the place is so bright and I can actually see what color is going onto my nails. But when they did my toes they didn’t put a rapper around the water tub my feet were just sitting in a dirty water tub with no coverage .....

I got my eyebrows waxed here and worse waxing job ever on top of that a week ago I got my nails done I got acrylics they falled off so fast!!!! The lady who waxed my eyebrows rushed through them also charged me extra because I had American Express when she applied the wax it was aggressive I was so uncomfortable but I didn’t say anything and I wish I did Bc she ripped my skin off with that wax and I have horrible scars the pain was unbearable I cried for so long.... won’t be making a return here I feel I wasn’t treated to the right extent and now have to deal with a scar thanks super nails!!

Super Nails is a great salon to spend some time to get your nails done. Its great to relax with a pedicure too! The salon is beautiful and clean. The staff is friendly and accomodating! Check it out. Its worth the trip!

I visited this nail salon for a pedicure and S&S, unfortunately the male staff was assigned to do my S&S. He was very rude and was rushing to do my nails. The final product was horrible, I complained about it and he was very upset with me. I was not very happy when even the owner did not try to fix it. After all that I did my pedicure, because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. The pedicure was costly and not worth the money or time. I pay for both services and left quietly. I will not go back to that place again. Even when I first entered the door the environment was heavy, Definitely not a place to relax. The salon is very clean and beautiful, but the employees look very unhappy, not a welcoming atmosphere.

Ive been here twice now and they really do a fantastic job! I typically go every 3 weeks as that is about all I can last without my gel manicure looking bad. Today is 3 weeks and I could honestly wait another week. Such a beautiful job!

Manicure was fine - interesting nail prep techniques, so we’ll see how long the polish lasts. But the shape of the nail looks great and the technician was very nice.Pedicure - Started out normal, but the tech cut my nails so short that I was in pain later that day trying to run errands. I’ve had countless pedicures in my life and have never had someone cut my nails so short that my nail bed is exposed. I shouldn’t be in this much pain after visiting a salon. The tech also used a callus shaver, which, to my knowledge, are not allowed in NC nail salons.Overall, I was hopeful for this salon given its 4+ star rating, but after this experience, I will continue my search for a go-to nail salon elsewhere.

I went this evening for a pedicure and gel fill in. My pedicure was awesome so was Kelly who did it.However, Andrew did my gel fill in. He was very sarcastic, rude and impatient with me. My nails turned out very pretty. But, it wasnt a good, relaxing experience. I am debating on going to Friendly Nails next time. Its a treat to get your nails done. You should fill good when you are there and when you leave.

Had originally gotten my nails done at another salon and went to SUPER NAILS for a refil yesterday. Usually acrylics don’t look natural but the lady that did my nails did an amazing job. My nails look super natural and they aren’t chunky like they were before my fill. The lady who did my nails took her time, didn’t rush and did a meticulous job! She was very polite! I will defiantly be a regular!

I have been going here for about a year now after “shopping around” Greensboro at other nail salons and I love Super Nails! It’s affordable, clean, and the staff is always friendly!

Black or brown? DO NOT GO HERE! Yesterday, was my third time going to this nail salon. I asked for a simple service, overlay and gel polish. The guy seemed annoyed with the fact that he needed to do multiple coats of the polish. Nonetheless, I was not pleased with the end result color, but I had somewhere to be so I left and called the salon to see if I could have it fixed. When I came in this morning, the owner (Im assuming) showed me to her chair and removed the polish and said shed try it again. I mentioned that it may just be the polish and she went on a tirade about it not being the polish but the fact that my nail beds are BLACK and the sample nails are white. She kept repeating it over and over laughing and when I mentioned Id gotten the color before with no issue. I was offended and left before I said something Id regret. If you are African American completely avoid this place!

I love this place so much. Any other place I’ve tried pales in comparison. I hate to be rushed, and Super Nails doesn’t feel rushed to me. They take their time and are efficient—which is why I think my gel polish lasts a solid 2.5-3weeks before even chipping (and it usually never chips). Every other place I’ve gone to with friends, my polish chips in less than two weeks...super annoying.I love the staff here, and have been coming for years. They’re attentive, they know you by name, and are always willing to remedy an issue you have (my gel bubbled one time, and was fixed immediately).

So pleased! Staff was excellent!! Not only did the manicurist do an outstanding job on my nails, she was very friendly and took great pride in her workmanship!

I needed a pedicure and went into this shop because I heard they had good reviews. As soon as I walked in they made me feel so uncomfortable. The one male employee looked at me and laughed. He then said something to the other employees and they all kept looking at me and laughing. I finally got so ashamed and nervous that I just left and had a minor anxiety attack in the car. You should never ever make your customers feel this way at all. I went down the street to tip to toe and they were so sweet and friendly and I would give them my money any day over this place. Also get your nail color game up because it wasn’t a big collection!!!

I have been going to get my nails done with Mimi, and my toes with Julie, for 7 years now. They do the best job!

I was extremely dissatisfied with my service. It was my 2nd visit to the salon based on my first. The first experience was exceptional to say the least. I loved my nail tech, she did everything perfect. This time I came in at about 7:15pm this past friday and wanted to get a pedicure and sms on my nails. I was headed to the beach and wanted to look nice. Apparantly they were closing as they did my nails while i was getting a pedicure. That was disappointing because it was totally uncomforatble having to reach my arms across my body. My toes were painted horribly. Uneven. She gave me a 3rd coat when I asked, but still they were not good. My 7 year old daughter could point out the flaws still when I got home. My nails made me upset and I couldnt ask her to redo them as they were closing. I left with what looked like regrowth of my nails. Seriously the sms powder fill did not go all the way my cuticle nor near it. Here I am 4 days later at the beach and it looks like I had my nails done 2 weeks ago. Its so much regrowth thay any salon would say they cant fill it and make you take it off and get fresh acryclic ( hypothetically if it was acrylic, but it is sms). Highly dissapointing since I rarely have time to treat myself or go anywhere without my 3 children. I see other reviews are very positive. That makes me even more upset. They also were speaking in their language and kept looking at me laughing. I will never go there again. My best friend is a loyal customer who goes their regularly, she said this was unsual, but considered changing as she saw my nails. I wish I could add photos on here somehow. I do not recommend this place.

Nails turned out great. The girl I had didnt speak English well and I couldnt understand her. Other nail technicians had to communicate between us. So that was slightly annoyingWent for my second time today. All I wanted was gel polish on my hands for upcoming holiday parties. The guy suggested a mani bc my cuticles were a wreck I agreed. Got a full mani. He spent a very long time making sure each nail was properly shaped and had enough color. I got 3 coats of color on and he only did 2 nails at a time. They look great! And it was very affordable so I gave a nice tip.

I have now been here 4 times and they havent disappointed. I typically get a mani pedi and they last for forever! They always try to suggest gel but Im just not a fan of what it does to my nails. Their pedicure includes massage and hot stone (and thats the basic one). They have 4 others that are up charge but they are worth it in my opinion. Ive suggested Super Nail to others and they have been quite pleased as well.

Moderately priced, friendly staff, go out of the way to insure customer satisfaction, and ample parking.

Finally found a place that helps with ingrown toenail nails. I have been going there for the past 9 months and my nails have never been in better shape.

They should keep the take out section open while they are in operation. It makes it very inconvenient when you small children and forced to walk the line.
