I signed a contract in September 2020. It consisted of 9 visits/services over the following 12 months. I was assured that all services would be guaranteed and if I wasn’t satisfied they would return and reapply. From the very beginning their communication was beyond horrible. The person that generated my contract was never available. To this day I’ve never had a conversation with him. And when I asked about his status I never received an answer. One of my main purposes to contract with TruGreen was for aeration and overseeing. The section of our yard that we had contracted is 36,000 sf. They spent 20 minutes plugging and seeding. It takes at least 3 hours to properly perform that service given the moisture content of the yard on that particular day. The results were basically nonexistent. That service was performed on 10/9/2020. It took until 2/22/2021 to have someone actually look at the problem. They admitted that it wasn’t properly done but nothing was ever done to rectify the situation. When I called to complain I was told that they were tired of me calling. The remaining services were poorly done and the communication continued to be horrific. They couldn’t even properly apply weed control. I recently canceled my contract. Within a few days I received a call and was told that I could receive the same contract that I previously had for 50% less and that my service would be greatly improved. I stated that they should first stand behind their guarantee and rectify the current problem. I was told that they couldn’t help me with that. As I politely explained our past experience they hung up on me. I assume they weren’t interested since there was nothing for them to gain. That seems to be their business model.Bottom line; they are about production and certainly not concerned with customer service. They may respond with a coherent response but don’t be fooled. If you want professional and focused lawn care find someone who actually has the ability to deliver.

My yards appearance has improved significantly over my 1 1/2 year association with TruGreen. I receive service reminders via text & email so Im fully aware when my next service is scheduled. If the scheduled service is not convenient for me, I am given the option to reschedule. I like to be home when they arrive, but its not required. They zip in & zip out without needing supervision. The technicians are friendly, accommodating, skilled, and hard working. A+ 👍

I was suppose to have service this week (9-15-21), then moved another day and then moved again and surprise surprise NO SHOW, now pushed to next Tuesday. Not reliable; Not professional; Not the best Value for Service; No notification when schedule changes; talked into doing full year service and I still have crabgrass (actually I think I have a lot more than before as well as a lot more other weeds that I did not have before). This is my third attempt on trying to give this company as chance and they always disappoint NOW I AM DONE!

First of all its a lack of communication. It took them all of 7 minutes to do my front and back yard! Too quick. Secondly they dont tell you what they have done to your yard. I I spoke with a manager she claimed the machine was broken so thats why they didnt leave a note explaining what service they completed! Totally unprofessional. On top of that I was charged double. Its just wise that I discontinue this ripoff! Beware folks

I have tried repeatedly for several days to speak to someone about my property. no one have returned my calls to the number a repeatedly asked them to call. someone did leave a message on my home line and said that they would address my concerns at my next treatment. my yard looks worse than it ever has. They dont even have the size of my lot right. they are charging me for services I did not contract for. this is without question the worst company I have ever dealt with. You cannot talk to anyone but a call center.

I am in to my 3rd year annual prepaid contract with TruGreen and for the consecutive second time they claim they provided service but didn’t. They show up, send notifications and pretend or sit in their truck before leaving. I have been a witness both times of this behavior since I am home and not in the office. Makes me wonder how many times this fraud happened in the past when I wasn’t home. Unlikely I will renew contract given you can’t trust their service providers.

Since I began my service in April 6th,2021, my yard has steadily declined in growth and appearance. Weeds, discoloration and bare spots have flourished. Their failure to communicate regarding upcoming appointments without advance notice is troublesome. I was told when I enrolled that before the 1st treatment was performed a lawn technician would contact me for an appointment to discuss my lawn situation and goals. That never happened, on 4/6/21 while I was not at home, specialist ID#115091 came applied fertilize, preemergent and weed control.5/12/21 same thing minus preemergent. I called first week of June to discuss the yard and and verify Junes appointment date and was told it would probably take a year to achieve a nice lawn. My lawn looked decent prior to the services. Went from 5/12 -6/29 with no treatments and on 6/29 the service ticket indicated they aerated my lawn but there were no plugs and no treatment. 6/29 - 8/14 again nothing. August 14th 2021, I apparently received 2 treatment services The first was one to kill varieties of weeds and grasses that would take 7-21 days to turn color and decline. (for best results avoid mowing for 24 hours) The second treatment on that same day applied fertilizer to thicken up the lawn and improve health & color. We were left with a page of instructions of things to do for the next 30 days+ to prepare the yard for the seeding process. Three days later on August 17th, 2021 a service tech showed up to perform Aeration & Overseeding ($269 one-time charge) without being notified in order to prep the yard as recommended. I was in the hospital having surgery on the 17th and had no control. IT WAS 100 DERGEES AND NO RAIN RECENTLY NO IN THE FUTURE! The whole entire service program was a failure but I was going to give it some time. My opinion is they stole the $269.

I pre paid for 8 treatments. My last treatment was June 11 when the Tech ran his hose back and forth thru my flower beds and also took out a landscape light. I called approximately 30-40 times between then and now Friday August 27. I finally got thru to someone after numerous phone calls on Monday August 23. They promised to do 2 applications since they havent beed here in 11weeks. Well I stayed home on this day. The Tech showed up at 11:59 AM parked on my lawn (pretty sure they are supposed to make my lawn look better not worse) stayed there for 4 mins and left??? At 1:17 PM the phone app showed that Deauntre P performed my lawn service. So we are rolling up on September and Ive only had 3 Lawn services and paid for 8. Not sure when they are going to do the other 5 since I have heavy weeds now nor do I trust that they will actually show up and do them instead of sitting in a truck for 4 mins on my front lawn. TRU GREEN you are Frauds and an Embarrassment to these small Family owned companies that work hard 6, sometimes 7 days a week to make a living

TruGreen has improved the appearance of our yard since using their services.

The man who set the appointment was very helpful and nice. This morning I was home when the technician messaged me that he would have to reschedule because of my dog. I dont have a dog. He sent a message later that he had performed the service.

Been waiting for them to come to my property for months and finally when they came I receive a phone call from technician that he cannot be doing the yard because I have a dog in the yard. I had could if their technicians doing a weed control previously and I never ever had a problem with my dog been outside even couple of the technicians gave treats to my dog. I understand if you are afraid of the dogs you should not be doing this job because you making your company look no bad by canceling the appointment.Will hire someone else plenty of them out there

I’ve tried to contact them several times through virtual assistance and waiting on a call back. I did reach someone who said someone will contact me at the beginning of the week, no one has called. Weeds coming up between applications and I need to discuss other options. I’ve prepaid for the service and now I can’t get no one to call me. Virtual assistant told me next application is 4/26. Meantime my yard looks horrible. I’m truly disappointed.

Last fall we paid for seeding and aeration. This spring we have a yard full of chick weed. Can not contact them via phone as my wait time was 45min. Would not recommend this company.

The entire TruGreen Team are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Managing my service contract online makes the experience even better!

The tech did not even service my yard. He was unaware that I was home and have security cameras. I watched the tech sit in his work truck for over 30 minutes doing nothing. He was caught on camera sitting in his work truck and never serviced my yard. He did however, get out of his truck to leave a door tag starting my service was complete. This company is a fraud.

*Third Update 2/5* Still no email back from customer service despite their request for me to reach out directly back in December. I did receive a call last week from a sales rep asking me to schedule March services though! The fact that I’ve spent this much time on this should say enough about how poor this experience has been.*Second Update* Still nothing back from customer service after multiple weeks even after responding to their direct request below to email the service team.*Update* I responded to the email below per company’s feedback and it has been a week with no response.*I do not typically leave reviews, but feel compelled to share my disastrous experience. I signed up for an annual plan over two years ago. I have gone through two aeration/seeding cycles and all the weed treatments in between with tons of retreatments. Ive given TruGreen plenty of time to kill off the weeds, but unfortunately my yard is full of weeds and significantly worse off than when I originally signed up for service.I received constant calls from corporate stating that they would have a manager contact me and come out to see how they could fix the problem. No one ever contacted me, instead they would just set up a retreatment, which still would not kill the weeds.The attached photos are a result of two seedings, two aerations, and over a year of weed treatment. What did I spend roughly $1,000 on again? My grass is dead and the only thing left are weeds and mud. Buyer beware.

I saw all the bad reviews but I am a firm believer that you never really know until you try yourself. I really wanted things to work out because I would have loved to have posted something positive but it did not really work out. We just finished our 3rd service. The first two seemed good. Guys came and spent time spraying and hitting the entire yard. This last time the guy came and just zig zagged around the lawn with some pellets in a whirly bird for a coupe minutes and b-lined it back to his truck. No way he got the entire lawn. Watched him on our security system and he was kicking the whirly bird to try and get the last few pellets out well before he was done, so he pretty much faked spreading pellets out. I called customer service and told them and they said someone would come out to do it right. A couple days later someone else came out and was just sitting in the driveway. My wife walked out and asked if she could help him and he just said he was told to come to house but was not given a reason. She told him that the last guy did not do a good job and the guy responded that it was up to the trained tech to decide what services are needed when they arrive. Why am I paying for a complete service when there is a chance it wont be preformed because the tech seems to think he knows my lawn so intimately when its the first time he has been there? He was supposed to do the liquid spry like the first couple times but instead he brought that whirly bird out and ran around a couple minutes and left. He had the thing spread so far out he probably did the neighbors also. After he left I called customer service and told them I wanted to cancel my service. They did everything they could to keep my there but finally they gave up and canceled my account. I paid for the year up front so I am waiting for my partial refund. Hopefully that comes soon or I will be back on the phone. Was really hoping for a great lawn but it just never happened and nothing they did seemed to do any good.

I would like to give this company negative stars. We are extremely frustrated and dissatisfied. After one year with TruGreen, our lawn looks worse than it has in 20 years. We requested a soil sample three times with no results although the requests are noted in our file. We have weeds and large bare spots in the backyard. On the final visit, they applied more fertilizer to our driveway than the yard, resulting in damage and staining to the concrete. Response to our complaints is nonexistent, although our recent search for a new provider resulted in six phone calls from TruGreen soliciting business within a twelve hour period. DO NOT USE!

TruGreen in Greensboro showed up to my house to spray the weeds, I did not call them to do so. Turns out these guys dont know how addresses work and went to the wrong house. I had just seeded and fertilized my lawn, and had baby grass growing, which is now all dead. I have tried calling them several times to see what we can do to resolve the issue of them killing my lawn, but they continue to hang up on me and refuse to fix their mistake. Now I have a half dead lawn that the HOA will now give me a violation for. DO NOT USE TruGreen, they will screw you over.

True green never did an application thoroughly. I always had to call for a reapplication. We had to suspend our service due to covid so our last application was 2 months ago. This spring as the grass started growing all kinds of weeds started popping up so I called for a reapplication but was denied because they say the account in not active but it was when I paid for the last service call. I was under contract then but they dont honor that. Not a good way to get return customers.

When I called, they answered right away and made a ton of guarantees. I found a cheaper alternative and have been trying to cancel, but I cannot cancel online and it must be done over the phone.The problem is Ive been on hold for over 30 minutes and they hung up on me. I requested a call back as well and have not received one in hours now.STAY AWAY

I told them to reschedule my treatment they still did the treatment and took money out of my account which left an overdraft charge

Cant go no more than a 3 just because they dont offer any kind of disease control or fungicide to control diseased like brown patch but as far as the basics they are ok to work with & priced affordable

I had a service contract with TruGreen for weeding and ferilizer and after first couple visits was pleased with ongoing results. The service lasted for around 8-9- months. As time went on service results were very poor and my yard looked much worst then ever before. After I refuse to do another service contract and finally management got involved as to why I would not stay on with them as a customer. They stated that they were sorry, but would not do anything to improve the situation unless I would buy another service contract. In my case I was very much unsatisfied with there services and will never use them again.

They do and work hard to accommodate you and your lawn.

$600 wasted on nothing! I should have believed in the negative reviews here but thought would give them a chance. But taking that chance proved to be really expensive.Pros - Their call center staff are definitely sweet and well trained.Cons - Everything else, I believe they have no clue what they are doing. We just got a new house and they ruined our entire lawn and backyard. Never ever am I going to suggest them nor use them. PERIOD!

I have always heard bad reviews about TruGreen but gave them the benefit of the doubt because one of their workers was so convincing that they backed their services. My yard looks horrible!!! Its looks worse than it did before I hired TruGreen. I have weeds and crab grass throughout my yard. I have called to schedule additional appointments to treat the weeds and crab grass. Sometimes the office will say they scheduled an appointment and never do (happened twice as recently as this week). One time a technician came to my home per my request to address my weeds concerns. He was so aggressive and mean, afterwards I asked the office to NEVER send him to my home again. He took my concern personal. He didnt do anything during the visit and claimed the different types of weeds were all different types of grass. Ridiculous!!!Do NOT waste your money.

Requested a simple quote on mosquito control. I received 5 phone calls yesterday. On one of the calls the rep misrepresented the commitment. He said it would only be a 2 month commitment for the rest of the season, and was insistent that I sign up over the phone right away. When I declined, he sent me an email with the real offer, which was a 6 month commitment that extends into next year. The prices were high so I decided to not sign with them.Today I received 9 calls in a 10 minute period. I spoke to 3 different reps and had to tell each one that I was not interested. This is ridiculous to be harassed like this simply because I wanted a quote. I’ll be sure to recommend anybody to avoid this company.

Terrible drivers! One of the tru green trucks license plate # JB-4106 cased a dangerous situation on the I 40. Blocking traffic for miles. Refusing to get over and let people pass. Many people tried dangerous maneuvering to get around him. Also there services are a waist of money!

Tech came without proper orders for service. I could not get any response to phone calls for one and half and three hour wait time on the 7 numbers that I tried while tech was here. I sent him away and cancelled my service and am waiting on refund.

My yard is awesome!! Excuse the area where I had a tree removed. After several years of taking care of family members, my yard had gotten away from me. To help get it back under control, I called TruGreen last year. They got the poi and weeds under control. After that, it was time to aerate and seed. I watered faithfully until the new grass had taken and this is what I have this year!!!! AWESOME.

Their service is okay. It actually looks better when I do it but then that takes time.I stopped their service because their telemarketers called me all the time and even now that I no longer have their service and have requested to be taken off their call list multiple times, I can still get 2 or more calls a day and when I ask to be taken off they hang up.I would not use them or recommend them unless you enjoy telemarketers calling you a couple times a week.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. TruGreen is an absolute disaster. If anyone is considering paying this organization for “services” please do not. If you expect a phone call from a manager to discuss your issues, please do not hold your breath. I’ve been waiting 13 days for a manager to return my call. They text saying this serviced my lawn and no one ever came ... “oh they are coming tomorrow”. Two months later of paying and no visits from TruGreen. ...The story continues... still waiting on a calL from a manger. Don’t buy TruGreen!! Oh and if you are a TruGreen Manager, please call me!

My lawn is the envy of my neighborhood. TruGreen is reliable and very professional. I think it is a good value.

Update***Hired them to help clear weeds and spray, was told they could only spray or do anything around the house, all they did was spray for 5 minutes and left. I continue to call and keep getting told the service was completed as contracted and that they would not be refunding or going back over the grounds. Would not recommend.** It has been a month since they said they would send a manager out to survey and see what they could do, I have requested and not received my free treatment in between, neither has happened. Terrible, terrible customer service. Lots of lying to clients. If 0 stars were an option, theyve definitely earned it.

I still have the weeds after 3 times. Some of them should have died by now but NO they are as green as ever. Will not have them anymore I can kill the weeds my self and will not have to spend as much money. Also ask that a paper bill be sent to my house but there again that was not done. Call them they said they had sent it to my e-mail no paper bill yet. So I will not have them any more as of now I have cancel the service. They do not do what they say.

My lawn really looks great. I like the advance notice of the service, and I have always had positive interactions with my service rep.

Requested a lawn care quote and havent been able to get anyone to call me back to schedule a visit for the quote even after numerous attempts. They obviously have bad customer service if they wont contact me for a quote so I feel like Im dodging a bullet by not considering them an option anymore.

Treatments by TruGreen are as good as the property owner. If you take the time to prepare for their treatments you reap what they have applied. If you dont their service wont work. Technician came today and only treated our front yard, but left bill for full amount. This was witnessed by us and our neighbor. I called to request a refund for todays service and was transferred to the department that could help me. After being transferred, I heard hold music for 5 minutes, was prompted to enter my zip code and received a message that the office was closed. I called again to let them know they had transferred me incorrectly and got a recording about longer than normal wait times saying it would be 15 minutes before I received help. This company also renewed our service without notifying us--we let that slide because we need a service (there is a small creek behind our house), but we will be canceling our service with them and choosing a different provider.

Under applying product. Square footage of my yard has magically decreased on my receipts over time, and amount of product applied too, yet price continues to go up.Trugreen, youre fired. Much better, local options out there.

TruGreen is very good at showing up. What they do very poorly is communicate. They let you know when they are coming and, even though they have a way to request a different date, they show up on the date they schedule you. They aerated and over seeded my lawn in the heat of August when I was not at home and I was not there to water it. Naturally, it didnt grow very well. Even though I only signed up for one year, they started on a second year with NO communication with me. I just got a bill for service I did not want.

Buyer beware! In the short time that I had this service I have been deceived multiple times. Firstly, I was told my initial service would be $48 and was charged over $114. Despite this incident, I decided to count this is a misunderstanding and continue with the service. However on the date of my second service, Shortly after receiving a message that a technician was on the way I got a message stating that they could not perform the job. The message cited a locked gate. This is not in fact true. I happened to be home and no such technician (Charles) ever showed to the property nor was my gate locked. When I called customer service to inquire they verified that despite being told that my gate was locked That this was not true. They cited that the technician notated they were having equipment failure and had never arrived at my residence. My question is why wasn’t that the reason I was cited for the initial failure. Why attempt to place blame on the customer when it was in fact Trugreen who is responsible for the failed schedule service? This is an extremely dishonest and deceptive practice and I will no longer do Business with a company that believes it is OK to follow such dishonest practices. I canceled my service immediately. In my opinion integrity and true customer service is extremely lacking from this company. I recommend That you find another company where integrity as part of their core values. Shame on you TruGreen!

So far i am very pleased overall with the service. i still have weeds coming in, which i expected, but did not expect as many at this point. i did expect more of them to be gone and just have the bare spots in their place. i have more grass than i had when i started and the grass is much greener so i am very pleased with that.

Dependable lawn care for a reasonable cost. The reps that service the lawn are friendly and efficient. Great deal on lawn care with results.

Everytime the grass at my house starts to grow back. Here comes TruGreen to kill our grass. The staff is really nice. I always joke to my family members saying Oh look TruBrown came.

Received a call from a sales rep asking for me to give them another try. They promised the moon but the results are the same as always. They never show up when they say they will. Usually postponing for days and even weeks. Skipped large areas of the agreed upon areas to treat. I called the rep who said, If you have problems, call me. I will be here to fix it. I called and low and behold, the number is out of service. You call into their queue and get the same responses. Were sorry, which is great but please fix these issues. Theyre more interested in signing you up for services you dont want than giving you what you paid for (dont get me started on the pre-pay scam either, dont do it!). Meanwhile, I get to look at a ton of weeds that I couldve taken care of myself weeks ago.

I like the professionalism and knowledge of the specialists. I can rely on them to look after my lawn for me, and I need not worry even though I am away for six months of the year. The office staff are also efficient and friendly to deal with. Everyone is easy to work with.

I believe the guy that came to my house was Brandon. He was very professional and courteous. He explained what he was going to do and ask if I had any questions. I did ask him a few questions and he answered my questions.He came during midmorning or noon time. That evening and the next evening, we had a pour down of rain. Good product but lacking on service quality. Technician left gate open, drove in my yard and left ruts! Wouldnt recommend them unless your property is a perfect and obvious square, mine is pizza slice shaped and they missed areas almost everytime. Re-service appointments about 75% of the time. Annoying! They also continued on year two of service without my approval and then sent a bill and lied and said they reached out numerous times. Thats false, no email, text or voicemail was ever received. Buyer beware, big company volume mindset.

Oh my goodness, I can’t say enough about True Green, I no longer have to worry about my lawn as I know it is in good hands. Thank You True Green you are the best! Everyone should have them.

I have used TruGreen for years, at two different residences. I had thought that when I moved to a home with a smaller lawn that I could just handle lawn care on my own. While I am sure I could do that, I returned to TruGreen within months of moving into the house - I am always satisfied with the quality of service and the results of their lawn treatments. Quite simply - TruGreen does exactly what they say theyll do and I am a satisfied (twice!) customer.

Very satisfied with the service. Like the idea you call the day before letting us know you are coming. Because of all the rain we have had I was cutting the front lawn when TruGreen came and man was nice enough to let me finish and he came back later. Thank You!

Tech no showed twice in a row. Lime service was a joke. Make sure you are home when they are there. Quickest firing of a lawn service ever. Very disappointed. I guess since they have millions of clients I don’t really matter. Beware!!

I have a bad hard to kill weed concern in one area of my yard, I was told by your tech that working together he would try to get rid of them as quickly as possible but that they are stubborn. He told me to call when I see them getting bad, I do and every time without question he is sent out to fight back the blight. I am happy to report that although they are still around it is getting much better

Terrible service at my moms house in Winston-Salem, NC. Had aeration and over-seed scheduled from 1-6 yesterday which true green changed to 2-7pm. No one ever showed up. No phone call...nothing. Called today and now they won’t be here until sometime tomorrow. No supervisor available to explain why they can’t come today. My 77 year old father raked leaves all day Sunday so the yard was ready and in time to aerate and seed before the rain ends. Now no one shows up with no explanation for days. Just terrible service all the way around. Will not use true green again. Ever.

There are many reasons not to try TruGreen, but the biggest reason to not try them is after you get rid of them they will NEVER stop calling. They have very pushy sales people who will keep going no matter how polite you try to be in telling them no. I very rarely will disparage a company nor a person, but after giving up trying to be polite and being called twice within a week, Im writing this to warn you all.

TruGreen is terrible. I was a customer for the past 3 years up until late last year. I had a nice lawn and now after last year it is terrible. I called and a credit was issued and they were going to re service my lawn for free. But when they came to re service they re billed me on top of my old bill that they never credited. So when i called back now they have no record of me ever calling in. Then i was stuck with 2 bills and terrible service. i even gave them my card info for auto billing. but they have no record of that either. They will send you to collections without even letting you know you even owe a bill. Everyone i know including neighbors now have decided to stop using TruGreen. Much better options out there with better customer service.

Great results; call ahead is a nice courtesy and always occurs. Note left behind is detailed and tells me what to do, and what to expect along with technical details should I want to know those.

They suck, they put down fertilizer and lime in the front yard with humble too hot real heavy on top of my driveway,So it appeared they put a lot down. Didnt even fertilize lime or seed 70% of my lawn. Its a complete waste of money.

I have nothing but good things to say about TruGreen. I live in the country, so their services werent always available, but now they are. I had a difficult time with lawn care, was hard to find the time in my schedule to purchase and apply lawn care products, and even more difficult to do that at the appropriate time. Now it gets done on time with no hassle. Also I was concerned about the cost- really I spend no more with TruGreen handling everything than when was doing it.In addition we have enjoyed meeting the TruGreen techs. They are a great bunch of guys (havent met any gals yet) and really go out of their way to let you know whats going on.

Robert Hayes is personable and seems to really care about my lawn. Service rates are competitive. If disappointed you can call and ask them to redo a particular application.

Bad experience. They dont analyze and come up with any specific plan for the lawn. They just go thru the motion of different applications regardless of what the conditions at that time are. Different services are done by different people. In the absence of one coordinated plan specific to the lawn and different people being involved, right hand does not know what left hand is doing. The guys are not truthful in what they write in their report after a service. Big disappointment. This is my experience in Greensboro. I dont know if they are better at other places.

After over a year of service, and multiple conversations about where our property lines were, these guys still cant get it right. We have talked to multiple customer service people, the techs, everything and they still cant get it right.

My technician, Archer Butler has done a fantastic Job. My lawn has never looked this good in 28 years! TruGreen is well worth it!!!

My son has lived in a rental house for the past four years. Ever since he moved in we were all inundated with mosquitoes every time we walked outside. They even tormented the dog. I his mother finally decided to get in touch with TruGreen. The previous tenants had thrown a bunch of yard debris in the back corner of the property and it was just drawing and creating more and more mosquitoes. After the first treatment I could tell a big difference. We could sit on the front porch without being eaten alive by mosquitoes and the dog has now quit scratching. Wish we had done it sooner. So far so good the TruGreen treatments seem to be working. Thank you again TruGreen

I have three visits from TruGreen Lawn Care...The visits by the Specialist named Donald who did the removal of the weeds and unwanted grasses was done very well...The visit from the Specialist who allegedly did the lime care on the yard did not do a good job and did only part of the yard....Beware...you want to be home when these people are there so you can observe the work they do...Dr Steven Cates

Unfortunately, there is no zero-star option. I received a card in the mail and called 2 weeks ago to made arrangements for a full-year service plan, including credit card information. When I called back to find out why Id never been contacted to schedule my first service, there was no trace of my account information. There are many other better, local services which will take better care of their customers.Update: Apparently my first review generated a rapid response from the company who called me back and miraculously found my information... this time with a nearly 20% increase over the original quote without explanation.

As a new customer I have been refused service due to inconvenient even though I am local and see their vehicle in the neighborhood. Is this discrimination?

Excellent company and excellent employees. Our yard has never looked so good. Highly recommend.

Awesome, just Awesome!!! I love working in my yard and now with TruGreen keeping my yard beautiful I can focus all my efforts into landscaping!!! My yard has never looked this good, ever! TruGreen ROCKS! Ive spent a lot of green on yard products only to have miserable results. For the price of the regularly TruGreen treatments I am now putting green back into my wallet and TruGreen is putting the green into my yard!

I dont have to figure out what to do for my lawn as I have stressed about in past years. Finding someone that is knowledgeable about lawn care besides mowing was really difficult and mostly with poor results. I see a big difference in my lawn already. I know it was in pretty bad shape but I feel confident that TruGreen Specialist know exactly what to apply at the right time to get my lawn healthy again. The end result was fantastic. From worst to the best lawn in neighborhood. The specialist who come out to treat the lawns know what they are doing.

I have been with TruGreen over 2 years now and have spent approximately over $2000 to see no improvement but a decrease in the appearance of my yard. I have tried to be patient with TruGreen but no one seems to want to help to fix the issue. I have even offered my time to meet with a Manager from our local branch and could not get a commitment from them.

Basically i interviewed well and completed the assessment then went in for a second interview. A week later I received a No thank you. but then got called yesterday about coming in for an interview, i told them i already came in. Then got called again today.....WHAT? If my resume is so continously appealing why wont you hire me?

The product itself is comparable to other lawn care services however, Archie Matkins, our TruGreen Specialist, makes the little extra cost from TruGreen well worth it. If Archie is your man, you cant go wrong.

I feel ALL is Well, so far, with one incident that I find out of range of what was promised:If you find something that needs attention in your lawn, just call and we will make a special extra return to your lawn to address the problem. A few days ago, I call to report that weed were growing in my back yard. It was told that since I was scheduled to be serviced about 9 days later, that the yard would not be serviced until then.Im now waiting until this coming Thursday, in the meantime I can not mow my lawn for the first time this season, since I wish to leave the weeds in full feeding so when the serviced is applied, it will be more effective. The weeds keep growing and the yard remains un-mowed, awaiting the treatment.

TruGreen is very easy to work with. They are always available to answer any questions and provide extra service when needed.
