I called about some straggling ants just to make sure I didn’t have a problem. They sent someone out right away. They come out between regular scheduled visits if I have a concern. I love theses guys! Austin was great. He sprayed inside and all around my foundation. He is very professional, thorough and friendly.

Serviceman showed up in the window of time scheduled. I appreciated the flexibility of scheduling and the way they were able to work with me to get the price within my budget. Spray did not leave an odor. Serviceman inspected carefully to try to find the source of ant problem in order to spray appropriately. I am very pleased with the service.

All three of the pest control technicians they sent out were incredibly friendly, very social (we all maintened a safe social distant, answered my questions with patience. They never tried to rush through any of their process. They were very thorough and I have no pest issues since signing up with them. Top notch all round. HIGHLY recommend them.

Living in a very wooded area brings lots of insects, so their expertise has been helpful to keep them away from our home.

I most definitely need to make an adjustment to this review. Yes the techs are good but they are all about the money. Ive used this service for over a yr I still have a major issue!! Its as if there product does but work at all... When Ive asked why is my situation isnt getting better I hear its the neighbors but they dont seem to have any issues.. Thats a red flag!!! I recently had my account hacked I called go forth to inform them of my situation and let them know I would send my card info as soon as you bank sent me a card they have called and emailed twice a day since I made my phone call to them explaining I didnt have a card to pay with at this moment due to a hack on my account. This only added stress to my on going situation when I asked to cancel my account I was told I could do that but I could make my payment.. this place send to be so about the money think Ill try another company whos products hopefully work better with less emphasis on money!!!Ive used this service for the past yr they are always professional and on time. Austin was my tech this time and he was more than helpful! All the techs I have had have been amazing!

Been in my house for three months. Prior to even moving in I became aware that the previous owners had a pretty bad rodent problem at some point. Go Forth Pest Control was already servicing the property, soI decided to stay with them. When I discovered a whole lot of mouse poo when pulling out an appliance this morning, I, of course, had a small freak out. Especially since my Elite services were just complete yesterday. I do believe it was residuals from the previous owner’s problem, but I wasn’t going to take any chances. Called Go Forth and was told someone would be out that day to have a look. Cameron showed up within hours of my call. He listened to my concerns, inspected all areas, and despite not seeing any signs of new rodent activity, placed several more bait stations around my house and inside my kitchen. The peace of mind this brought me today was absolutely priceless. Thank you, Cameron, for being so kind and understanding.

Responsive to request to help with ant invasion from all the rain. They provided same day service. The technician was polite, professional and efficient. He called 30 minutes before arrival and followed my request to knock on door prior to spraying outside due to having pets. I really appreciate that. I contacted Go Forth Pest Control over a month ago and had to cancel/reschedule. They were very understanding and accommodating. Very professional and friendly staff and easy to connect with.

Very detailed with information about what their plan and described the process in which they would follow up based on results from treatment. Very positive interactions with Gary and the associate that I spoke with in the office. Only signed up for a year to start with but I definitely see an ongoing relationship. Would highly recommend to anyone needing assistance with pests.

Had hornets nesting in attic thru gable end vent, Made appointment with Go forth.They showed up at house on the time scheduled.Techs knew exactly what to do explained their process and performed it.We scheduled a followup for the next week they showed up as Scheduled checked the treated area for activity which they found none. Excellent experience, the technicians were very knowledgeable and helpful. They also provided a very thorough outdoor treatment and sprayed the inside. They were great to work with and I’d highly recommend them for all your pest control needs.

Our service tech came out and helped us immensely. We just moved into an old house and she did a great job putting us at ease with fears we had of wildlife living in the attic. No wildlife signs were found and she was able to treat for the large ant population and started termite prevention. We did get a service plan started and are hopefully going to be seeing a lot less ants so close to the house.

Gary cane and performed my regular inspection and service. I found him to be personable and professional. He completed my service with expertise and dealt with some black widow spiders I found in my garage. I recommend Gary and Go-Forth to all of my friends and family!

Gary was great, id give him 4 stars. I think he listened to, and addressed all my concerns. He took his time to thoroughly inspect/treat our decks and yard. I would recommend him. We were given mixed information about the plans from office, and it took longer to clarify then I think it should have. Overall a little pricey, but not bad if you get a tech that will take their time.

We had Go-Forth come over as preventive pest control. They were on time, very professional and will be back every two months for repetitive treatment or any time in between we feel we need them. Very happy with their service!

The office Personnel were very Courteous and knowledge. The Technician inspected, treated the inside and outside the House for Roaches. Spiders Etc. Austin was the only service technician that found termites. His expertise advised me on the service so my house will not be infested with termites. I had no idea that my rocking chairs were destroyed from termites. Had I known that with my former company, I would’ve been able to salvage my chairs. Go Forth is exceptional!

Our last technician was Austin. He did our rodent/pest scheduled service. He was leaps and bounds more professional and proficient than some others. He made sure we had the right amount of traps (we did not), and even made sure to check in the easily accessible crawl space area (one of the first to check since installing). The first technician didn’t do a very thorough job or ask many questions. We saw a large percentage of spiders in the downstairs room even after he came. I called the service again and the second technician that came made all the difference. Very professional, asked many questions, and based on the answers, he treated the downstairs room more aggressively. He also explained a lot of what to expect.

Was able to come out same day, very informative and cost efficient. Highly recommend.This was important because we are bringing in a new addition to our family and needed immediate attention.

Weve used Go Forth for four+ years to help control the ants on our property. We have tons of trees around our house and no grass so it was really difficult to get them under control but Go Forth has managed to keep them outside, where they belong. We also use them for termite prevention with the traps stationed around the house and garage. They come four times a year like clockwork, unless we need extra help in between and they always get to us quickly. Rebecca was the technician this last service and she was great. She even noticed ants hanging around a door and made sure to give that spot extra attention. We recommend Go Forth pest to everyone.

Rebecca texted me the day before to ask about any problems and so was prepared when she arrived. She was very thorough and seemed to sincerely want to do a good job. She advised she would follow up soon due to the extent of the issue. That type of service insures I will continue to use this company.

Last year we were dealing with ants. We set up a $50/per month service with Go-Forth Pest Control. That rate covered an every other month service for our house plus detached structures. After our first service, we still had ants. We called to schedule several more service calls because, though GFPC was expedient, and polite, they did not get rid of the ants. After I left a bad review online, they came out again with several technicians and Account Manager Brad Orr and they were finally able to eliminate the ant problem. Brad then asked if we would take down the bad review, and we did. This year we are having the same trouble, weve had Go-Forth out several times in addition to our regularly scheduled treatments. I find it hard to believe that $600 worth of insecticides from Wal-Mart would have been a worse investment over the past year. The only reason I havent cancelled the service, is because there was a price break for signing up for a year, and I havent had the patience to call them and ask when the promotional rate period expires. I would not recommend them to anyone.

We recently purchased our home and did not know that Go Forth treated the property for termites. They showed up last week and told us our account was past due and removed the bait from the traps. The technician said this was very bad and that he saw termites in the traps. He didn’t even give us a chance to call their office to sort out the confusion. My wife was at home and didn’t really understand all of this. This is not a customer focused business. Very unprofessional.
