I’ll never rent from them again!! These ppl will blow your phone up and sit outside your house that’s very weird and unprofessional!!! Worst rental experience ever I was happy when I finally let them come get they stuff...this was almost two years ago but I still hate them corporate needs to definitely look into how they are training they ppl.

An update. Even with new management or new manager its still the same. Rodney Rod whatever his name is is horrible just like William was. Men with titles at this place is horrible. If you dont know how to manage and communicate properly with customers maybe this isnt your profession. RAC needs a new way to train managers on how to properly communicate and effectively run a store or business. Horrible. Everyone else is fine its just these MANAGERS...horrible.

I rented a TV from this rent-a-center not too long ago and OMG!, dont rent from here lest you want roaches crawling out from your electronics once in your home. Google search why and how roaches get into electronics like TVs. When I called about it and expressed my concern here, they seemed very uncaring that this happened and still wanted to charge me for that one week I had it, actually they wanted the entire month rent. Then when I asked about getting my house sprayed by a bug company, they said they would, but never did. I called back, and once again they said I should be hearing from one to spray my house at their expense, but they never called, no follow up, nothing. This is a very bad place to rent anything. You are not likely to get anything brand new, but rather a re-po item or very used item. Add to that they are extremely over priced, and you will not be happy and will have wasted your time and money.

**WARNING**GO ELSEWHERE. The store owner William is horrible. No respect and no customer service or managerial ethnics..If you wanna end up in jail for putting your hands on a disrespectful rat then go here.
