A wonderful experience all around. We had the best saleswoman who was very knowledgeable and patient. The delivery guys were nice and careful not to scratch our floors and furniture. They placed felt pads on our furniture and carefully assembled. I will definitely buy all my furniture from now on at Furniture World! Awesome customer service!

This place is awesome! I purchased from them when they first got started, theyve grown a lot since.Anyway they have beautiful pieces throughout the store. The customer service is great they always try to accommodate you on delivery, ordering as well as prices. They know ill be back. My son is very pleased with his bedroom set all 5 pieces for $799 cant beat it.

Worst Customer Service Experience of all time‼️Two months later and I’m still waiting on the rest of my set! My bed arrived damaged (with scratches) and pieces of my carpet were drilled into the sides of the bed. Instead of them picking the furniture back up, I was told I had to return the furniture myself(although he wasn’t technically supposed to take it back because of COVID; but he’d still sell it bc it’s a popular set.) Now its two months later and I still don’t know when my dresser will arrive. Skip this place!!!

I went to Furniture World to purchase a sofa. My children accompanied me. Of course they had to try the massage sectional out. We ended up purchasing the massage sofa, a coffee table, and an area rug! That was the best purchase ever! They had the greatest customer service and the easiest payment plan ever! I love this place and will be furnishing more of my home from their store.

They actually have some beautiful pieces, and an even bigger inventory online; however, the young lady who works there has the rudest attitude (Ive had multiple encounters with her & so this isnt based off one time). Shes on her phone every time & clearly cares WAY more about her conversation then assisting customers. Despite the horrible customer service, I went ahead and made a purchase. If I didnt love my bed set so much, I would not have bought simply because of her attitude. (She did, conveniently, perk up nicely when she realized I was buying though!). If this store isnt making sales, its not just because the area is poorer, its partly due to rude customer service!

The customer service was unprofessional. The sales person was on a personal phone call the whole time I was there and didnt ask to help me until I was practically in her face. She proceeded to give me information reluctantly as if I were keeping her from her phone call. It was a very disappointing experience .
