This is a great IT company. The people are always courteous and helpful. If one person cant find a solution, they have a great team that can. Very responsive to calls to the Help Desk. My customer service account rep is excellent. I highly recommend Dynamic Quest to any one needing IT support.

You should always buy American, especially if you are paying the price. Calling the help desk will almost always land you in the Phillipines or India, or both. At times like these, we need to make sure we support our country. If you dont, do us ALL A FAVOR AND GET OUT!

The company I work for uses Dynamic Quest as our outsourced IT provider, which includes everything from purchase and set-up of any necessary machines (servers, computers, networking, etc.), monitoring of all devices, and help desk response. They are a great option as a local Greensboro company, even providing on-site support when necessary.If there was anything I could hope for improvement, it would be the communication between DQs employees as well as to us. They sometimes do not respond as quickly as I would have hoped for.Overall, however, the service is great and I would recommend them to anyone who needs an IT service provider.
