Great fast service!! Alterations express did a major alteration job on a pair of my husbands dress pants and they fit perfectly, very happy with the service and price point.

Excellent staff and always a fast turnaround on alterations. Though I wish they dry cleaned too, they only do alterations. There is no wait time I have ever experienced and the changing rooms are always clean and well kept.

The lady named Brenda was extremely nice and helpful. However, the other lady and man upfront were more engaged in their private conversation than helping the few customers in the building. These people need to work on their customer service skills. Ms. Brenda had to help customers in the front and back while the other two continued with their conversation.

Quality work at a reasonable price. Not the cheapest, but you can count on the work being done right. Friendly folks too!

It’s Monday and took in dress for wedding on Saturday. Told in rude manner before I could even get into door that they did not have time to alter because it’s prom week - been a loyal customer for many years - will not return.Called and found an alternative alterations person for less - glad Altertions Express decided to be So rude

Ms. Brenda is the best, my now ex wife and I have been going there for years and she is the greatest. I went and picked up my suit, she saw a discrepancy and immediately fixed it even though they were about to close.

I have never had a bad experience. The customer service has always been friendly, and my alteration orders have been completed on time and with great attention to detail. On the unusual occasion that an altered garment did not fit as expected on pick-up, the staff was happy to re-measure, re-mark, and tailor the clothing to fit my original intended order, all at no extra cost AND with the same 1-day turn-around.

Absolutely phenomenal!!! I trusted them with my one and only wedding reception dress less than 48 hours before my wedding (total last minute emergency!). Not only did they accommodate me, but they did an AMAZING job! Im so happy, they are truly miracle workers. I cant thank them enough.

I have never been so disappointed...took 5 pieces in to add side vents and shorten 2 pieces, 168.000.!!!! Called manager to see if there had been a mistake in the pricing and was told its like the grocery store, it adds up. That was the response to a loyal customer of over 6 years. Will NEVER patronize this business again. As a side note, tried on one of the blouses today and it is too short to wear! Wow

I have been going here for many years. Probably since they opened the Battleground store and if I have had an issue, hems not holding etc. they have always taken care of it. I almost always have to have any clothes I buy altered shirts would be the only exception. Not sure what has happened but what a change. Had the sleeves on 2 brand new sport coats altered. When I picked them up they were slammed and I had somewhere to be so after waiting 20 mins for them to find them I chose not to try them or check them before I left and told the lady I have dealt with lots of times that I trusted they would be right and I would try them at home. She said if I had an issue to just let them know. When I got them home to try they honestly were so wrinkled it looked like they had been balled up somewhere. I called and spoke with someone I have never dealt with, the manager, she immediately said that there was no way they could have done this as they stayed on hangers except during the work. I assured her that they were not this way when I bought them or brought them in. They were brand new never been worn. She very reluctantly said if I would bring them in they would have them dry cleaned. When I carried them in and tried to show her what I was talking about she actually laughed at me and said they did not do this. But reluctantly again said they would take care of it. Um sorry thank you but no thank you not after laughing at me and not taking responsibility.

Have used them 20+ times over several years. Only once was a garment not exactly as I expected, and they promptly (and at no additional cost) corrected it. They have always had my garments ready on time, and they are very friendly. I always see the same faces, which is a great sign for any business. I highly recommend them, in fact, I am dropping off three pairs of slacks today.

Dont look any further if you need any repairs/alterations done, theyll take care of you here. They have fitting rooms and can help to find the suitable size and measurements needed when you arent sure. Staff here is friendly, knowledgeable, and all around a great group of people to do business with.

I couldnt have asked for anything better! The women that work there are fantastic and worked very hard and were efficient at altering my bridesmaid dress. They had it ready the first time in one day, but when I went back to pick it up and noticed that it wasnt quite right, they didnt hesitate and all to drop everything and fix it right then. It was cheap, but quality, work. I would most definitely use them again!

The staff was friendly! They called me about not putting pockets in my white skirt which was appreciated! I took two more skirts in that needed to be taken in and hemed. They only took darts in the waist of the skirts and the hems are not even! They took in a jumper and I have not tried it yet! They charged me 99.00 dollars!!!!!!I will not be taking any else to them! They have been our alterators for years; very skilled in the trade.

I have been going here for years but no more. They told me they could sew up moth holes in some suit jackets but I just got them back and nothing was done- all they did was iron on patches and charged me 50 dollars- this was not what I was told when I brought them in. Very disappointed- any recommendations for a new alteration place?

I needed to have a dress hemmed. Supposedly, its one day service, but it took a week to get my dress done. They charge way too much, and do not text you when the garment is ready. They stated that my garment may be ready on a Tuesday, and when I called to check on my dress on that Tuesday, they were all confused, told me that they had given my dress to my daughter that day already (I have no kids), and then were further confused as to where my dress was. Throughout all this, they dont put you on hold, they put the phone down, so you can hear everything in the background. They eventually found it, and rudely stated that it will be ready for pick up on Wednesday at 5, and they will text me. They never texted me, so I called again on Wednesday at 5:15, and they said the dress was ready. I got a text message right after I called, that the dress was ready. How convenient. Second off, the dress was serged at the bottom, there was not a nice hem, like that the dress had, when I brought it in previous to being altered. I only needed it shortened, and it cost me an arm and a leg. I also asked when I tired it on, if they would be able to press/steam the dress, but the response was, we only press the area that we alter. Gee, thanks. I paid way too much, the dress was wrinkled, and the hem looked terrible. This was for a wedding. I needed it to look nice. I will not be going back due to poor customer service, poor timing, and high prices for poor quality. I would recommend that you take your business elsewhere.

Stay away Poor.... Poor horrible place I took a dress to them to get it alliterated. The prices are high and they damaged my dress and wouldnt fix it or return my money. I went to another alteration and they did it with no problems and listened to my needs and just took care of it. the staff has a horrible attitude, and the owner even worse, extremely Un professional, horrible place

Stay Away .......Poor-Poor-Place..... i was referred through a coworker, they damaged my 6 of my dress shirts. Horrible service and the staff is extremely rude and refused to give me a refund, they do not stand behind their work i end up taking it to Sanijes Alteration on W Market St, they fixed the first time i went there, do your self a favor and stay far away from this place
