I have had a bad experience from the beginning of when we purchased the tires. The female employee that works there is extremely rude. I waited 2 and half hours to get 1 tire changed. I will not do business with them again after my tires are paid for. They cant get my truck alignment right. I have had to get 4 new tires in the last year on the front.

Called ahead and asked them if they were still doing free tire rotations for new customers. I was told yes, they were, Mondays thru Thursdays. I showed up around 1:00 PM and they tried to charge me, and said they didnt do free rotations for new customers. Super disappointed at the misinformation and lack of consistency.Workers were standoffish when I arrived and nobody was wearing a facemask.

Very happy with my new set of tires. They were all very friendly and I was in and out of there within 30 minutes. Also they have some very good deals right now.

I got my tires here about 2 years ago, the service they have given me in those two years has been pretty good. So no complaint from me. If I need new tires again this the place Im coming to.

Once vehicle got in took no time but was upset that I scheduled appointment yet still had to wait 2 hours for them to get started an was told bc of something it was basically first come first serve that day yet when scheduling appointment was under impression Id be there less than an hour. Im expecting had just gotten off work was there over an hour when I realized they hadnt gotten started had I known I could have made other arrangements.

Only giving 1 star because they make you. Ruston R&R is beyond horrible. Front staff and service employees have no business working there. Purchased new tires and rims... went to leave and car sitting on a flat. BRAND NEW TIRES!!! round and round with them, took elsewhere and was told the rims R&R sold me DO. NOT. FIT. MY. CAR.

The staff were amazing. Super nice. They made sure we had quality service. This is our second time using them and we couldnt be happier!

Very good service received here. The lady that assisted me was so nice. The tires I needed were not at this location and she called her husband in West Monroe and ask him to drive them up and he did. I was so grateful. The price for a set of four new tires and the service they offer is very reasonable for me.

Had a 6 months same as cash and and got to that last payment and there was a $200 insurance fee on the last payment. So do not think that their 6 month same as cash is what they say it is. They are charging interest on the amount you spent,

I know this is an easy way to get tires. However if you are late, they harass you. And they will refuse payment. And repossess. ALSO even though it’s a rent to own, you can not get any tires if they repossess. DO NOT USE RNR TIRE.

Started paying on my tires for my car sometime in 2017 and I was supposed to be finished in May 2018. We called yesterday and they guy said we owe $400 still, but on my receipt it shows how much I still owe and it says $249.40 and that was for March 2018. This place is nothing but a scam DO NOT waste your time or money here they will rip you off and get over on you BAD. If I could I would definitely give them zero stars. Worst experience EVER!

You call yourself professional, but you cant even call someone on the phone mainly send text. Or when you finallydo you leave unprofessional rude voice mails. Then youre account manager say oh we give you a week free then another account manager says your 2 week payment due but youre behind 3 weeks witch is total Bs. Here I was a potential costumer but sense I have seen nothing but disorganisation and unprofessional attitude very poor customer service towards a few of your current costumer. I will take my business elsewhere. Higher management really needs to weed out these people because a successful business comes with great costumer service. Is something rnr most certainly does NOT have.

Make sure you read the fine print and specifically ask for your payments to be set for you to finish paying your tires/ wheels off within the 180 days same as cash AND MAKE SURE THEY SET IT UP FOR YOU! Because if you do not it will screw you over!

A month ago I needed new tires I go to r and r the guy tells me the 33x12.5 r 18 are 1299pluss tax 6 monthes same as cash after all the little fees they dont tell u about the total was 1686.85 . I put a 700 doller down to get all the not so free stuff they promise then 2 weeks later 500. Thats 1200, today I had to pay 545.45. lets do the math 1299.00+187.85 the 185.85 is taxes .that comes to1418.85. after all the fees it was 1745.85 so I overpaid 327 r and r will never get my business again

Went out of their way to make sure we understood warranties and tire brands ....helpful, friendly, prompt staff....exceptional customer service, will definately be doing my tire business with these fellows from now on.

The full star you see up top that was an accident. I got tires and rims last year 2016. I asked them how much they were they told me $ 2100. Ok I was paying $ 134.76 every two weeks. I asked them to set it to be paid same as cash . No that didnt work . I paid on these tires and rims for a year and a half. And it still was not enough. I called the manager he told me I had only paid about $ 3200. and that was not enough to settle my account. But really I had paid about $ 4000. And to top that off they call the repo Man to come pick them up . My advice to anybody who needs tires and rims save your money and go somewhere else. O I tried to leave the Stars blank..!

I give one star because i have to. They dont deserve a star at all!!! The ruston location has idiots working there!! They dont give a da** about their customers. They treat your belongings..rims and tires like trash. They scratch them dent them and everything else and dont want to fix what THEY did!!! They are rude and dumb as ever! From them damaging my rims to putting the wrong size tire and rim causing them to rub really bad amd cause other issues...to over charging their customers. You pay 3 times for your tires and rims..calculate it! They can give you a pay off balance of 100 and u pay it then bam...you owe 500 more and so on. They do not need to be in business!!! The fat stupid guy in the ruston location needs to fired and taught respect!!! Along with the woman there and the white man in the back that changes the tires! I only liked one man up there. He was nice and polite and was honest about everything. The others are one sided and racist and needs to be fired!

Not knowledgeable at all about TPMS or tires and rims for a luxury vehicle. I will never return to this location. They couldnt even tell me that the pressure monitor in one tire caused the whole monitoring system to fail.They couldnt even tell me if they used the factory sensors out of my old tires or the new ones from the new tires. Numb skulls.
