Chris is fantastic. I took to live chat 3-4 times for an audio question. He was able to answer my questions and then send me for a purchase not even from his own store. After I made a mistake and bought the wrong adaptor, I called Chris and he again walked me through a few steps to get my wrong purchase to work with other things I already owned. I would highly recommend using Carolina Custom Sound.Two techs, Robert and Jeff, just installed wall mounts for my tv and soundbar and it went flawlessly. I was called a day prior to installation to remind me, called again when the techs were en route, then they actually showed up at the scheduled time. They didnt waste any time and performed their job exceptionally. 5 Stars

They recommended a phased approach so we wouldnt be overwhelmed or over buy out of the box and we have options going forward if we want to add later.
