These guys were fantastic!! Eric and Michael arrived at exactly 9am and got right to work. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. They hung our TV right above the fireplace and it looks awesome - I couldnt be more happy with their work! Definitely call these guys if youre looking to mount a TV - its money well spent.

These guys are the best! I purchased a top of the line wall mount, I followed the exact instructions to install the wall mount, and yes...I did find the middle of the stud :)...However, it did not feel secure and I still needed the wiring embedded in the wall, so I called Universal. I had them check the wall mount and John found that it was loose and would have fallen! The manufacturer DID NOT provide the proper screws or instructions!! So, although, I followed instructions it would not have stayed up. He removed it and re-installed it with the correct type of screws and embedded all of the wiring beautifully!

Prompt and courteous response, was willing to work around my schedule to get the install done. The installation was definitely not straight forward with an uneven natural stone fireplace and an 80+ pound plasma. Ray came out to personally supervise the install.More importantly Ray and his guys kept my wife happy by sticking to the agreed upon quote, cleaning up, and concealing the wires. Highly recommended based on our experience, and will likely use again in the future.

Universal Sound & Signal were fast to respond, and super professional. They were minimally higher in $$ but you get what you pay for - they are the TV and home theater GURUs! The job was immaculately precise, they have been doing their business for a very long time and their expertise was showcase apparent!Highly recommend!

I called these guys based on there Home Advisor reviews do with basic TV mounting upon their arrival they impressed me with some very important advice they were 1 of the most professional installation groups I have ever dealt with in my entire career I have suggested them to my owner of my company they will be doing Telecom work for my company. The work that they did in my home was top notch ive had best buy out before and they could not even finish the install with out a legal battle.Universal Sound and Signal suggested it in wall home theater system which turned out to be awesome. My parents are also using universal sound signal for their home theater system I have never left a review for any company before it seemed to be a waste of my time these guys deserve every letter I type. Never been so disgusted. Absolutely one of the worst experiences I have ever had dealing with a business. After quoting a price, the man then decided to change the price and charge more. Then just decided to NOT SHOW UP. After taking time off work (time that has to be made up later) to be home for the tv mounting, they never showed up and IGNORED my phone calls. When I was finally able to reach him on the phone, he acted as if he had no idea what I was talking abut, and only after reading him his own direct words from his, email did he even decided he wasnt going to be able to play it off.What an absolute disgrace to American business. I will be sure to inform as many people as possible about this HORRIBLE experience. We have already found someone else to do it for $200 cheaper, and I bet they actually show up!
