Outstanding services, I am very pleased with Omar & Noel they were very professional. They took their time to leave my house clean as it can be. Made sure I was satisfied before they left.Now, know that this was and all day job, I did have to be prepared which was very well explained to me when my appointment was confirmed a day prior.I just thought I would share my great experience.Note: have all areas where the vents and returns are at clear of furniture and personal items, it definitely made the process go smoother. Its a pretty noisy job especially if u have kids and pets, that was good to know for me since I have dogs I already knew what to expect.But after all it was so worth it my house feels fresh and clean and I feel more comfortable knowing my soon to be babie will be breathing clean air.

The men picked up a carpet runner that had become soaked to take it to the Hernandez facility to be cleaned and dried. They were friendly, efficient and donned booties over their shoes to protect our floors. We had called this morning and they picked the carpet up by noon.

He also stretched a large section of the carpet that had developed bumps over the last couple of years. The carpet is clean, smooth, and looks as good as new and smells fresh and clean too! This was my first time ever using a company to clean my carpet and I chose Hernandez carpet cleaning. Im very pleased with the outcome of my carpet it wasnt the nastiest carpet out there but I couldnt get it clean the way it used to be. It was worth it to spend the extra on the brush and them patching up my carpet you cant really tell they patched it up. Looks really good!! The technicians were kind and courteous. When they first arrived they did not have on masks. When the lead person saw that I had on a mask, he asked me if I would like for them to wear masks. When I answered ‘yes’ and explained that I have a compromised immune system, they didn’t hesitate to get their masks and keep them on.The furniture on my deck was really dirty and he explained that it could be cleaned but, that the best approach would be to take it to the place of business. I could not believe how clean they came and appreciated his recommendation!Given the pandemic, we had not had to carpets cleaned for awhile and it feels soooo nice to feel that my home is now clean again!I would definitely use this company again and refer others to them!

I called and got a price for my father, called back to get clarification of the work to be performed. Then they never showed up, their excuse was they didn’t feel comfortable because I wanted confirmation of the work to be perform.we read off the actual quote that they email, but we were accused of making false statements, and the quote was provided by them word for word. I got another local company 30 % cheaper and a contract of satisfaction that all spots and all carpet would be cleaned or the job would be re cleaned at their expenses. Terrible experience and a waste of our time. Absolutely the most unprofessional experience possible. We won’t be calling Hernandez again.

This is the 2nd time Ive used Hernandez and I cant recommend them enough. They are extremely professional and my sectional and area rug look brand new after a cleaning. They took a long time vacuuming all the pet hair off the cushions prior to cleaning and my furniture smells clean and fresh again.

Two gentlemen came. They introduced themselves. They walked the premise with me and asked if there were any issues I was concerned about. They offered an add on service which I did not want but appreciated being told about it. They reconfirmed the price which was the same I was quoted. I had one last room I had not finished clearing the floor. Before I could get up there to clear it they had already done it. They did not chit chat with each other, speak another language in front of me, get on their phone and talk on it while working. They did not give me a hard time about my spots or complain at all. They worked diligently. When finished they asked me to walk the rooms and make sure it all looked good which it looked GREAT! I paid them with a credit card. They did not say there was an additional surcharge to use a credit card.They left me a gift bottle of spot cleaner and a coupon for my next call. These guys were AWESOME!!! Highly highly recommend!

Did a wonderful job on carpets and area rugs. Then didnt take advantage 9f me when I wanted my dryer vents cleaned. Apparently there wasnt enough hose to warrant cleaning it went right outside, they could have faked it and charged me, but did the right thing and td.me, top notch

I didnt even want to walk anywhere cause they looked so nice!Today, I had them come by to clean dryer vents and to my surprise, they did not need cleaning. I submitted a request online and received a call the next day. They were out just a few days later. We had our air ducts cleaned in the morning and carpets cleaned in the afternoon. They also fixed some holes in the carpet. Everyone was very professional and accommodating to the fact we worked from home. Would use them again 100%!

These guys are seriously the best in the business!!! I was completely blown away by Nava and his partners work! I was planning on replacing the carpet, and now there is no need. This is a first class company! The initial lady who answered the phone when I called was warm and friendly. She explained their services and fees well. They called me 24 hours before the scheduled appointment as a reminder. The actual tech (Renee) called me 20 minutes before the appointment time to let me know he was on his way. When Renee and his co-worker (Nelson) arrived (on-time), they were warm and professional. Most of all, the results were phenomenal and the bill was as expected. Excellent experience overall!

While here, the workers were very patient with my questions. After seeing my rooms, the price remained as promised. They used corner guards, were careful around my furniture which I didnt move and even wiped my hardwoods as the hoses had been lying on them. The cleaning time was very reasonable and much shorter than I expected. The cleaning job and service was much better than what I had received from the company I used before. You can definitely tell these carpets were cleaned! Im thrilled and very pleased at the difference.I received booties to use on my feet until the carpets were dry as well as a bottle of spot remover, all without my asking and for no extra charge. Honestly, on all levels, I dont how anyone could top them. They will definitely get my business in the future and come highly recommended.

Gosh, I was starting to lose faith in professionalism, great service and exemplary customer service but then came this excellent company. I inquired electronically on a Monday evening and Tuesday morning, Id received an email and quote via phone call. The ladies on the phone providing the quote and confirming the schedule were courteous, precise and just delightful. As promised, Rene and Anthony called before arrival and showed up within the time they said they would. Due to Covid, they are actually the first people weve had in our home. They were careful to maintain distance, & safe to wear masks and protective gear. They sanitized & cleaned and Wow what a difference! Im impressed. I was on the verge of getting new carpet but I think we can wait a couple more years due to this cleaning. Ill recommend Hernandez 100 times over.

The last time I had my carpets cleaned i used Stanley Steamer in Greensboro and were not impressed by their quality of service. Pleased to say Hernandez did a wonderful job.
