This is a project we had put off for some time due to cost and complication, however I’m so glad we contacted them for an estimate. Kristine did the initial inspection and estimation. She was very thoughtful, patient and courteous. Due to her attention to detail, she actually saved us a considerable sum of money and helped to plan out the space for our unique needs. Don was the lead technician who performed the work. He was sincere in his desire to do as good as humanly possible. He went so far as to add a personal touch that honored my military service (Army Ranger) and will always be a part of our lives! I cannot stress enough the professionalism and attention to detail of this work. Everything was performed in the allotted time and the workers were clean and did not leave any mess behind. We were even provided with some extra tape and plastic to shore up any areas that could need attention in the future. They took our dirt floored, dank crawl space and turned it into a fully usable space, that’s clean, cool and perfect for our needs. I was extremely happy with the work done by the Advantaclean team. My condo sustained significant water damage from the HVAC system of a neighboring unit. They came almost immediately, assessed the extent of the problem, obvious and hidden, and shortly after had their team remove all affected carpeting and drywall, set up the drying system and sealed the affected rooms. They monitored regularly and once dry promptly removed the equipment. They provided my insurance with detailed pictures and samples. They were kind and helpful during this crisis, were extremely professional, communicative and very respectful of my space, wearing booties and cleaning up all debris and dust. I would highly recommend them.

We had several estimates for work to treat mold in our crawlspace, including one from Advantaclean--their estimate was not the lowest, but very fair. Alex arrived on time, carefully studied our problem and recommended a comprehensive plan. He patiently answered all of my questions and they started the work on schedule and completed it as promised. These guys are real pros.

The initial consultation went as planned for mold we noticed growing in the air vents. We were told the reason for the mold but given no follow up information or plan for remediation.No one bothered following up the initial visit with an email or phone call.After several forwarded emails and some unanswered voicemails trying to get an answer or estimate of services I finally gave up and still haven’t heard back from anyone at this company. It’s been several weeks.Would definitely not recommend.

Advantaclean of the Piedmont installed a vapor barrier under my home. The install was great, and they even removed all the old debris in the crawl space. Unfortunately, not long after the install there was a smell coming from the crawl space. After some trouble shooting by various contractors, it was discovered that a drain line had become disconnected and was spilling sink water into the crawl space. I called advantaclean, and even though there was no proof that the drain line got knocked loose during the vapor barrier install, they still sent out a team the very next day, cleaned up all of the spill, replaced the portion of the vapor barrier that was affected, AND had a plumber repair the drain. The level of caring and concern for the customer is second to none. I would recommend Advantaclean of the Piedmont to anyone and will use them again without hesitation.

Very upset with this company. A salesperson came to my company which is a non profit organization to give us an estimate to do some work for us in the basement. .The salesperson emailed us a price in WRITING and we called back to give the deposit and get a date to start the work which was to start within 2 weeks that we agreed too. The salesperson was no longer there because we were told he quit, so we were given a new salesperson Peter George. After talking to him for 20 minutes, we realized he was not going to honor the written agreement. I have called him 3 times to talk to him about doing the job but he will not call me back.As a founder of an nonprofit organization I try to see the good in everyone but this is not good .

Service call was good, but the whole write a review and get a gift certificate thing was very complicated and, in the end, a total scam. I regret giving them a good review because of that.

We had Advantaclean of the Piedmont come out and do a dryer vent cleaning at our house. Im quite certain that it had never been done on our 20 year old house, and there was quite the lint build-up in the vent. Pete and Philip were right on time, very friendly and did a great job, despite it taking a little longer than the normal cleaning probably does. Ive been telling all my neighbors that they need to get this done! Our electric bill was half what it has been AND Im finally able to actually use the Eco mode on my dryer for the first time! This will be a regular service that we have done, and were going to have them out to do the air duct cleaning later this month as well. You cant go wrong by having these guys out!

Update your location. Searched google for someone out to look at a mold problem. Your company came up so I called. Lady told me that Im over 50 miles away and you dont service my area. Im less than 15 miles south of Greensboro which is where your office says. According to her youre in Cary, NC not Greensboro.EDIT: Pete called and let me know the mixup on their end and seemed concerned about the issue. Ive already scheduled other appointments to look at my problem so I probably wont use their services but if it doesnt work out with the one of the others, I would feel comfortable giving Advantaclean a call again.

I interviewed 5 companies to take care of my mold remediation project and do the HVAC duct cleaning on our medium sized commercial building. Advantaclean stood out as the most qualified to complete the project. I was immediately impressed with the expertise of the employees of this company. I conducted 3 interviews and Pete and Brian were very thorough and forthcoming with answering all my questions. Pete, as lead project manager, was also helpful in suggesting a provider for part of the work that would need to be done in conjunction with this project: this was a large job and it took 5 different trades to accomplish the work at hand.The estimates were on target and the additional work needed, because of discovering hidden mold, was fair and reasonable. This work was done during the coldest winter we have had in years and we made good progress in spite of that, all while they were dealing with some emergency repairs that had to be attend to.They communicated well throughout the project. Rodney and the crew are superiorly trained technicians that have three things in mind: getting the job done right--no matter the complexity or the time involved, satisfying the customer, and cleaning up and leaving things in great order when they were done.I will not hesitate to call them again, should the need arise, nor would I recommend anyone else to take care of something as critical as mold remediation.

Advanta clean was professinal and timely. The guys were great. However, recieving the 25.00 restaurant reward for a review is too difficult.
