Nice place to get a couple necessities you might need without breaking the bank account. Could use a little bit of floor cleaning but otherwise a good place to shop.

Very disorganized. A new employee (name tag SAL??) opened her lanefor an elderly gentleman but, the rest of us were told she wasnt open. The other line was extremely busy with a full cart. Lacking in help is an understament. She said she saw me give her the stink eye and called me back to check me out. I have an injured eye that has a droop but, to say I gave her the stink eye? How professional 😠

Love this Dollar Tree.. This store is one of the biggest I have been to.. Has so much product.. Unbelievable.. Shelves are full and clean.. Store shelves are always in order.. Even though busy at most times you are able to move around to find what you need.. Serve is always welcoming and quick.. Thanks Dollar Tree

This store is super filthy i dont now what happens the entry area is no vacuum and the floor looks very dirty this is not good and the supervisor i think is in another planet this in acceptable .

Went there today and was floored by the way Holly, the MANAGER, was treating, not only her associates, but also the customers. They were way busier than normal and HOLLY shut down her register because she seemed to not feel like she needed to be open. There was a line half way down the aisles and only 3 registers open. As a manager, SHE should have stayed open to help her associates, instead of making everyone in the store feel like a complete inconvenience. I get it, it is busy, but for a manager to act the way she did, is completely unacceptable. When another associate came in, she was having trouble signing into her register and Holly gave her attitude and made her feel like she was little more than a piece of dirt. The cashier explained that she was called in and Holly reprimanded her right in front of all the customers that she had. Didnt even hold back when she was doing it either. Now, dont get me wrong, I love shopping at the Dollar Tree, but this location (just like Americas Best - in the same strip center) has no customer service, nor the respect for the customers that patronize the location. I will travel out of my way to go to the location on the East Side of Green Bay from now on. As a customer, Holly is not right for a management position, if she lashes out the way she does towards her associates and customers.

The store itself is great with the merchandise but the staff refuse to deal with couponing and their bathrooms looks like a #2 Taco Bell special went off ... it’s disgusting.... not sanitary at all

I love Dollar tree, and this one has the Crafters square items. I was very excited to see all the stuff they had. I bought way too many things, and that is the problem every time I go in there. Lol, but thats my own problem, not the stores.

I have called multiple dollar trees all over the state looking for something specific you carry. This is the only store that wouldn’t go out to the floor and look to see if it was in stock

Love this store. Today the cashier on 4 could have been more courteous. He was disrespectful and could have handled his customer service better. Calling a customer obnoxious in fron of 15 other customers was rude. He could have called for backup cashier instead of being rude himself.

A good Dollar Tree. Good staff. Good selection. I find what I expect to find here. Some great deals. A few things are higher than other places but those are exceptions. Exceptional deals on chips and salty snacks, spices too. The spices are always fresh.

I love that theres always something new and many of the school supplies or craft items I buy are of good quality. I can also use their items for other purposes than intended to have DIY projects for a very inexpensive price.

Great freezer selection for quick meals

Great place for a dollar store and if you need anything really quick to decorate or for planning something. Children love shopping here and its better paying a dollar than 20.00 on a little toy that probably wont last anyway.

If you like rude employees and the atmosphere of Taco Bell at 2am, then this is the place for you! I feel bad for the very few employees they have working there, I’ll go next door and pay the extra buck for balloons at Party City from now on.

Cheap stuff but hey look at the price sometimes over cluttered employees are usually nice and find some cool weird stuff in there just keep searching 😆

Its a lot better than Dollar General and its more organized but still when I was there there was only 2 employees working in the entire store and The shelves were fairly unorganized when I was there. Other than that it is pretty good prices for what youre getting.

Just love dollar 🌲, just a warning never go intending to spend a buck . They have everything you need 💯 from grocery shopping to just about anything else . My favorite store

Clean and cheap

Girl at the register kept her hoodie up and did not make eye contact or say anything other than mumble our total. The other two girls working ignored us but complained about other coworkers openly in front of everyone. The one on Oneida st. is better.

Dollar Tree has friendly staff and a great variety of products. The only reason I didnt give it five stars is the refrigerated section was almost empty.

I work there and I try to help everyone that I can and try to put a smile on their face.

Long lines usually. Cashiers arent very nice, usually. Shelves are usually empty and items arent pushed forward on shelf to try to make the shelf look full. A lot of items in store are misplaced that customers or staff dont put back by correct items. Its good to go here for basic items and sometimes find interesting finds.

Went today to pick up an online order at the Green Bay plaza store. My email said it was ready for pickup. I ordered the stuff on July 31st so already a very long wait. No one working had a clue where my order was and said they would keep looking and call me if they found it. OR, the manager would be working tomorrow and to call her. Really ? One would think that orders such as this would be kept in a special place that all employees know. Now, IF they find it, I have to make another trip.

Its a wonderful place but the parking is atrocious and not completely safe due to people speeding threw the parking lot.

Just what u think it is, a dollar tree. I like the place. Im not sure what people are expecting when they walk into a store where everything is valued at a dollar🤔. Good ppl. ☺
