Weve used Isabellas twice now to rent a bouncy house for my sons birthdays. They are VERY friendly on the phone and I truly feel they offer the BEST prices in the Green Bay area. Their bouncy houses also come with tables and chairs which I absolutely LOVE!! Everything is clean and looks to be in good condition considering the heavy usage the houses get! One less thing I have to worry about. The gentleman who come to set it up are so professional and INCREDIBLY friendly! I wouldnt use any other company even if they were cheaper!

I would call to see if they are open because I showed up there a few times and they were closed! They won’t even answer their phone for costumes. Good thing I will never buy anything from this place. Bad service!!!!

Ok prices... we rented a large inflatable from them. It arrived smelling TERRIBLE like a barn or a farm, it made the whole backyard smell awful, people were commenting about it the entire party. I reached out to them about it and got no response. Seems once they have your money they dont care about customer service.

My son and I were there looking for a piñata. I asked for a not so expensive piñata and the lady who was at the desk answered me in a very bad way, she even laughed at me and told me to go shopping where I think they are cheaper. O.M.G. Terrible service.
