I walked into celebration party and events and from the start it just didn’t feel very welcoming. Was only greeted by two friendly dogs. The lady behind the desk was NOT much of a people person and was to occupied with whatever she was doing behind the desk instead of making me a priority. I went to the desk and asked what kind of wedding chairs she had she then pointed to 5 chairs that were around the table and said those are it. And also didn’t include to tell me prices or even ask any details etc. I proceeded to check out the chairs to see all of them in horrible condition one chair that I sat in didn’t even have a back to it because it was snapped off. The other Chairs were cracked and unstable and also really scuffed up and dirty. (Lady is still behind the desk) I then went to her again and said are theses the same quality chairs I would have for my wedding or is this just display. And she then said..well they get used every week and that’s exactly how they look. And I then asked does the price change since they aren’t in great quality and she said no. I was just complete shocked the poor customer service and also the look of the place. I ended up telling her, no and that she lost out on $400 (need 300 chairs) by just not greeting us. I couldn’t even leave the place because the dogs were blocking the door and wanting to go outside that I had to wait for her to grab them. At least It got her to get up from the back of the desk.If I could rate this place a 0 I would, planning a wedding is so stressful as it is, and you want to find the best place to help make your wedding a special day and this is by far the worst and would never advise anyone to go here. I’m shocked to see them be rated a 3.7 right now.

The only thing I liked about this company was their dog.Customer service was terrible.I called them, the lady that answered honestly sounded like I was bothering her. So I told her I would call back. I immediately started looking for another company. As I was doing that, my wife called me and told me that she just called this business also. I asked her what they said, and she told me that the lady she spoke to was very rude.So, we both happened to contact the same business and we both received the same lousy unprofessional experience.It honestly felt like she didnt want our business. It makes me ponder the idea of how successful this company could be if they attempted to care.In the end, we reluctantly used their business. It was only 4 tables and 20 chairs. They were in average condition. We picked them up and dropped them off in a timely manner. The cost was decent. I just cant get passed their poor customer service.

Awful experience with this company. Ordered tables and chairs for a baby shower for this weekend. They got delivered today when no one was around. We went to set up... tables and chairs are in terrible shape. Literally falling apart, huge splinters, chunks missing, one table is so bad it will break in half if we put things on it. Chairs cracked and unstable. They wont do anything about it and we have the party tomorrow and have nothing to use.

I booked Celebrations for a tent and chairs for an outdoor wedding ceremony an hour away from Green Bay, and I didnt hear anything until checking in about a month before the ceremony, which is to be expected. Everything seemed fine, until one week before their scheduled delivery and they asked to change my order and reschedule the delivery. As is the case with weddings, you dont need any added stress, but thats what we found. I told them it was impossible to deliver it early and I needed it at a certain time, and I was told that she couldnt guarantee the delivery time I requested because they had another delivery that day and werent sure how long it would take. Everything ended up working out (although they were an hour late), but the added stress and uncertainty was something I was not excited about. They should have contacted me much earlier to arrange a different time than originally scheduled, and she definitely could have been more accommodating to my needs. It is, in fact, a service business.

We rented tables and chairs for a baby shower, it was all delivered the day before shower when no one was home. When we started setting up we saw the tables could barely stand and be sturdy, they were actually missing chunks out of the edges, there were sharp corners, definitely not safe for people to eat on or walk around; table cloth or no table cloth. The chairs werent much better. My 120 lb 83 year old grandmother sat in one of the chairs and it cracked. It cracked and leaned so bad that she fell off of it ( luckily it was in the grass and not on the concrete). We proceeded to call the company and left numerous messages, finally got in contact with them and they told us we ordered those tables and chairs and wouldnt help us in any way. Yes they were right; we ordered tables and chairs but not wobbly tables missing actual chunks and not chairs that are on the verge of cracking and collapsing on the floor if someone sits in them. So now we are left the night before the shower with no tables and chairs and still charged $120.00. Dont use this company!
