The Beibels team provided their services efficiently and professionally. We enjoyed the food; everything was as expected. Our contact Heather was very communicative through our many questions and provided helpful advice about how much to order.

We used Biebels to cater our wedding. It went beyond amazing! The staff was so helpful and super fast to respond when planning our dinner. Day of they were wonderful and the food was the BEST! We had so many compliments from our guests! I would 100% recommend!

We used Biebel’s to cater our 50th Anniversary party this past July. Barb was wonderful to work with, always answering my questions thoroughly and politely. Since it was an outdoor event, we settled on a pig roast. Jodie was amazing as our server, a one man show, who set up everything beautifully and efficiently. He was a dynamite server, who also cleaned up everything Thoroughly. The food was all delicious and our guests loved oooing and ahhing over the pig. I would highly recommend Biebel’s to cater your event.

To start I will say the food was delicious and the girls we worked with leading up to the wedding were wonderful. The day of however, that was a mess. The reason I am really disappointed, and even disgusted, is how they handled my cake. Paying for a service and I literally had more than one person ask if we let one of the children cut it. Every piece was a different size, some a crumbly mess and others big enough serve 3 people. Cake and frosting was smeared all over the table cloth making the entire station look just gross. And then to top it off (pun not inteded) the cake topper which I told them I wanted to save was just tossed to the side and covered with cake, fronting, and fruit. Due to it being delicate I cannot get it fully clean and it is just ruined now. Now i will acknowledge that this was a last minute thing however I asked if it would be a problem, and if it was going to be then it should have been told to us so that we could have just figured something else out. Additionally that does not provide any reason for the topper to be treated as such. Most frustrating part is when I emailed them about the experience we never even got a response.

Due to the pandemic, we had an unusual experience planning our wedding. We were supposed to get married in August 2020… then pushed to May 2021… and unfortunately, we opted not to proceed due to concerns around vaccine progress. Our rentals were slated to come from Beibel’s. At every step of the way, the team was accommodating and kind. We ended up using some of our credit on catering, since we were passing through Green Bay. Homemade stuffing and shredded beef was delicious. Thank you for helping us navigate difficult times!

Was at a wedding they catered, buffet style 30 plus people had no food out of 300 people total, apparently they can’t figure to have extra food for the prices their charging? Very disappointed we ordered pizza and had delivered to the wedding. Additionally, when they ran out of food, none of the Biebels staff had apologized or informed the people in the back of the line. The people in the front of the line were informing people in the back of the line. Biebels did not try to fix the situation. They should have had a backup plan or something. As a catering business, 30 people not getting supper is unacceptable. This should never happen at a wedding!!!

Just had a company Luncheon Today! our Spanferkel! Pig Roast :) Knowing wed eat at 12 they arrived early at 10:30, set up & tear down. Customer service was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Food was delicious: Pig Roast, Homemade Baked Beans, Sauerkraut, Assorted Dinner Rolls with Butter, American Potato Salad, and Creamy Cole Slaw. All went well together and not a single complaint from the employees. Drinks, desserts, and dishes cutlery were included too. I would definitely recommend them and cater with them again.

My mom ordered the beef tenderloin and a bunch of sides for Christmas this year. The food was amazing! Even my picky 17 year old loved it! Prep and clean up were a breeze which allowed for great family time on Christmas. We will definitely be back!

Thanks Biebels for working with use for our Olde 41 wedding! The door county cherry pork loin and raspberry balsamic chicken breast were amazing! I was not excepting it to be so great but I was pleasantly surprised by the taste, the price and the service! Many of the guest complemented on how great they thought the food was! Glad we went with them!

Biebels did not shine for our Green Bay wedding! They were expensive, not very tasty, and did not go above and beyond.We paid a ridiculous $33.42 per person for a buffet style. We had a pig on a spit but they never showed off the spit and just had the meat in a tray, which was very dry. We had a 7 layer salad, baked beans (very good), stuffing (very bad), mashed potatoes, german potatoes, sauerkraut, broasted chicken (very good). We served pies and cake, all of which was very average! They provided paper plates and paper towels. Appetizers was a cheese and sausage spread, vegetable tray and a smoked salmon (which we had to pay separate and deliver to them)They also provided the table clothes which we had to pick up and return.We received an email 3 days before our wedding that the smoked salmon that we ordered months ago was not available but if I wanted to drive to another city to pick it up and bring it to them I could. What!?I ended up calling the same company that they use and got it locally. I had to drive locally and pick up the fish and bring it over to Biebels, the day before the wedding. As if we did not have enough things going on.They were nice to work with but their performance, quality, and price scored them this poor review.**Update** They charged us over $100 for a missing table cloth...10 days after we delivered them back to them. Maybe they did not like their review. SMH.

Biebels just did our catering and rentals for our backyard wedding. They were extremely professional and very accommodating. The food was delicious! I highly recommend the beef brisket, Mac n cheese, roasted red potatoes and dessert bars. It’s reasonably priced and we got exactly what we wanted! I am one happy bride!!!!

Ordered the individual lunches for a training seminar and it was terrific. The staff was wonderful and the food was delicious and home made. They offer a great meal option keeping covid safety practices in mind.

They are open and selling propane. Glad they are back! Oh and dont forget the best in catering and catering supplies as well. Ive used them in the past for pig roast parties and just needing tables and chairs. Give them a call. You will not be disappointed 😉!🥳🎉

We worked with Kim at Biebels who supplied wonderful appetizers at our son and new daughter in-laws wedding out our home. Tons of compliments on the wide variety and flavor of the appetizers. Even adding last minute appetizers they did not skip a beat! We also rented all the dinnerware and glassware for over 500 people, everything was timely, clean and very easy to work with. I would not only refer them to anyone thinking of catering in, but we would use them again for future events! Thank you!

They catered my “COVID” wedding buffet style and everything went perfect and quick with the staff having to serve everyone! Would highly recommend!

We got the Taste of Autumn Thanksgiving meal and it was absolutely fantastic. The mashed potatoes were amazing and the turkey...my god...it was so flavorful and moist. We had 11 people and still had leftovers! We asked for accommodations due to food allergies and everything was prepared perfectly. No calls to 911 on thanksgiving!We will definitely be doing this again next year! Made the day relaxing and enjoyable.

Kim helped me with coordinating a pig roast for my wedding. Biebels did an amazing job with everything. We received so many compliments on how good and unique the food was!!

Lets start off with the good. The food was excellent and especially for the cost. Great value there. The horrible service came from the owner Kim. We had been planning the wedding for 2+ years. Every time we contacted her there were problems with our invoice. It started with adding a second dance floor and multiple extra delivery charges. Then a month before the wedding we had better counts for guests and between the additions and subtractions with pieces the invoice should have gone down by $500, instead it went up over $900! When we asked why she told us the tent was listed, but there was no price. She also said she missed it, but so did I. Last time i checked Im the client and I shouldnt have to check every detail to make sure there is a price, especially when its a huge line item. After getting very upset Kim and I did come to an agreement which I felt was still a bit much, but I could live with. From there things got worse. I was not able to be at the venue for set up of the tent and I wish I had been because they they delivered the wrong tent! We ordered a frame tent and they delivered a pole tent. This then threw off EVERYTHING! My theme for the wedding was Beauty and the Beast and I ordered chandeliers from another company. Because the wrong tent was delivered the chandeliers could not be hung in the tent. My only saving grace is our venue owner was gracious enough to allow us to hang them in areas she did not want them hung. She went out of her way, unlike Biebels. Instead Biebels blamed the tent and chandelier snafu on myself and our lighting company saying a frame tent would have never been able to hold the chandeliers. If that was the case, why wouldnt that have been brought up when the vendors had talked out details beforehand? She also says she called me the day before, but never left a voicemail. I checked my call log and there was no missed call. And if it is important why would you not leave a voicemail? I personally believe she ordered this tent after the pricing mix up as a pole tent is cheaper, to cover the costs of her mistakes hoping we wouldnt realize the difference. I am an interior designer and my entire floorplan was messed up due to her mistakes. I only paid the balance to be done with them. I would not recommend them to be used for anything other than just catering. She burnt a bridge with not only myself, but with a venue that has to use rentals.

We couldnt have been more pleased with Biebels as our wedding caterers and rentals. Given that we were having a DIY wedding at a venue in Door County, we wanted something a little less traditional that would be fun for our guests. In researching caterers, we were impressed with Biebels for their amazing customer service and the range of meal and rental options they had available. Once we did a tasting of their Spanferkel pig roast and a few of the sides, we knew this was the cater for us! Katie and her team worked tirelessly throughout the stressful ins-and-outs of planning. We were so grateful for their patience, ideas, and flexibility with menu planning! Day of, we had Kelly and Barb, who were so helpful, efficient, and positive! They made sure we got to do a ceremonial first cut of the pig (which was so fun) prior to the dinner being served. We had tons of sides to go with the pig and our guests enjoyed the brownies and bars as part of the dessert options! We are still hearing rave reviews weeks later about the food that was served at our wedding.We also did a couple of rentals through Biebels, including the folding chairs for the ceremony, as well as the champagne fountain, cocktail tables, bar topper, some of our linens, and popcorn machine. Rental drop off and pick up went smoothly and we were more than pleased with the items we rented.We highly recommend Biebels catering and rentals for your next event!

Seemed very helpful. Reservations process is very easy, can do it on line or by phone. Pick up should be a breeze.....Pick up was easy everything was ready and waiting. We even added and changed items and staff was curtious, helpful and friendly. Will use this service again!

Went to the murder mystery party on 4/6/2018 catered by Biebels Catering and it was absolutely fabulous. The food was excellent, it wasnt over the top but it fit the theme perfectly. The wait staff was extremely attentive and very helpful. The macncheese is to die for.

Biebels catered a pig roast for us at Pamperin Park in Green Bay early in October for a gathering of 150 family members and friends. The food and service were outstanding. Very easy to work with, and they gave us many options to pick from for food and beverages. The staff members that worked our event were great. I would not hesitate to go back to Biebels for future eventsThanks!

We used biebals as our wedding caterer. Before the wedding we paid each month with small installments. I asked for receipts with each payment and never received any. Then when I went to pay the final payment before the wedding and they were missing payments so I had to show proof of each check that I made and that they were cashed. Just a little inconvenient.At the wedding the ladies from biebals were very nice and had everything set up and ready to go for our guests. They did a great job.The food was great. We had the pig roast and it was amazing. The potato salad and coleslaw was really good. The stuffing was okay, but the tea and lemonade were watered down. They didnt taste very good at all.Pretty good to work with overall and would recommend using them for any event.

Food was good and hot. Had buffet style for 100 people and there was food left over. Happy with service provided.

Rental was decent priced. But upon returning the Items, whoa! The woman who checked us in called my husband a liar, then finally admitted she was wrong, but before it was all over called him a thief when he told her he was returning two additional tanks that they did not write down. Certainly dont need to be treated this way when it comes time to settle up. Anyhow found other catering companies with a lot better customer service for the about the same price. For these reasons would not use this company again. Customer service is just as important at the start as the end.

Not much inventory for rental on the floor when I went in; however, it smelled amazing. Also, I only needed to rent a couple of things at the last-minute. I did not use the catering side of Biebels which, based solely on smell, wouldve earned 5☆. IMO
