I would highly recommend Elite Rentals! I used them for my daughter’s wedding ( which had to be rescheduled from 2020 ) - they were extremely accommodating! They were on board with our vision from the very start. I had no issues contacting them with questions, concerns, and changes. The tent, tables, chairs, and lighting were perfect, as was the dance floor and stage. Thanks to Elite, my daughter had the wedding of her dreams!

When my husband and I started planning our wedding we knew we wanted to have a tented wedding, and that that tent had to be clear. I booked Elite for my small, backyard wedding and was very pleasantly surprised by great condition of the equipment. The tent and side-liners were clean, and the tables and chairs were like-new and sturdy; we rented the folding farm tables and fruit wood chairs. Kent knew just how many tables we would need for the number of guests we had, as well as the size of tent we would need. Kent was very responsive via email, and returned my phone calls in a timely manner as well. Highly recommend!

I am a wedding venue owner located in Northern Door County.We try to exclusively work with Elite Tent Rentals.After seven seasons of running weddings and events, Kent and the Elite team have exceeded all of our other experiences. Their products are always the newest, nicest, and cleanest. They also always respond quickly to all of my questions and concerns. Kent (the owner) has actually driven up on two occasions the day of an event to address an issue we were having.My venue, Garden Gables, will continue to recommend this company and hope to work with them at all of our events!

Not a good experience! The chairs were filthy!!!! Luckily the coordinator at the chapel wiped them down before our guests arrived. Elite did not pick the chairs up until mid afternoon 3 days after they were scheduled to and no one contacted the chapel to advise why they were not being picked up. I contacted Elite, they assured me I would receive a price adjustment within a week. This was the end of October, 2016. I have called them several times, got their answering machine. I have left numerous messages and no one has bothered to call me back and still no check! I would NOT recommend this company!!!!!

Extremely happy with the customer service! Keith was extremely helpful with all of my questions and also flexible with times for my pickup and drop off! We rented tables and chairs and all were in very good shape. Would highly recommend Elite Rentals for your event!

We rented bistro tables through Elite Rentals this past January for our wedding. Dick was quick to answer questions and assisting us with pick up and drop off. The tables did the job well and were easy to set up and take down. The location can be a little tricky to get to, but overall it was a great experience!Also the price was fair! Thank you Elite!

Shame on them for keeping a 50% deposit during the times of a pandemic! No one asked to have their special events moved or cancelled! But elite tents are using this as a free money tactic! Especially wrong of them when a groom is serving our country and is apart of a military stop movement order that keeps him from being able to go home to attend his wedding! You should be down right ashamed the way you are conducting business in these times!!

All they care about is money. There is no exceptions for a pandemic that causes someone to have to cancel their wedding because the military has a no movement order. They state this is their policy! This “policy” is unacceptable for these types of situations. They only care about the money.

I LOVE THESE GUYS!!! If you want a no hassle, no nonsense experience, use Elite!September of last year we used a different tent company for my sisters wedding... it was a very poor experience to say the least. So when it was time to plan for my wedding, all I knew was that I would not go back to the other company.There arent enough words to explain just how wonderful Matt and Tony have been to work with... Our wedding isnt even here yet, but when the chairs and tables fell through for our shower the guys alleviated my stress by giving a great price, delivering and picking up exactly what I needed for the shower.Because they make the tents themselves you can be sure that youre not going to get pie in the sky promises about the quality of the tent and then end up with holes in it (ah-hem, my sisters wedding where it rained terribly!) it also gives flexibility on the size that you may need.Did I mention the prices yet?!? I about cried because I assumed that with the quality and professionalism it would have been far more than the other company we used for my sisters wedding; it was a fraction of the price! I didnt have to request that they include sides for the tent and they were happy to meet me at the site to plan out how we are going to do the lay out.

See there are a lot of openings due to Covid! Just a heads up...they already got their half of the money from the cancellations because they won’t work with anyone who had to cancel be it COVID or because the groom cannot get leave because of that! Be careful what you sign!

Fantastic experience for my remote cabin, riverside wedding. Enjoyed the tents, tables, chairs, and wedding arch! They have outstanding customer service. Everyone was very friendly, organized, and outgoing! I got the opportunity to use them again when I had my wedding reception at Bay Beach and they went above and beyond to make it feel intimate & classic. Our Party on the Pond client appreciation event was beautifully decked out by Elite Tent Rentals! We had a great-looking tent that was spacious and comfortable for all of our guests. We threw a surprise party for our parents. It is in a remote place in southern Door County Wisconsin. There are not many options for party tent service and rentals in that area. I called around, had a short window of opportunity and Matt was the most helpful and wonderful person to deal with. The crew delivered the tent in the small window of time that we needed (as promised) and on a weekend day as well. I highly recommend their service and products. Tent had to be put up on a shale rock/sand bank as we were on the bay. Ill definitely use these guys again without question! My experience with Elite Tent Rental was great!!!

Elite does a great job. We always use them for our company events and just recently used them for our new corporate ground breaking ceremony.We used their clear tents (walls and ceiling) and it looked great and received many compliments for our attendees. Very pleased!

Elite Tent Rental has outstanding customer service! They are very helpful, professional, and prompt. We rented a 40 x 60 tent from them four our church Neighborhood Picnic outreach event. They had the best price in town and were the most personable too. They are involved in the community and seemed to genuinely care about our event. These guys were great. I dont have a whole lot of experience renting tents, but these guys exceeded my wildest expectations. They helped diagnose what we would need for our festival, routinely checked in and even spent time trying to figure out how they could save us a few dollars, all while being extremely courteous and caring, more like a friend than a business partner. Elite Tent Rentals provided excellent service for our daughters wedding reception in our backyard. They were prompt, courteous, professional, friendly, and dedicated to our family wedding. Due to unexpected circumstances, the wedding venue changed and Elite Tent owners went on a mission to help the bride and groom find another place to have the wedding. They reacted quickly and worked tirelessly to make the day perfect. The tent, tables, chairs, and linens were set exactly where we expected and they were removed the following Monday on schedule, even though it was raining. Elite Tent Rentals provided our tent as well as all tables, chairs, dance floor, lights and linnens for my wedding for a very decent price. The crew was very nice and super helpful. Though they did not have to, they helped us move a very large podium that we had out on the property we were getting married, but before they came we did not have a clue how it was going to get moved. Thanks to them, and especially one of the managers, Caitlin, my wedding turned out exactly how I dreamed. Thank you guys and I recommend this company to everyone. I couldnt have asked for better customer service and professionalism.

Youve GOT TO rent YOUR tent from Elite Tent Rentals!! I spent the better part of my day in mid June making phone calls and checking out tent rental sites online. I was nearly ready to give up due to the PRICES of those OTHER tent rental places and the inflexibility of ALL others as to the selection of tent sizes and their unwillingness to travel to my event location to set up the tent. All other tent rental prices were UNAFFORDABLE! Many only had a couple of tent sizes available, and were already booked for the day that we needed it. BUT just before I gave up my search as a lost cause, I saw the ad online for ELITE TENT RENTALS...THEY WERE SO VERY ACCOMODATING TO OUR NEEDS; they have a large selection of tent sizes, and their prices were the ONLY ones that worked with our budget. The young men that came to set up the tent for us were very courteous and knowledgeable about the proper way to set up a tent securely and they arrived at the exact time of day that they said they would be there. DO NOT waste your time like I did looking for a great tent rental business-you WILL find it at ELITE TENT RENTALS. I wish there were 10 stars above my words to indicate how pleased we were with their service, but we have given them a 5 out of 5! :-)
