Exceptional in every way!!Friendly service, both on the phone and in the garage- they really went the extra mile, even offered us bottled water while we waited on a hot day.They made sure every aspect of my vehicle was checked over and safe, explained everything in plain language, and made sure I understood. And talk about FAST!! Its so refreshing to come to a place where you feel people genuinely like their jobs. I went to this Take 5 today and it was an amazing experience! My normal place could not get me in until later today so I decided to try here and I am glad I did. At my usual place I walk in and have to beg for someones help and attention when I get there WITH AN APPOINTMENT! But here they told me exactly what they were doing what was wrong and how much and how long it would take! 10/10 will literally recommend to everyone!

Recently had my car checked by a mechanic that’s a family friend and was informed that my vehicle has no oil. Take 5 just changed my oil 3 weeks ago roughly

I went to get a full service done. Aleyna the manager told me they couldnt service my car all because my hood was a little difficult to maneuver. So I went over to Hansen road, they laughed at the girls incompetence and did my oil change with a smile snd gave me coupons for future oil changes. Moral of the story DO NOT GO TO WEST MASON TAKE 5 go to Hansen!

Good guys here, I took one star off because they didnt reset the oil change sensor and I dont know how to do that myself ha ha... usually the garage takes care of that.

Have been coming here for 20+ years but will never be back. Last few times the employees have been so rude treating me like I was bothering them and talking over me when I was asking questions. Today they told me to leave because they couldnt figure out how to open my hood. I even offered to help them and do it for them but told me I had to leave. Offered to pull back into the parking lot and open it for them and drive back up to the doors and they said they will just slam the hood and refuse to service my vehicle. Why tell the customer to pop their hood before pulling into the bay if youre just going to shut it before they enter and turn them away? I went somewhere else and they opened the hood just fine. Never returning here again and I will be taking my business somewhere else that knows how to open a hood from now on.

Worst oil change place Ive ever had the misfortune of pulling up to. Went to get my oil changed and pulled up to the cordoned off garage and waited for a minute to find no employees come out of the office. The office appeared to be dark as if the business was closed. I parked my vehicle and looked around for someone and ended up mistaking a customer of the neighboring car wash for an employee because there wasnt a single employee around. Like myself the customer was dumbfounded as to how to get someones attention and there were no instructions visible anywhere regarding what to do. I then noticed that the backside of the garage was not cordoned off and thought I may have been trying to enter the wrong way so I pulled around back. It was at this time that employees came out of the office to yell at me for coming in the wrong way due to the complete lack of any information or instructions. I then pulled back around to the front where I was informed that the employees didnt feel safe changing my oil due to me pulling in the back side even though there was no sign saying enter on the correct side like any other Take 5 or any oil change place for that matter that I have been to. The employee I spoke with was very rude to me and apparently too lazy to change my oil 20 minutes before they close so sent me away. I will obviously not be going back there again.

The person taking my oilchange request was very educated and helped to find the right oil and filter for my 10,000 miles synthetic oil change.

Well I would most well I would definitely will go to Take 5 again for to get my oil changed, they were very nice and with me being a female they did not take advantage of that and that makes me very happy that they did not take advantage of that.

Absolutely amazing. I cant say anything bad at all, except the mechanic that didnt wear a mask when they said I had to lol. (I could care less but am giving a very thorough review) I bought a used truck and took it there for an oil change because that was where the sticker said the last oil change was done but the mileage was rubbed off, I didnt know if I needed an oil change or not. They scan the VIN number and tell me more about the vehicle than I knew and offered me the full service records as they have serviced the car since it had 1000 miles. Big win but kudos for offering that info. Staff is very knowledgeable about literally everything vehicle related. No question went unanswered without a full and detailed answer and options to change or do better for cheaper. They even washed my windshield and I never got out of the truck. And extra bonus, you can show up at any location anywhere anytime and they top off all your fluids and tire pressure for zero dollars and zero cents. I will never go anywhere else. Couldnt recommend more highly.

I went in for a state inspection and the older guy who just got his certification back from the state and stated that HID lights are illegal in the state of Texas. I guess all the car manufacturers that has HID lights stocked cant sell cars/trucks in Texas. I tried to explain to him that my headlights doesnt has separate bulbs and it has one bull which is a high/low bulb that came from Dodge like that. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Mind you, Ive taken my vehicles car,truck, and motorcycles here for inspections for the past 5 years

Always have a great experience here every time Ive gone. Theyre extremely helpful and explain every step of the process throughout. Fair prices and theyll give you the small sales pitch on some things of importance but are not too pushy on if you dont want it. Leave with a good feeling and a smile on my face every time I leave.

I was so happy to find a drive-through Oil Change service, I find it very convenient in my busy life. Honestly, this was a very disappointing experience. It is supposed to be quick and convenient, but instead it was a non-stop bother. From waiting while they serviced another gentlemans car who arrived after me (maybe they take appointments? and that was why he got serviced first) to the 4-5 things they tried to show me and sell me, including this cabin air filter. When I told them Id like my Husband to take a look first, they put it right back in my car looking like the picture below. It just really shows me they do not care at all about their customers, It would have taken 2 seconds to dump this out. Definitely have lost what would have been a life long customer. I do not recommend.

First off, I NEVER leave reviews on google so this will be a first. But I’ve gone to this location numerous times but this was the first since it became a Take 5 location. The manager, John, made sure I was aware and understood everything that was happening and everything I was paying for. The crew was quick and efficient. Overall great team and will most definitely be my go to location/recommendation.

Very kind workers. They let me know everything they were doing as it was happening, offered their 2 cents on when certain things should be replaced, applied a discount on my oil change, let me know my business was greatly appreciated, and offered a free water on the way out!

They may have done damage to my daughters 2018 Kia. She had her oil changed at this place since she bought the car new in 2019. I listened to the car run last spring and couldnt believe my ears. It sounded like a threshing machine. I drained the oil and put in Mobil 1 and the best filter. In less than 1000 miles that oil was black and sticky. I drained again and put in more Mobil 1 and replaced the filter. After 3000 miles the oil was black and sticky again. 11/06/2020 I changed the oil and filter again. Hopefully I have removed most of the sludge that their cheap oil hasleft behind and gummed up the engine with only 30,000 miles on it.Go ahead and have your oil changed there but, be prepared for a huge engine replacement bill.m

John made extremely good recommendations on what he felt we needed for our vehicle and their service was courteous and quick. Being an Army veteran he helped me take advantage of their current promos for service members and set me up with a membership card to take advantage of them in the future as well. Pressure to up buy, told if I do not synthetic oil in my vehicle (which is only the manufacturer option) I would have to sign off that the conventional oil will void all manufacturer and Take 5 warranties, COME ON. Then as they were doing the oil change employees were discussing how I did not take the synthetic and all warranties are void.

Did a fine job and includes top offs and tire pressure in-between oil changes, but pretty expensive. Almost twice what other places are charging.

Review is for Take 5 on W Mason St, formerly Fast Track. Avoid this place, very shady business. Pulled in and the guy asked what I wanted. I asked for the standard conventional oil change. He proceeded to show me the options for synthetic oil (all over 50 dollars) I told him I did not want synthetic. He then told me they do not carry anything but synthetic and I would damage my car with conventional oil (my car is older and has never had synthetic oil). So I left angered, and Youtubed how to change my oil. Went to Walmart across the street to buy supplies and did it myself for 18 bucks and 20 minutes of my time. Its super easy to do!

The people were very nice but insanely over priced. Over $80.00 for a standard oil change with 2 quarts of oil, they were already under the hood before I was aware the price had doubled since the change of owners.

Arrived at 215pm on 3-24-19 before a 3pm close with 2 vehicles. One of the previous vehicles had an oil change done by Walmart and had the wrong filter in it. Michael, discovered this issue and had to order correct filter from auto parts across the street. They finished our vehicles with correct parts. They stayed until after 330pm, a half hour past their close time of 3pm.Michael went above and beyond. 5 stars.

Good place to get a quick lube change. Employee is friendly and fast. Trustworthy? Idk. Ive been there once and Im due for next oil change well find out how they serve us. Id continue to go until they f**k it up. (Like last oil change place..***long story sorry***)
