I have been taking my car to Auto Select for years. Most recently, I have had continuous reoccurring car issues resulting in me bringing in my car several times in a short period of time. The guys (especially Jaramey and Chad) at Auto Select always went above and beyond with communication about my car issues, were honest about what needed to be fixed, and did what they could to make dealing with car issues less stressful. When I did buy a new car, I trusted Auto Select to check it over to make sure there were no major issues. I would highly recommend Auto Select for their professionalism, communication, and quality of services!

As a college student a few hours away from home, finding a good, reliable place to get my car fixed and get oil changes done was something that I knew I needed. Auto select is that place. They have been so great. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Green Bay Area.

This place is awesome. My wheel bearing went out and without an appointment. Jeremy was able to get me in and fixed within couple hours of dropping it off. I could say I was lucky as I needed my car for work that afternoon.

Unfortunately my starter went out while I was filling up at the gas station and was far away from home on the first day of vacation. They were able to get me in right away, diagnose and fix the problem, and get me back on the road I. A little more than an hour. If I ever break down in Green Bay again, I know where I will take my car. They did a great job

I had an expensive repair so initially was a little hesitant. Asked a family mechanic on the price and they said it was better than they could offer. Was happy with the work and value in the end will definitely use them again.

I LOVE Auto Select - wow!! Found my new car place and cannot say enough about these guys… SO kind, knowledgable, professional, easy-to-understand, clean, great communication, excellent prices, and timely service. They are so thoughtful and yet totally not pushy. Even my shy 18 y/o daughter, who was definitely nervous about talking to a car shop, felt at ease with Jaramey and Eric. Their loyalty program will keep me coming back again and again (but, even without it, I’d be telling everyone I know to go there!) All these extra perks make your experience excellent but you’re not paying any extra for this top quality. I will never go anywhere else again.

Checked my AC found a leak. Gave me 2 options for repair, although I decided not to fix because of age of vehicle. They are always friendly and thorough there. I have had wooden there in the past and would recommend them. Pricing is always fair.

These guys are great! We were vacationing in Door County and had a “check charging system” alert in our 2010 Acura MDX. All repair shops we called were booked accept for Auto Select. They were able to fit us into their busy schedule and get us on our way home in just a few hours. I would highly recommend this shop!

Auto Select had a nice tow truck to pick up my vehicle with in minutes of me calling on a Friday afternoon. I picked up my vehicle Monday morning clean and repaired.😊

I wasnt very impressed or even satisfied with the results. I spent $400 for them to fix my starting issues (all they did was replace a sensor, definitely not worth $400) AND when i picked my car up, there was damage. The lock on the car door by the window (that pops up when unlocked and slides down when locked) was broken off. Im not sure how they did that but thats frustrating. And not to mention just a few weeks later im having the same issues. I took it back and they said they cant fix anything because it starts for them. No tests, no investigation. It started so they told me to pick it up because its fine. VERYY unsatisfied with their results. I personally do NOT recommend this place.

I have only lived in Green Bay for a year and a half. I had an engine problem with my 2014 Jeep Patriot. I Googled top auto repair shops and Auto Select East came up. After reading the wonders reviews I called them. They picked up my car from work and left me their van. Soon after they had it I received a call explaining to me exactly what the problem was and the cost to fix it. I was then called back again to explain another issue. I had no problem telling them to please go ahead and fix it. The price was extremely reasonable! More than that. The customer service was FANTASTIC! .I am a front end manager of a grocery store. Took my car there for some suspension noise and couple other things. I was not completely satisfied with the results once finished however that was not the mechanics fault, I brought my issue to their attention and they offered to fix it. Jaramey and his team always go the extra mile for their customers. This service appointment was only for and oil change, however I have gotten my oil changed on the vehicle elsewhere before and Autoselect does it for about $50 less than one of those drive thru places. Highly recommend.

The guy at the front knew what he was doing and was very efficient. I needed all new tires and when I dropped my car off and went shopping with my boyfriend, I got a call that my car was ready with all new tires 10 minutes after walking into the store. The only place I bring my vehicles - they have done routine maintenance on my three vehicles I have had over the last few years and anytime I have other questions/concerns about my cars they are always willing to check the issue out. They have never been pushy about purchasing anything like a lot of other auto shops are.Knowledgeable and friendly!

I use Auto Select for my business and personal use vehicles. Their pricing is fair and commensurate to their quality. Ive had many times where their final charge has come in under their original quote, but usually right on target. In the 1 scenario that the project went sideways, they told me the work was under their workmanship warranty and completed the repair for free. They have never pressured me or advised me to do unneeded work. If youre looking for an honest shop that will fix your vehicle correctly and back their work....you found it.

To the point of texting, emailing personally after hours.It was refreshing to know, they did care about me as a person and customer.First off, Jeremy and staff have been great to work with. However I can no longer use the services they provide.I have use them on my personal vehicles, my company vehicles, my employees vehicles and I have pushed for friends and even strangers to use their services..I had an instance a few years back where there was damage done to one of my vehicles, and the owner chose to look the other way. I foolishly continue to use their services for years now and dropped my vehicle off for a routine oil change. After picking the vehicle up noticed the passenger door was damaged. Again consulted with The owner and he chooses to do nothing. His claim “ My insurance company won’t cover it“. It’s funny how my insurance company will cover it no questions asked. You would think he’d offer to even assist in my deductible and not have a claim on his insurance, not valued I guess. I have spent a lot of money here over the years. Sad way toTreat a customer.

Went to my local Napa to get a new headlight for my Saturn. Told them I didn’t want to hassle with installing them. They recommended your shop to me. She called and was told that you could get me in right away. When I arrived my car was taken in right away. The price to install was fair. Car came out and was on my way, saving myself hours. You have a new customer in me. I realize not all repairs will be this quick, but I believe prices and timelines will be fair. Thank you very much.
