They will find a lot of stuff thats not wrong about your car and overcharge you!! Poor customer service and the guy at the front desk doesnt know how to speak with customers. Wont answer simple questions. Pretty rude!!. Dont go here unless you want to be taken advantage of and have a lot of money to spend. Your looking at thousands!!

Do not goto this place! Will find tons of other stuff wrong and over charge on your vehicle maintenance. Has happened to me and others I know. Brought in for alignment, called 3 hours later saying they would have to fix something for 300-1100 to complete alignment. Took to auto select on Oneida and charged me 75$ for alignment and everything was perfect. This was a year ago, still no issues.

Had multiple repairs done to my vehicle during one visit. Jenny was extremely communicative about all of the issues and the options that I had to choose from. She listed out the priorities and everything was done in a timely fashion. Definitely would do business again.

Travis (the one working the front desk) was just an outstanding man. They helped me and my friend with all that we needed.

I do not suggest this location. I know I needed new brake pads as my car was coasting. Rotors were still good (zero grinding). I called for an estimate, they refused. Suggested, I came in. I did. They claimed both front and back brakes needed to be replaced and all the bells and whistles. $1200! I dated a race car mechanic for 13 years, and knew they were screwing me. Had to pay $70 for the inspection. Took it to a family members that said I ONLY needed back brake pads, $89 later. This place should be ashamed.

Jenny and Scott were PHENOMENAL! We needed to finance our repairs and they helped make it happen. Kind, courteous, and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They made me do alignment Three times, then they made me pay an extra 70$ for them to use a torch to loosen the bolt and the alignment was still off really bad. Took the car to Randys tires and they did the alignment for 70$ in like 30mins. Dont go to this pooopy place go to Randys tire.

MIDAS ON MILITARY St. in Green bay Wisconsin did a completely HORRIBLE BRAKE LINE job. I tried to call the owner and his manager wouldnt give me his number and only gave me another number to their other shop in APPLETON. The store Manager told me after i paid for my brake lines to be done that if my pedal goes to the floor then i should take it to BMW because they dont have the right tools to fix it. I looked at the work done by midas and they put a coupling at the bottom of the bend. this is very dangerous and any engineer would not recommend doing this because of the failure rate at a joint. They did not even form the brake-lines and just let them hanging down out of the clips and all bent up and zip tied them together I would never recommend this place to anyone. They do not pride them selfs on quality workmanship and quality of work. The work done by MIDAS costs me $700 for them when the OEM parts were $256 and they didnt even call me to ask at any given time to install OEM parts in. At no time was i called stating they did not have the tools or parts to work on my vehicle. They also Filled my fluid with the wrong fluid DOT 3 when it is specified DOT 4 i recommend to not go to the Midas in here or any other ones in this region because they simply do not care about saftey i offered a remedy and they did not even respond. The work Messed up on my vehicle will cost me up will cost $2600 to fix. Worst work done i have ever seen. The Lines were pushing out of the clips and didnt follow the rails i told the owner to look at the work done to my car The Owner even looked at it and i told him what i wanted to do. Midas has not responded....Midas Refunded my money $695 i Paid and left me with a unsafe vehicle and up to $2600 worth of work to be done on my car.

Read fine print. Tried to tell me if they dont do alignment after setting it up for some other reason they will still charge for full price and tried to charge close to as much for inspection 1st.

Been here quite a bit over the past 10+ years...the staff here are always very nice and helpful. They explain things in terms I can understand and go through the associated costs. They are not pushy about completing the needed services and Ive came back to have things done when I could afford too. I appreciate their kindness and honesty. Definitely worth 5+ stars!!!!

Ive been taking my vehicles to Midas in Green Bay for all my service needs and repairs for many years now. I have no problem sending my wife and daughters into the shop by themselves to have work done. I just dont understand what some of these folks are talking about in the other comments. (Never has my family felt ripped off or treated a certain way just for who they are) Great prices, prompt service and all the staff at Midas are friendly+professional. A big thank you to all the staff at the Green Bay Midas for keeping my family safe on the road!

Tony and Zach provide excellent customer service. They will tell you exactly what work is needed on your vehicle. They are always honest whether something needs to be done or if it is suggested service by the manufacturer. They have always honored our appointments and get the vehicle completed in a timely manner. We have never been overcharged for an item. Im sorry some other individuals had bad experiences but I love the level of service here.

Ive been bringing my Honda to Midas for years now, and for good reason. Tony and the mechanics working for this location are never condescending, and are happy to explain exactly what is going on with my vehicle, and what the costs of repair will be without any gimmicks. In the event something doesnt go right with a repair, or something is missed at an initial appointment, these guys have always worked to make things right with good humor and respect, and I feel that this is something rare with auto repair services (at least as far as I have experienced). I highly recommend the S Military location in Green Bay--I wouldnt steer you wrong. (Sorry, bad pun).

I have been going to Midas for years with several different vehicles. Estimates are accurate. Repairs are explained thoroughly. Work is done on time and done right. Tony has always been a great help with fitting appointments in and getting our vehicles back on the road. I highly reccomend Midas. Its the only place I will bring my personal and business vehicles.

Lone women should NEVER go here. They are scam artists. My wife sat there for an hour just for an estimate on an alignment and some brake work done. During that time she witnessed the front desk person speaking badly about female customers and treating them like they are idiots.They came back to talk to her and basically tried holding her car hostage saying that her 1 rim and 1 tire were shot and they wouldnt put it back on or put on the spare tire. She told them she only had a budget of $150 for something immediate. The initial estimate came back at around $600, and she re-explained what her budget was. They took a few things off and wouldnt let her take her car until she paid $300.This was for 2 used tires and a used rim. She told them no initially because we could have just gotten a rim and already had 4 tires at my fathers house for her car for free. They held her car hostage until she paid, treated her like she was an idiot and overcharged for a used rim (which she was told was suppose to be a new rim).I repeat, if you are a lone woman coming in here, stop and turn around. Go somewhere else because these men will take advantage of you and treat you like garbage.

Tony and Zach are very personable and easy going. They have fit me in when my schedule was tight, honored coupons, and are always easy to talk to. When I have questions they are always sure to answer them and keep me notified of maintenance services I am due for. I havent had my car serviced anywhere else for the last 5 years and have never had any issues. Last week my tires were low on air and I stopped and they filled them up for me. I would highly recommend them.

I asked for a transmission flush, it was reccomended to me by other car mechanics, but they cant do it because they dont have the machine. Midas told me doing a flush has a high probability of ruining my car, telling me this without checking my car at all but talking to me, someone who has no car knowledge. I asked the mechanic if he could take it for a test and give me his reccomendstion. He kept saying it wasnt written on his paper job order, or something, so my car sat there and nothing was done, so we just went home because they had no clue what they were doing or even talking about.

I had an 8am appointment at this place and come to find out that it wasn’t anyone working that could help me due to everyone being late. I waited an hour before I was seen and the only thing they can say is sorry for the wait. I’m sorry but a sorry for the wait doesn’t cut it. I would see if it was 10-15 mins...? But an whole hour is unprofessional. The owner did not care that myself and a few other was mad about waiting that long, all he wanted was his money at the end. I get it, it’s a business. But you could have at least gave a discount out to the people that waited that long.

I got my alignment done and break replaced. The services were good but the price was quite more than I expected.

I have 5 stars because they are good people, Zack was very good at explaining the issues with my vehicle & what options were available to fix it. I recommend going to this Midas if you have issues with your vehicle.

Went here twice. Both times were for oil change with coupon for $24.95 with tire rotation. Well, they didnt fit me in for an entire week after I stopped in to schedule an appointment. First service itself took 1.5 hours to change me oil. Once they were done, they charged my $28.97 and didnt do the tire rotation. What a rip off. Didnt honor their coupon. I know this because inside my tires are marked where they were last placed.2nd time in I scheduled an appointment over the phone and they made it for 5 days later (earliest they could fit me in..)This time I had somewhere to be so I dropped it off and didnt wait for it. Once I was done with my meeting, I went to pick up my car which I found with the door hanging wide open in the parking lot with no one near it. I walked over closed the door and proceeded to walk inside the building. Once I opened the door I find that they had forgotten my door open since servicing (3 hours later). I also come to find that again, they did not honor their coupon nor did they do the tire rotation. So this time the bill came to $33.21. Why the huge difference? They didnt know so they brought it down to the $28.97 even though I still had that coupon. Which they seem to ignore that it exists.Anyway, once I get done paying they continue to tell me that my radiator is shot (which I had literally replaced the day before) and that my brake light was out and for a mere $20 they could replace the bulb. Of course I have the bulbs and can replace it in 3 minutes myself, so I refused service for this.Once I pulled in my driveway and walked over to see if they actually did the tire rotation or not, I notice a large dent on the passengers side of my good like someone fell on it or dropped something heavy on it. It was not like this when I dropped it off because I had just hand washed the car before my appointment. So I called them up to complain and they told me there is no possible way that they could have damaged my car and that I probably hit a bird on my way home.I will be calling their manager again soon to complain because I also found out that they forgot to screw my coolant cap on tight and I had no pressure in the tank.I would NEVER recommend this place to a friend.Worse service AND attitude in town.Youve been warned.

They charged my friend 800 dollars for breaks. Breaks are so easy to do they know they over charging people .never ever had I been to one of those places we do our own not hard people.

I am really disappointed in my recent visit to Midas. I went because they had a deal on synthetic oil changes with a tire rotation. I put a lot of miles on my car (9k in six months) The gentleman I spoke to was kind, and helpful for the most part. It wasnt until I returned to pick up my vehicle that I realized I was being treated like another dumb woman in a car shop.Their inspection resulted in an estimate for nearly $1k worth of repairs. The man I talked to used particular words that threw up red flags all over the place. Considering your vehicle is over 100k miles, this, this and that should be changed. This tells me they didnt even look at half the things that were on the estimate. They just looked at the mileage of my car and assumed it needed to be done.Im not an idiot, I took a look for myself. They tried to tell me my spark plugs needed to be replaced. I popped the hood of my car and there wasnt as much as a finger smudge in the dust on the caps where the spark plugs were. They never even looked (they were still good btw). I brought it to my trusted mechanic for the rest and I learned that most of the things they said I needed were complete bogus. About $700 worth of bogus, my rear breaks did need to be replaced, but I already knew that. They tried to tell me my break line fluid needed replacing and my coolant needed flushing, neither of which came back abnormal when double checked by my mechanic.I went for a simple oil change and ended up with a huge repair estimate. Im not inclined to trust a business that does this. Offer an inspection, sure, but try to derail me with scare tactics about the state of my vehicle is just low. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone for anything. Ill stick with people who care more about their customers than their bottom line.

Had an emergency when my alternator belt snapped while driving. I pulled in and they gave me a fair quote, got me in right away, and my car was fixed within an hour. Staff was very friendly, especially to my one year old who was stuck there with me and not always quiet. I was very pleased with this experience.

Had an alignment done and wait was short and service was excellent.

I went here to get my battery replaced for my car. They replaced the battery, but didnt install it correctly leaving wires lose. This resulted in my car battery becoming unattached a few days later and unable to start. Nearly, scrapped my car thinking it was just the engine until my neighbor told me the wire wasnt even screwed onto the battery and it wasnt installes right, so I wasnt getting any power.

Never going to Midas again! Seriously, got a front end check and a oil change maybe 2 months ago. They NEVER looked at my passenger side front end and i dont think they even changed my oil. MY car does not burn or leak oil and my oil is empty. Pretty sure its because im young and im a women. So stay clear of Midas! They took my money and did no work. 👍

HORRIBLE customer service @ Midas on Military, GB.... PLEASE DO NOT go there itll save you time and stress. Overcharge for simple installation of parts. Deserves 0 stars.Actually, created more damage to my vehicle in the long run. Initial estimates were higher than expected, then called me later to tack on additional cost. Worker started arguing and denying about a piece they broke. Finally, relented and offered to repair damage for free, but could not trust their work and went to a different repair place. Had it fixed for 1/3 their estimate with less hassle and customer oriented service. Who argues with customers, especially when they are trying to rip you off.
