My vehicle was damaged while it was parked. Another vehicle hit it and left. Andrew, Brad and the rest of the team took great care of the situation. They kept me updated throughout the process and helped out with the insurance claim. Very professional and excellent work. I highly recommend going here if you are ever in a situation where you need quality work from a professional team.

Car looks like new again. I called the general line and was transferred to someone in the body shop. I wanted check in where the car was in the process and was told I could go pick it up between 3 and 5 pm. Arrived and the person in charge had no idea I was told that. He asked me who I had spoken to but I didn’t remember the name and we didn’t mind the confusion. He was able to still give us our car even though there was a missing part that they had yet to receive. We agreed with him we would stop by to get it installed that next Monday.

Had a few scratches on my truck door the body shop removed them with out cutting into the clear coat. Great Job guys

Unfortunately my new Tundra needed some fixing and Bergstrom of Green Bay was recommended by my insurance company. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Brad and John did a terrific job of explaining everything to me and getting the work completed right on time! I have to say the truck was cleaner and better detailed when I picked it up from Bergstrom of Green Bay’s Body Shop then it was from the other dealer i purchased it from new. Keep up the great work guys and if you need collision work done there’s not a better place around. Highly recommend!

Stopped in for an estimate and WOW, let me just say it was a fantastic experience. I was greeted at the car by the estimator and the body shop manager Brad Ruhnke himself came out to assure I was being well taken care of. They even have cookies, juice boxes, and a kids play room so my 3 year old stayed busy the whole time. As always with the Bergstrom dealerships this was just another to set them above the rest.
