They broke off 2 lug nuts when doing my tire rotation. They then charged me for this. I contacted the manager & they refunded me. This is the second time they have done this. This should not happen and then charge the customer for there error.I bought my Good Year tires from there because of the free rotation.Very disappointed

Had an issue that wrecked my weekend. Scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance on the website. Showed up for the appointment and it had not actually scheduled nor were the parts ordered. I did reschedule the service and that gave a discount for the mix up. Have used them for other services and had no problem. Will continue to bring my car here for tires and services.

Had bought tires there a year ago. In the last 3 or 4 months 2 tires were losing air. Finally after filling weekly was able to call and get in that afternoon to have them checked out. Rebeading and sealing had to be done to stop the air leaks. Work completed within an hour and ready to go! Thanks Pomps for the awesome service!

Im waiting for them to order a part for my truck so my traction control works again and ABS (4 days today still waiting) nice people working there up front and Im back.

They replaced the wrong tires all because the lady at the desk didnt want to take 60 seconds to call me and clarify what I needed done. Wasted another 30-45 minutes for them to correct her mistake. I love Pomps but will never bring my car back to the West Mason Green Bay location. She was short and kinda rude on the phone both times I had called, Ive never had this kind of experience at Pomps before.

Great service in less than a day they fixed brake issues 3 other service companies failed to accomplish in the past 1 1/2 years. We should have come to Pomp’s first!!!

I went shopping for tires online, reviewing Pomp’s deals and placed my tire order as well as set up time for installation. The response from the store was nice and quick - tires were ordered and installed the next day. Wait time at the store was a brief 45 minutes. In and out in less than an hour.

Pomp’s is the best for tires and service - period. In addition to routine servicing, they helped me out yesterday with an unexpected flat tire and provided another great all around customer service experience.

Great service, 1/2 hour early and took me in and was out before my actual appointment . Very polite.

Overall good experience. Scheduling appointment was quick and easy. Work was completed ahead of schedule. The only hiccup was the tire I was shown on the display floor had the outlined white letter sidewall, what I received was the black sidewall tire. When I asked about it, I was told, “well it’s generally the same tire. The tread is the same”. Needless to say, I was slightly disappointed,

My Dad had been going to Pomps for many many years, so thats where I made an appointment. Im giving these two stars instead of one because the oil change I got seems like its fine. However...Theres a sign that requires masks at the door, but its not enforced for customers or employees. One guy at the front desk had a mask on half the time and another lady had absolutely no mask. Neither of them were even behind the plexiglass that was put up. I didnt see hand sanitizer anywhere, but it is possible I just missed it. I also saw some customers in the small waiting area without masks on. Pomps tire takes very good care of their customers. They will take the time to research tires that will meet your needs.

I called to find out prices on a new set of tires the lady was very friendly and answered all my questions and gave me several prices for the best deal. She even told me about the instant rebate and a rebate I can do on line. When we brought it in for the new tires the gentleman at the desk was very friendly and helpful! The guys that put on the tires made sure we were satisfied with our new tires before we left. Thank you Pomps for such great service we will definitely be back and will tell all our friends.

Kelly at Pomps went over and above to get my tires and rims. I live out of town and he was able to coordinate this for me.

They have no problem selling you tires. But if you get a screw in your tire and offer to take it off your vehicle, bring it in, and drop it off they cannot promise you a time when it would be done. I guess I’ll start buying tires elsewhere.

Friendly but expensive. Had 4 Loose tires and wheels for a Saturn ion mounted and balanced. I took the old tires with me. They put new valve stems in still $103 for mounting and balancing for loose tires. Will shop around for the next hour change.

I was not very happy that it took 50 minutes just for an oil change. The car was up on the lift for over 30 minutes. Doesn’t take that long to drain the oil.

Purchased tires. No problems.

I brought my car I because I had a nail in my tire. They had me on my way in a very short amount of time and I could not have been happier with their service.

Entire transaction was handled professionally and quickly.

These guys treated me very well, and sold me some rims for my trailer that were nearly next to impossible to find. I know it was dumb luck that they had them, but Ill take it.

Finished tire rotation in under 30 minutes.

Kelly, Karen, and Tommy were very helpful and courteous. They all went out of there way to make sure everything went as smooth as possbile for me getting 4 new tires installed for my Mercedes at a great price! Highly recommended!

Severely incompetent!!Each visit I made to Pomps was worse than the last. They caused more issues with my vehicle than I brought it in with! They failed to replace my compressor properly TWICE. I finally had to bring it to Auto Select, where it shouldve have gone in the first place, but the dealer who sold me the vehicle was looking for a bargain. It likely ended up costing him more.Awful customer service. Karen is THE worst person to exist behind a desk. She was less than friendly every time I walked in, and had sincere trouble answering simple questions or providing any type of record of repair. She was short with me and clearly bothered by my presence and basic inquiries about my vehicle.Im utterly astonished they manage to stay in business with such extremely poor performance and horrible customer relations.
