Competent staff figured out an issue within the hour
Took my truck in for antifreeze leak. Truck was fixed in timely manner. A little sticker shock on bill though. Not to mention being informed about a 3%charge if you use a credit card.
Made online appt for new key and oil change. 2.25 hours and they alleged they hadnt the time to program my key. Waste of lost work time and PTO. Poor service and experience.
