I recently had a very flat tire and had to get a tow to have it fixed. This company had excellent and very efficient service. I was back on the road within hours. I would highly recommend for service and value.

I recommend these guys to anyone I know. Theyve always taken care of my wifes side of the family so I decided to try them out after going to my familys repair guy since...forever. These guys are always honest, do a good quality job, and never seem to overcharge for anything. Im really glad I found Phase III.

Ive been taking all of my vehicles to Phase III for at least the last 10 years. They are always comprehensive, honest, efficient and reasonable. They are looking to do whats right for the customer not just put a dollar in their pocket by trying to sell unnecessary repairs to you. I will always take my business to them.

Quality marksmanship. Dropped off car and got it fixed the next day at a reasonable price. Multiple places told me the manifold muffler system will cost me over 2k. I took it to the shop and the mechanic was able to cut and solder pieces to where the price was near the 200 range. I have not had an issue since.

This may sound like a paid endorsement but I assure you it is not. My 2008 Yukon needed extensive front end repair... tie rods, ball joints etc...I had firstly taken it to another shop that was closer to where I live. The original shop told me what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix. I told them to put it back together and I was going to take it elsewhere because the price seemed kind of high. I really didnt know for sure unless I had a second opinion. I had called phase III and asked for a phone quote of the items the first shop had given me. I realized that a phone quote is not the same as them ripping it down and doing an on-site inspection but, none the less it gave me a good ballpark. The initial quote without being seen was $400 less than the other guys gave me. I took it to Phase III and after they ripped it down, They called and said I did not need new wheel bearings. I told them to go ahead with the work (very extensive) and figured it would be a 2-3 day job. It was done in 1 day. The first shop I took it to was also going to charge me for a front end alignment after the work was completed and Phase III included the alignment. It only makes sense it would. I waited a couple weeks to post this review because usually with that kind of work something just isnt right happens. It did not. Everything is awesome. I couldnt be happier. The job was done right the first time and the vehicle drives like when I bought it new. My hats off to the folks at Phase III. I would not have any hesitation to take any of my vehicles there for any service. For me it is worth the extra 40 minute drive to get there.

Been going there for almost 30 years & have never been disappointed with the cost or the quality of their work. Personally know people that come from both Bellevue & DePere that only bring their vehicles to Phase 111 when in need of repair. Have never heard of anyone that was disappointed with their service.

They are blunt, honest and will try to keep repair costs as low as they can. As long as you make an appt beforehand they are usually able to get it back to you within a very reasonable at of time. I refuse to take any vehicle I own to any other place than here.

Phase III is the only place to go for auto repair of any kind. I have had a number of major repairs in the past 20 years and compared the prices with dealerships. They are always hundreds of dollars less and dont try to talk you into repairs that dont need to be done. I would highly recommend taking your vehicles there.
