I dont understand some of the negative reviews. My service was great. The price was great and much better than anyone else that I reached out to. I got my car in fairly quickly and the service was awesome.

I just called for a quote to balance 4 tires. This joker tells me the price is based on how much weight is used on each tire. He says he cant give me a quote because every tire balance job is different ???????? Stay away.

WORST PLACE you can possibly bring your business. They overcharge you for everything and there are lots of hidden fees. The guy at the reception is extremely rude and charges extra pretending his boss told him so. I took my business some else place . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE.

I have a hard time believing some of these one-star ratings are talking about the same place that Im thinking of. Marvs is FANTASTIC and full of great people who want to do anything they can to please the customer. Sometimes they even vacuum or wash my car for free if they have a few minutes of time on their hands (which is rare)! I love this place and have referred tens of hundreds of people to them!

They are like family takes great care of me. Referred many family and friends who are taken very well care of. I can be out and talk about cars and I meet a stranger who recommends Marvs to me and I smile because all my vehicles there.

Had new tires put on, good price but they didnt air up all tires to proper pressure. Had a leak in a valve stem 2 weeks after and they tried to tell me I did the damage, after 10 minutes they reluctantly covered the replacement valve. Upon driving away that tire I brought in for leaking stem for low air pressure was at the same pressure that I brought it in at...8 lbs low

I made an appointment early in the week using the online appointment scheduling. When I got there, they had no record of my appointment and informed me they were having issues with the online system. They were not able to help me because they didnt have parts. They were rude, and never acknowledged that the issue was their fault. I would not recommend.

I had a front left upper ball joint repaired there. Less than a year later it broke. At first I heard a little thump from that side of the car and ignored it for a little while. Finally had it checked out and it was broken. This is very dangerous to drive with and Im very glad I had it looked at(not by Marves).I took the old part into Marves to have them look at it or send it to their NAPA parts representative to see about a refund. During the month since I took the part in not once did I get a call from them. I called multiple times asking about it and the same response was Let me talk to this guy and Ill get back to you. Never got a call back.After a month I emailed NAPA myself and they are refunding me $217 for parts and labor. So Im very happy with NAPA but not happy with Marves.Im not sure if NAPAs part was faulty(I think NAPA is a decent parts dealer) or if Marves didnt even use a NAPA part(maybe they used a used part).Either way the repair by Marves was very unsatisfactory and when I tried to resolve the issue throughout the month after I brought the part in, they were no help.I would avoid this place.

They keep my old beat up car running, I can afford their rates, theyve always gotten it turned around in time so Ive never missed work, and they stood behind their warranty when I needed an adjustment.
