My first time goin and I loved it !!! ♥️♥️Staff very attentive and friendly. The Salon was beautiful decorated . My granddaughter got a free rose on her nail for free . While getting my pedicure I was able to get a message on my seat the whole time - WOW 🤩 . They are open on Sundays . I definitely recommend Magic Nails and will definitely be back . Thank you .

I came and got a full set. The nail technician did not understand what I was asking for and wanted me to do a different service more expensive than the one I wanted to be. I feel like she was being rushed. Unfortunately, the color flaked off within 2 days on my fingers. I know it was a busy weekend, but I hope that it would last a little longer. There were some things that looked very unsanitary. Many things looked as if they were used before. The paint job is not that great. There is bumps all over the nails. I don’t think I will come back.

Worst nail salon ever! I went with a friend, her lady was awesome and did her nails right, my guy that I had butchered my finger nails. He also did my pedi and didnt even put lotion on my legs or the massage that was described in the package I chose. They also dont have gel and powder polish separately so it was hard to look through colors in the basket, not knowing which ones were which. The guy also took a break in-between, which Ive never had, and left me sitting there. He also didnt use a light to dry my nails, he made me sit and wait til the polish was dry. To top it off, he also cut my finger where the nail and skin separated. He also kept making disgusted faces, while painting my toes. Never will I go back or recommend anyone.

Love this place. They can always get you in when you walk in. Very professional, they do such a good job on my pedicure. Very relaxing atmosphere. I have gone several times now and wont go anywhere else.

Normally I love this place well. My nail peel today comes to find out underneath I have a nail fungus. This is dishonest! Horrible I spend lots of money here and no one told me my nails were fungus and kept working on my nails. I have been coming here for year and I’ve never been so disappointed. The owner and her staff has turned into a scam, and I regret ever coming here.☹️

This is the worst manicure and pedicure that I have ever gotten. It was sloppy and rushed and very little care given. My skin is just as dry as when I went in. On top of that as I stood there for a few minutes in front of several workers, I was never once greeted and even asked what I was there for or even a “hello”. I could have done a better job myself. Don’t go here!!!

I used to love getting my pedicures here. Usually when I go there’s always a gentleman who does my pedicure. I went in yesterday morning for a pedicure, a lady started to clean my feet when all of a sudden she starts digging in to my toes that caused them to bleed!!! She saw them bleeding and she saw me getting uncomfortable and she still kept making them bleed!. They still made me pay $50. This has never happened to me! I’m such a kind shy person I didn’t complain or speak up to them. But I woke up this morning to swollen toes. This was my favorite salon. Sadly I won’t be coming back.

I had an appointment set, I get there get in the chair and wait 30mins for someone to at least acknowledge me to start my water or something! But absolutely nothing, 2 customers that came in after me got started immediately while I’m still waiting. This place is a joke for a salon 😂

Got a gel manicure and it is just terrible. I asked them to fix a few of my nails and they started trying to peel it off and took my skin with it as well. I got home and the gel is already peeling. A very expensive bad manicure. Additionally, they charge a 10% upcharge due to the virus. I just left because I couldn’t handle the rudeness and lack of professionalism.Update: No one greeted me and when I asked questions they acted like I wasnt even there. No answer, no acknowledgment, nothing. I was there and accepted what they did on my nails. The owner denied my existence to made their mistakes turns into my fault. This is unacceptable.

This place used to be great (there were even positive reviews of it in the past). However, with each shot, the quality gets worse and worse (even with good technicians) and I cant justify leaving a good review or coming back. The staff spoke their language and made fun at another clients body during my service. My nail technician left my stations and began serving another guest without notice. Bad service!!! Spend your money elsewhere!!! ❌❌❌❌❌❌

I went in there yesterday to get some valentine nails done and i got a simple red and silver. THE NEXT DAY THE ACRYLIC CHIPPED WHILE PUTTING A HAIR TYE IN. now my nails aren’t very long so that shouldn’t happen. but not even 24 hours and something is already messed up. and when they shortened my nails they weren’t and still aren’t even. when they were filing my nails. they hit the cuticles and my fingers now burn just with soap. So no i don’t recommend this place. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I had my nails dipped (powder) and I don’t know what my nail tech did but they chipped almost immediately. I went in maybe 3 days later and I was treated quite poorly. The owner kept checking on other clientele (I know I was a walk-in, but I had been there only a few days prior). She didn’t even give me an idea of how long it will be. Also, she put on an acrylic nail, even after I asked her not to. I suggest go somewhere else. Extremely unhappy. Overall, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON EVER!THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN!

Everyone here is so friendly and they do a great job with acrylics and ombré. I wash my hands constantly at work and they hold up great! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of five is my pedicure started chipping after a week(Normally when I get pedicures done they last a month). Other than that it was super relaxing and there prices are about the same as most places here.

I dont recommend this place at all. They love to charged overpriced and lie on their gift certificate, my nails are ugly and not straight at all. Don’t waste your time and hard working money in this place. I usually don’t write reviews but when you experience bad service, bad customer service that says a lot about the place.

I love how they refer to me by my name I’ve only been their twice and every time they call me by my name not “hey you” Even when I walk in they use my name to me that is great customer service and makes me feel like I’m not just another person sitting in their chair. I love the customer service they give. Also I love how small and relaxing it is not like these overly busy nail salons it’s really a perfect place for me to relax and enjoy me time!!

I saw a guy using the same tool from cutting a toenail on another clients nail. Usually they pull out new clean tools. I am extremely disappointed. I wont come back.

This is not my first time visit to Magic nail and I had great past experiences. This time, after my nails were done, I was washing my hands. One of the guy doing a pedicure sat someone down in my seat, taking my purse off the chair with his wet gloves, getting someones dirty foot water all over my purse. He was SO RUDE, he didnt even clean the chair between clients. I had to reach over the other client to get my stuff. Not good customer service and definitely not good sanitary conditions, pandemic or not. Absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!

I never got a pedicure done due to being scared from hearing people getting some type of fungus on their feet. But decided to give it a try and I absolutely loved it here they are very clean and a good price. Will definitely be coming back!!! Highly recommend!

The owner is a thief refused to honor 100.00 gift certificate because she claimed someone else had used it!! Then refused to show me evidence!! Fraud and scam !!$

Anna is the absolute best. She’s super funny and sweet and really takes care of each customer. Her work is amazing and she pays attention to detail and gives everyone exactly what they ask for and then some!!!

I always go here and have for months Ana is always amazing and knows exactly what I want she is very personal always remembers the little details you tell her. Very quick but diligent in their work. I mainly see her but have had several techs in this salon and they are all very good at what they do and talk to you and not each other and always greet you at the door with a smile! I will continue to return time after time

I dont know if the girl was new but, I was going on vacation and had to be at the airport at 1:00 PM. I got in as soon as they opened. Which was 9:30.It was 11:30 and the girl hadnt begun file my nails. I asked her if we would be done by noon because I had to drive to Denver, well needless to say my nails looked horrible!! I was so embarrassed but had to keep them on. They were soooo thick and huge!! Product was all over and under the nail. Ill NEVER go back or recommend..moral of the story is....ask if they are experienced

Very clean environment and friendly techs. They took their time and my friend and I never felt rushed. We got mani pedis with shellac and they informed us of the cost difference before starting which I greatly appreciated.

Do not go here! I have been getting my nails done for years and after 2 days these already started lifting. When I went in to get them fixed the guy said it was because of my cuticles. I have NEVER had this issue before. I guess when you go up to a nail salon and it is empty you should probably walk away. The nails are thick and not even. Dont go here or you will regret it!!!

Pretty rude for customer service refused alot of the styles I wanted, wet ahead and got a rebase and it didnt even last a full week before the top of the nail started lifting was dissapointed overall

I WILL NEVER go to this place again!! I guess its probably a bad thing when a nail salon is empty on a Saturday afternoon, but I needed my nails done really badly, and I couldnt get in at my regular nail salon. I received a full set of gel nails, and they still use the polishing cream at the end, which does not work well at all! Within 2 days, the nails were already coming off of my natural nail! Unbelievable!! Go to TJ Nails and Spa...they are excellent!! Dont waste your money at this place!!!!

This place is extremely reasonably priced for a nail salon there was no wait and the people were very nice it could be a little cleaner and the nails could be done a bit more with detail but the trade-off is worth it oh and if youre into that sort of stuff the massage chair massages your butt like your actual butt

I went in primarily to have a pedicure that would get my rough calluses off my feet, but she didnt get them off completely. However, my nails looked very pretty afterwards.

Went in for a pedicure with my daughter and found my daughter had an ingrown nail. The man was very patient and gentle and was able to get it out for her.

Went to get my 4 yr olds nails painted. She asked if it was gel or regular. I said regular and she then decided the three or four employees didn’t have time to do it. She asked me to come back. It seriously takes 5-10 minutes for her little nails. Just because I wasn’t spending a lot of money doesn’t mean you have to turn away a child. No I won’t be coming back.
