I was a walk in, well I called right before but they saw me right away. I’m not a huge small talker and my tech was very sweet in letting me have my me time today. She was gentle with my cuticles, the length, and the shape are exactly what I asked for. I will be bringing my daughter in to get her tiny nails done on Saturday because of the great quality and professional relaxing setting. Price was right for me too- thank you!

So rude! They all acted annoyed when I asked questions, were very inpatient and did not understand that a costumer is supposed to be able to look at what styles are available instead they were bothered that I asked to see what the options were. My girl was in such a hurry and normally Id be glad that it didnt take hours but she didnt listen to anything I said . I just stopped trying to explain what I wanted because it only irritated her. Ive been to a nail salon where the staff was so bothered and they didnt seem to care at all to want to satisfy the customers. She told me it was $58 for the gels then everything else was also $58 ? Ive never paid $58 for french tips? Id never go again even in a hurry.. worst nail service ever, its like they dont care at all . My nails are not worth $58 & the staff should be embarrassed by how rude they are

When will Google allow a black hole rating in addition to stars?Called to make an appointment to remove gels and manicure. The guy who seems to be the owner sounds like hes yelling into the phone from a distance. Made an appointment for the same day. First he said to come at one time, then left the phone and came back, and told me to come 15 minutes earlier. Shortly after I signed in, he REPRIMANDED me loudly, telling me that he had told me to come the NEXT day, at the original time he had given. Even if I had been wrong, reprimanding customers seems to be a bad choice.I should have walked out.The guy who came to do my nails was impatient with me when I didnt hold my fingers exactly the way he wanted. I also have a fine motor tremor. When I didnt do what he wanted fast enough (Im not young!), he became quite short with me. His English is heavily accented and I had to ask him to repeat. He was snotty to me when I started to dry my hands on the wrong towel. When my nails were done (and he did NOT paint the ends of the nails) he garbled something and waved to the back of the store. I asked what he said, he did it again and YELLED at me WHAT? IM NOT SPEAKING ENGLISH?? Well, kind of, but not all that clearly. Another customer was kind enough to tell me that he wanted to to go to a table that had drying lights on a shelf. Id never seen one of these before, and it just looked like a table. I commented that I didnt realize that that was where I was supposed to go because I was looking for one of the little gadgets you stick your hand in to set the gels. He started YELLING loudly at me in front of a shop full of people that he asked me if I wanted gel nails and I had told him NO. I didnt say anything about wanting the gels, but just commented on looking for the gadget used to set them because I thought it would be the same thing to dry the polish. He also made me pay him before he painted the nails. Now I know why.Within 24 hours, the polish was chipping off the ends of the nails. Does this look like a decent manicure to anyone?I think these people post their own positive reviews.

This place used to be amazing. Now days they are in too much of a hurry. They dont listen to what their customers want.

My GO TO for nails! Annie is the absolute best... and her staff is just as good! My daughter and I go here every couple of weeks and Im always happy with the result. I would suggest making an appointment before going though. Theyre very popular and fill up fast!

Only place I will go in greeley (Ive honestly tried 8 places before deciding here). Thomas is the best nail person I have had in my life, and I have been getting my nails done consistently for 12 years so that says a lot!

The staff is amazing and they keep everything so clean! Thomas is my go to guy and does amazing work

Did a great job with my manicure and pedicure. They even created 2 fake nails for my missing big toenails. You cant even tell that theyre fake! Highly recommend this place. People are super friendly as well!

Excellent service. They know what theyre doing when it comes to solar nails. My nails always turn out looking natural without any bulky thickness to them. The staff is friendly and atmosphere clean & pleasant. 7/10 for this nail salon. ( only because i cant attest to their other services as Ive never tried them)

They do an ok job and were moderately priced. As always language barriers and not knowing if they are talking to you or about you makes me feel like I need to pick up some Asian language Rosetta Stone. But they seemed very sweet and were hard working open later too at 7pm .

This is a GREAT nail salon! Ive been coming here for three years now, ever since I decided to have gel nails. Annie and Alan operate a clean and friendly environment, always greeting customers by name. They stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the world of nails. They train their employees well. I know many people who have been coming here for years without having any problems. Make an appointment because they are almost always busy. Otherwise you might have to wait a while if youre a walk-in. But they work quickly. They do acrylic nails, waxing and pedicures, too.

Planned a pedicure with my Sis based on the time their web site said they were open that day (11-4). Arrived to find the place closed!! Called the phone number on their front door and heard the generic automated message Hello, please leave a message after the tone. My time is too valuable to give my business to a company that cant be bothered to update their website or compose a professional voice mail message.

Super rude. I’m not one to leave reviews but they basically told me to leave and they don’t have time for me. There were 2 people in the place. It was one of the weirdest things I’ve ever experienced.

Alan has done my nails for years and I am always very happy with the fished looked. He is very creative with hand painted designs.

Ive been going to TJ Nails since they opened. Annie will always greet you when you walk in and she never forgets a name. Alan, Annies husband, is great at doing my solar nails. Diane is very sweet, she is awesome at pedicures, waxing, and also does mini mani & mini pedi for my 5yr old granddaughter. The atmosphere is very relaxing and everyone makes you feel welcome.

Went to this nail place for the first time based on how good the reviews were and it turns out, theyre awful. I have a very bad toenail that was sensitive and they ripped off a majority of it. After saying ow please stop he would not stop. They were rude to me when I said my Manicure was uneven so the woman rolled her eyes and yanked my hand back. My toe is now infected and theres hardly a nail. When showing the manager all he had to say was I feel bad for you. Not sure why people left 5 stars.

Great service, the place was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. Not the highest quality but if you have a spare time and feel like changing your nail color I absolutely recommend going there.

Decided to treat myself to nails and a pedi on Saturday only to be disapponted when I walked into this establishment! The lady asked if I had an appointment which I responded no. After she thought, she told me they were booked and could not help me! She didn’t even ask what I wanted done! I was shocked to see a nail salon turn away business! I will not be returning and will do to Happy Feet who turns away nobody!

Service was good, but the charges didnt match what I asked for. My friend asked for something extra and never received it.

I have always been happy with my manis and pedis at TJs. I have had so many good experiences there that I usually just take an appointment with anyone available because they are all good at what they do. The staff are friendly and they dont try to sell me more than what I booked or requested. I think their prices are reasonable and they are efficient with your time without rushing you. I have no complaints.

If I could give a zero I would! Went for a day to treat myself after having a baby and I got some guy who was sick or something coughing all over my feet not covering his mouth it was disgusting. My feet werent smooth or anything and when I asked if they could buff my nails to just make them shine without polish he used a tool that was extremely hot and when he rudely asked how that feel? I said its actually really hot and hurts his response well thats what you say you want thats how we do it total dick! So all I got afterwards was an awesome infection on both big toes and the ones next to my pinky and sore finger nails. Come to find out my mom who had extremely infected toe nails went here too. So if you feel like having an infection and crappy service go here!

The absolute worst pedicure Ive ever gotten. She set timer for 30 minutes, and halfway in walked away to talk to another tech for over 5 minutes. My feet are still rough with dead skin, and when I asked for clear coat on my toes, she laughed and walked off. $30 and Ive never been more disappointed. Will never go back, would rather drive to Denver to a real professional.

After my nails were done I looked at them and one was completely crooked I asked if the guy could fix it and he got an attitude and said it was my natural nail that was crooked not the way he put the acrylic and shaped

The lady who did my acrylics was very rude to me and the finished product was shoddy. Also it is EXTREMELY over priced. Normally I get get my acrylics done for $35-40 but they charged $50. Not going to this salon again.
