Well this was the place to go. I had been wanting a pedicure fir so long. When your working as a caregiver for seven years twenty four hours a day, well those luxurys are far between. Thank God I finally got one, even though it was in Virginia it was the best. I enjoyed every moment of it. Im home now back in Colorado, but when I go back to Virginia, i am going to go there again. Not that I cant go here which Im sure I will. I just really enjoyed my visit there and the people. It was great. The price was really reasonable. Twenty seven dollars went a long way.

There is a little bit of a wait but its worth it - Ive seen multiple nail techs here at this point and Im always very *happy* with the outcome. The pedicures are relaxing and atmosphere is cozy.

These came out horrible. This was about four layers of gel polish. I guess it depends on the person because I’ve had a better experience visiting here previously.

Very poor service. you could tell not experienced. Very rough with my hands. Felt he was trying to contort my fingers. Would not recommend. Did not paint tip of nails. I requested the tips be painted. Rude people. Will not frequent this business again.

I love this place. They did amazing on me andy daughters feet. My nails look phenomenal and one broke after a week and I didnt know how, they fixed it for free. Please mind the space I got them done 2 weeks ago.

Me and my roommate come all the way from Fort Collins to get our nails done here. The owners are very nice and talented! Brian does a full set in 30 mins and does great designs!

Got a full set of acrylics done for prom and it was great a little quiet but nice.

The shape of my nails aren’t exactly what I wanted after I told him twice to correct it and showing him a picture of what I wanted and I had to tell him to fix multiple mistakes and still left with some of my real nails separating from the acrylic. Also asked for them to be thinner and was told that they couldn’t be that way. Not worth the money I spent.

Kay did absolutely amazing on my nails. Very pleased with them. However my pedicure was horrible the only thing good was the polishing job which Kay did part of. I dont know the name of the lady that did my pedicure but when doing my callus removal she cut both my feet up. They hurt so bad and are still bleeding off and on today. They applied neosporin and acted like it was a miracle fix. The owner apologized and said her tool was brand new. If she doesnt know how to use the tool properly then dont use it. After all this I wasnt even given a discount or extra punches on my punch card. Nothing but sorry and neosporin. Made my job difficult to do today. Not sure I will be going back for pedicures.

I had an okay experience with the girl I had the first time. She was rushed and didnt do a very good job, and got frustrated when I kept changing colors when I said a soft pink and brought out a hot pink. The guy I had today, fixed my nails, was very patient, and did his job the way I like. I like this place compared to others because not only do they do a good job, they do it at an affordable price. Never going to another nail place.

My gal did AMAZING! Hand drew the roses and took her time! Detailed and beautiful work! I ended up getting engaged two days later- sneaky Mom paid to get my nails done because she knew- and I think they looked gorgeous with my ring!

This is my first review but not the first time I was disappointed in the service here. The guy in the front was rude, rough, and did a terrible job. I only went in to get a repair as my normal salon (2q nails in Eaton - which I can’t speak highly enough of, couldn’t fit me in) the ONE nail that was repaired is wobbly and does not match any of my other nails. I will never go to this place again as they cannot even handle a simple repair job, I should have learned my lesson after the first or second disappointment but they are located in a convenient location for me. Thank goodness I have an appointment at the much better fore mentioned salon tomorrow and they are well worth the 10 minute drive.

Not happy w this place today~I wasn’t acknowledged when I walked in the door like before. I had an appt and still had to wait. My appointment was scheduled 2weeks ago for a mani/pedi so that I had PLENTY of time and they only had me down for pedi. No manicure done today!!!! Not sure if I will b coming back.

This place is amazing! I always get exactly what I’m looking for! My go to is Kevin because he always captures my request and never talks me out of doing any nail design. I will say their customer service is impeccable, if I break a nail they’ll squeeze me in- if I don’t like my original idea they will change it. I have always hated getting lumpy nails and to this day I have not had that issue. I would encourage calling ahead and scheduling as they do get busy!

First time coming here was today. I just had a basic manicure which you think would be easy but was very mediocre to the point where i could’ve done a better job painting my own nails. Also didn’t use new tools when working on my hands which is pretty gross. 2 stars because it’s not the worst nail place I’ve been to but i won’t be back & would encourage others to avoid it as well.

Have been coming to HAPPY Feet every month for over 2 years. Up until 3 months ago have been HAPPY with everything theyve done. This last time I apparently made the mistake of asking for an English speaking tech for a pedicure (I needed to communicate what I needed). I was used to waiting 15-20 minutes, but after watching 4 other women who arrived after me, with no appointment, get their pedicures before me I left after waiting 1 hour & 15 minutes. I went a few blocks away and was treated nicely, less expensive and they did what I needed and wanted. I wont be going back even though my card was almost filled.

Usually pretty great but dont go in Valentines Haha for future reference. They were so busy I didnt get Deluxe....I got Basic. Barely a hot towel and not even callous removal. I thought I was pretty good at going on non peak times, not so apparently.

They painted half my toe nails only, I had to call the lady three times to repaint and she still didn’t get the hole nail.

I usually go there with Kay and have a good experience. But I went last Friday with Kevin and my nails are un even some are thick some are thin and he kept burning me when doing the rebase. I booked appointment to have enough time but they seem to rush. I asking for coffin shape and got square. I was going to complain then but he had another appointment.

Have been going there for years. They are, hands down, the best place by a landslide!

If you make an appointment, be prepared to wait over 40 minutes after the scheduled time. My mom made an appointment for both of us to get our nails done a week in advance. Seems like they didn’t schedule enough technicians. I’ve been waiting 40 minutes and counting since I’m writing this as I’m still waiting.I have to add that if you have the choice on who does your nails, Sophia is great!!

Professional and so very nice. I took my 10 yr old daughter in with me and they made her feel special and really listened to what she wanted.

Maybe its our fault for coming in the last hour and a half before close...The lady who did my Fiances nails rushed thru so quick she forgot to put the last 2 coats on her other hand...I paid 45 for a FILL yes they were gel but still I expect quality service no matter the price or time if your are open and WILLING to accept buisness, you give your 100%Sorry wont be returning

Had the best experience today with my friend Kelli! We had Vivian and Von and they did an amazing job! They took the time to shape and file our nails to our liking and to also have them naturally shaped to our nails natural shape!

My nails turned out very good! But the ombré was done a little sloppy as well as the acrylic around my cuticles. Other than that they captured what I wanted the shape, length, and color. I was very shocked though when the total of my nails came out to $80.

👎🏼I was happy to see their was pretty colors..until I had the service with Jenny..she was not paying attention with filing my nails and left them suuuper crooked. Had to tell her to give them a better shape and ended up with very short nails. She does not care about the health of your nails and has no patience on waiting for gel to be removed and starts peeling it off bringing the first layer off your nails. Also, none of nail tools were sterilized and she just wiped off the past clients old cuticles off..🤢💅🏼🙅🏻‍♀️

Heard so many great things about so decided to book an appointment, arrived a few mins before my appt but didn’t get seen til 25 after my set time. I was moved through three different techs and all three did a sloppy job on the shape and ombré. Very disappointed with the way my nails came out.

Got a manicure on a Saturday. It cost $20 but was worth less than 5. Manicurist was nice but she rushed through, buffing my nails with nail polish on, no cuticle oil, no soak and no massage. I basically paid $20 for a nail polish change.

Argued with me about glitter on my nails, then painted thick white polish on my already white acrylic, didn’t let it dry, then a glitter on top. Sat me down to dry and hardly 5 min later put a GEL top coat on. And didn’t cure it. Made a huge mess.

Two due to the girl that did my nails attitude. She kinda didn’t like that I do my nails almost cutting nothing of the tip when they put a new set. I have always wore my nails really long, she got tired and because I know it is a lot I tend to leave a $20 tip. For the length I have and all decorations I usually get, the most i paid before is $55. With previous nail techs. I had to switch cuz I moved one hour away from him. 😭. This time i had to pay $65 and no design but a different color on each nail. Speaking in their language they always do, she complains about the length at checkout and how she needed to find the price for extra length and extra for a DESIGN which there is none.I wanted some stones and she said it would be like 15 more. Ended up with no stones. I’ve been wearing nails for over 5 years and lately I used powder color instead of gel. What she explained to me made sense but is something I already knew and she argued so much about it that I ended up with gel.Now the nails have stayed and such a great job, but i am super friendly and understanding which is why my nail techs rather me coming back every three weeks than stop going cuz high prices. So i paid the price but for complaining which anyways is her job and at the end dont care about a high price as long as the nails are great and stay put, ended up giving her way less tip ($8) since she decided to charge me for every breath i took in there.I have never complained about my techs even if I didn’t like them and never went back. But this time if i am willing to pay the price dont talk on my back on your language. I understand them a bit cuz my previous nail tech was awesome and he taught me a bit. I have no problem with other languages either, as long as you are not talking about me.Nail work 5 stars though. I need to also say I love my nails. Might look for a place where they charge me what ever but dont talk on my back. I would gladly pay $100 for a set of nails but without the attitude.

My friend and I went in to get acrylics and my friend got taken back right away while I had to wait about an hour for someone to start on mine (there was only one other person waiting...). After getting the powder put on I pointed out to my tech that one of the nails was crooked. She told me that it was just my finger, but she would try and fix it. After fixing what obviously was not my finger, but the way she cut the tip in the first place, she started aggressively filing my nails. My nails started to hurt because she was filing so aggressively. My nails ended up being super thin because she filed down so hard. I will NOT be returning to this salon.

It wasnt the worst Ive ever experienced, but I wont be going back. They are always busy and dont have time for you. I got a pedicure and paid eta for callous removal. Its almost Wheres the when I came in because they tried scrubbing it off so now its just really rough and scratchy. I had 2 different women working on me and then theyre both just disappeared and I sat there for over 30 minutes before deciding to get up and leave. If Im gonna spend a whole bunch of money to treat myself and get my nails done and dead skin removed I want them to finish the job and do it correctly. I want to feel important and focused on rather than just get the toes painted so we can take money and she can leave.

Kay is an amazing technician. I love my nails everytime. They are a little expensive but you get what you pay for. They are worth every penny.

I have bein going there for many years I know the owners I used to go to VV nails when they worked there then fallowed them when they opened there salon. The last few times iv bein there was ok not what it used to be but was ok. Well my last experience witch was last week was horrible. I had a younger gentleman that iv never had before I went in for a pedi and manicure with shellac and my pedi was so rushed there was nothing relaxing about it he rushed it so bad that he cut my cuticle twice, my manicure was the same way sooo rushed my shellac lasted a hole week and started peeling its was so poorly done and on top of all this he didn’t give me back to right change I didn’t notice tell I got home and at that point I was so annoyed with my experience that it wasn’t worth it to ever go back. So I can definitely say I will not be going back there again, waste of money.

Fast service, horrible outcome! I went with three other girls and we had bubbles, streaks, and they didn’t do the whole nail.. some people say it’s only on Saturdays.. no any day of the week. If I could give zero stars I would.
