I’ve been using this nail spot for a couple months and have had great experiences! The Pearl pedicure is so relaxing and the technician spent so much time on detail especially my husbands ingrown nail. I’ve had a gel manicure last almost 4 weeks! I did have one nail that didn’t cure right this last time and they graciously fixed my nail for me when I went back a couple days later. Great customer service. Clean and friendly!

Not satisfied at all!! White lines are to thick and not worth $45 plus tip I spent! Either refund my money via VENMO or get them redone!!

Nice staff. Attention was spread a little thin just because they got super busy after we came in. They did a super job on my pedicure with gel polish. They also have two kids chairs, which were perfect for my two little girls. Prices were spot on. I will be going back.

They were very friendly so nice, but my nails are a little thick and my finger are coated in the acrylic. I’ve been picking it off my hands since I left. They are more squared shaped than coffin also. My pedicure came out great though.

I took my 10 year old and disabled sister to get their nails done. They were very kind and patient with both. Theyre attention to detail and customer service was appreciated. Additionally, I got a full set and a pedicure and they did a great job on both. Ill definitely be returning!

DONT COME TO THIS PLACE….They use unsterilized supplies, the files are never sanitized I have seen them use the same file on 2 people without sanitizing them. And if they cut you they put glue on it. Also the nails are poorly applied and pop off after a couple days😡

The only complaint I had was the shape of my acrylic nails were more square then coffin but other than that the service was nice the place was clean and it didn’t take them very long and super affordable

Very friendly, professional, and service oriented. There are tons of colors to choose from and they will even take pictures to replicate them. Definitely somewhere Ill be coming back to, I wasnt rushed and the gentleman that did my nails listened to what I wanted and did an excellent job.

I had to go home and fix my nails, also the guy who did them filed my pinky skin open so bad that he had to put nail glue on there and still didnt apologize. Also charged me 70 dollars too. Will never come back and I never write bad reviews, but feel that this one needed to be stated for the price I paid and the treatment I got it was unbelievable!

The service is good but they have no respect for appointments. I always call to schedule something and ALWAYS have to wait over 15-20 minutes. The inconvenience overcomes de price and quality of service.

I have been coming here for many years and although the management has changed the service has not.. I am always satisfied and feel wonderful at the end of my visit.One thing I may add is that I am usually talked into an upgraded service and sometimes can’t afford it but a lack of communication due to a language barrier seems to be an issue. You never know what to expect when it’s time to go pay.Well time has passed and I’m still impressed with the quality of services I have received here. Staff is very accommodating and super patient and attentive to my needs

I will never go here again or spend any money here again I asked for a simple trim on my nails and instead he decided to send me out with nails with no shape and not caring how they look really didn’t appreciate it at all I just got my nails done Friday and already are removed today haven’t even had them for a full week very disappointed

Cute and perfectly shaped nails. Was in there and out of there in a timely manner. Will upload my acrylic manicure, full set. I got pink acrylic powder (instead of gel color but it’s the same price). It was a little more expensive then it should’ve been though 🤷🏽‍♀️ (I’m not quite sure why as I’ve been here a couple other times. But I didn’t mind paying a little extra because nails are pretty much perfect. No complaints. Will return.

It was my first time and I am definitely coming back. They are very nice and they take their time. They use more than one or two coats with gel and dont have cheap polish. The nail technicians take their time and listen to your input and what you want. I really liked this place!

Great nail salon. There are 2 new technicians that recently just joined, and theyre respectful, nice, and fast. Kelly is great at doing pedicures, especially at removing in grown nails and treating them. Jenny is the designer, and does the artwork. Phil is great at doing nails, especially full sets with gel. Phi is also another new technician, and is also very nice and respectful. What I noticed is that they dont deal with attitudes, as long as you give them respect, they will give it back.

I really like this place. Im so incredibly picky, its hard to find a nail shop I like, especially since I dont get my nails done only pedicures and eyebrows. Annie did a great job, she was fast but not rushing. The polish job was pretty good - not perfect, but Im so hard to please. Considering my standards, I would go back again.I was a walk in, and they were very friendly and accommodating. I think I finally found my spot in Greeley. I will definitely be back again.

I havent been to fancy nails since Nancy the last owner left, she was amazing, respectful, and she took pride in her work she did a great job and made sure her clients were satisfied or she would make it right, the new management is extremely awful they dont care what a bad job theyve done on your nails they are really bad at their job! And theyll simply tell you theyll look better tomorrow what a joke I wouldnt even give them one star I went to them once Ill never go back Im looking for another place that takes pride in what they do I definitly dont recommend this place at all

I have been going to Fancy Nails for a VERY long time. I Love Phil and Jen. They are wonderful. All the employees treat me with respect. I pull up nail art and ask Phil if he can do it and he does. I always have him put the 3 witches from Hocus Pocus on my nails for October. He does a wonderful job. Thank you.

I love the way Annie does my nails, she is super clean, she takes her time to make sure her customers leaves with a smile on there face, shes super nice and she does the most lovely nails. I recommend you to do your nails with her you wont regret it.

I don’t write bad reviews lightly because, as a business manager, I know how this can affect a business. However, my experience with this salon was horrible nails, bad customer service, refusal to rectify the experience, and possibly a cleanliness issue. I had my nails done using the dipping powder. My nails were horrible. None of them were straight..not even close! Only part of my nails actually had color on them but yet were super thick. The man doing my nails had dark yellow jagged nails which should have made me cautious to begin with but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. He kept trying to redo them but they still looked horrible when he was done. The day after, I started getting small itchy bumps on my skin above my thumb nail. I called and told them the situation and they told me to come in. I did and at this point I was not okay with them touching my nails again so I asked for my money back. They refused and pointed to their sign that says they can refuse service to anyone. I told them I’m not looking for more service, I just wanted my money back. They still refused. I will not be coming back here and don’t recommend this place to anyone.

The guy who did my nails rushed through them. My nails were left very messy, uneven, and thick. When I brought it to the male technicians attention who did my nails he said that he had to do them thick so they won’t break. No offer to fix the mess he left on my fingers. Terrible service for the price he paid. The only reason I give one star is because the girl who painted the messy nails was nice but she couldn’t fix it.

Worst most painful nail experience of my life!! They basically cut off the tip of my finger and I still had to pay full price!!!! Not only that the tools they used on my injured finger they put back without cleaning. I was also there for 2.5 hours for a fill and pedicure. Now my finger is in mass amounts of pain hours later.

How are they even in business? I went in a couple days ago with beautiful long pregnancy nails and bc 2 were a little shorter they talked me into getting fake nails and they were horrible! Went in today to take them off and see if could get gel since i did pay & nope. Nor do they do refunds because they’re cheap and a dirty place. I would never step into a place like that just went for a friend. Never again. Please don’t go there so many better places for the same price!

Was accommodating. I got a gel pedi & regular mani for At first glance, I didnt love the way my toes looked prior to her putting the gel on. But she assured me it would be good once she was done & she was right! My manicure was great and she had no problem using the polish I bought to paint my nails. Its also really convenient that shes right off the . Would definitely go back & recommend her!

First time here and let me tell you,,, dont waste your time. Bad service!!!! My nails are super thick, far from the base and my pinky is seriously cut from filing my nails. I am seriously considering taking them off and going somewhere else to get a whole new set... ohhhh before I forget, they are expensive af. Definitely not worth what you pay for.

If I could give no stars I would, this place is way over priced and the quality is terrible! I truly mean horrific, my daughter refused to wait to the next day and go where I go and got her nails done at Fancy Nails as well as a color change on her feet and her nails lasted 3 days before they all fell off and I mean fell off! The nail design was also nothing that she requested they took advantage of her because she was a kids and charged her $85.00! Please go elsewhere you will get taken advantage of and in this case you do NOT get what you pay for!!

I was surprised to see all tools were autoclaved and new bags were used and thrown after each customer. Lots of nail salons dont even clean their tools, or autoclave it to sterilize their tools after each service. A+ for them for being super clean and efficient, along with the great pedicure.

I absolutely love this place and would totally recommend it. The person I worked with was a young girl, named Daisy (i think) she was super nice and respectful of what I wanted to do with my design on my nails, she was very patient with me (since I am a very picky person, I have to admit) . I would definitely come back for sure.

I Would give no stars if I could! I came here about a week ago for my first time and the owner Phil his wife did a fill on my nails, I noticed when I got home she didn’t fill in the powder all the way to my cuticle, I also got some clear stone designs and they fell off a few days later, she also didn’t even paint my whole nail you could see where she missed. So I came back a week later and talk to Phil and explained to him what happened and he wanted to argue with me saying it was they way the previous person did my nails, I said no they were fine until I got them done with you, so he said I needed to redo all of them and said it would be 60 bucks, I told him I’m not paying for a full set after you guys messed them up, so he charged me 30 since he had to redo all of them. I was so upset after I left this set is still terrible, he didn’t take the glue off my fingers underneath, he left polish on my finger and forgot to polish part of my thumb, then he said he couldn’t do a design cause I got my nail too short that’s bull he just didn’t want to do it!! Needless to say you won’t see me going back paying 80 dollars within a week. I’m not a happy customer especially for my first impression!!!

Just got done removing my nails, on 3/13/17. I will definitely not be giving my money to this place, the man was shading my finger and he went to deep, he claims I moved but I didnt then made a smart remark. He needs to straighten his business before someone files a law suit against him.

I went to this nail place and he started to do my nails I told him to cut them short and he didnt. He sat there for almost 30 minutes filing my nails down. He made my pinkie bleed and it hurts. When we called to ask how much it was they said 30-40 dollars, we got to the place and once our nails were done it came up too $105 which doesnt add up bc that means our nails were 50-55 dollars. The people in front of us were angry about there price also! I DO NOT recommend this place.
