Nails were okay. the man who did my nails seemed really rushed. Missed putting the acrylic on parts of my nail. I had excess nail polish all over my fingers. The soft brush used to brush off my hands looked beyond disgusting with dirt and lint stuck to the bristles . Didnt put cuticle oil on or didnt direct me to wash my hands when finished. When my nails were finishing drying he got up and left. Didn’t tell me anything, or ask if I liked how they looked. I got up and saw him running out the door to take a smoke break. Incredibly unprofessional. I normally love coming here because of the excellent nails Ive received in the past. The $55 is spent on a full set was not worth it.

Nick is absolutely amazing and so creative! I love his designs and his skills are too notch! Highly recommend his foil technique!

As you can see, they did not remove all of the dead skin. I had a 100 appointment. I waited till 128 to see someone. They foot bath water was cold. Waited another 10 minutes for a technician. This was not worth the 31.00 for a pedicure when not even the minimal of services were given.

I love the other ladies & gents here as well. Everyone is always friendly & always come to see what were up to. I have long nails so we get to have a little bit more fun with what we do! I had a wonderful experience at the Nail Spa! I opted for a full set of acrylic nails and decided to get a pedicure once I was there. It was very busy, but thankfully I had made an appointment time prior to for Thursday morning. I was seated within 10 minutes of arrival and the nail technician was very nice. She took great care of my nails! It was exactly as the picture I showed her. The prices were standard and fair for this area of town. They have an incredible color selection for their gel polishes and regular polishes. Choosing a color was the most difficult part of my visit! My pedicure was very relaxing. I left the Nail Spa feeling very refreshed and happy. This was my first time here and I will most definitely come again!

Tom was great! I got a full set manicure. He was very thorough and takes pride in his work. My nails are even and the shape is perfectly symmetrical. Will definitely go back to this establishment.

I went to The Nail Spa with my girlfriend and got a pedicure for the first time. WOW is all I can say about the experience. Customer service was #1, the service was phenomenal, my feet were well taken care of after being in long days in working boots. Although they are busy, they are incredibly hard working folks that still made time to ensure me I was still taken care of. Highly recommend and will come again. 💕

Im giving The Nail Spa a 3/5 stars today. We (3 of us) went yesterday for the first time to get the deluxe pedicures with gel polish. We had appointments set, but still had to wait almost 45 minutes to get seated and another 25-30 before our nail techs got to us. Two of us had good experiences with the nail technicians and one had did not. She was scrubbed so hard that she had her skin taken off of her ankle, and has since scabbed over! Also the same person had had 3 of her gel nail polishes on her toes literally just fall off! Its definitely not supposed to do that. For the price, it definitely should have been done correctly. We probably will not be returning to this particular nail place.

Very unsatisfied with my experience. My party of two was scheduled for pedicures but we had to wait over 30 mins before we were seen. They werent accommodating about us wanting to be done at the same time.The cleanliness was questionable, in my 2 hours spent I didnt see them clean the tubs, just replace a plastic liner that didnt seem to fit too well. I wish we would have left then and there. We waited it out only to have the techs butcher trimming the toe nails. This has caused nasty ingrown toenails on BOTH FEET. Were hoping this doesnt have to lead to a surgery as his pain is effecting the day-to-day, including working. I HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere.

I am extremely upset. Yes the staff was nice but the tech did not file my nails correctly she was distracted watching all the people coming in and out. I left after paying $62 and a few days later 6 of my nails fell off. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Not to mention i made an appointment for 12 and waited at least 25 min

Was an okay manicure. The polish job, when completely dry, you can see the top coat is sloppy and my thumb nail is filed a weird shape at the stop. Overall not worth the money I paid.

Only reason I used this place was because I met a friend for lunch nearby and we wanted to get pedi together plus I needed another dip powder done on my fingernails. This was yesterday. Today my fingernails have scratches and peeling. He was rushing through, brought out the wrong color which was orange instead of light blue, and I was told they were out of the color I picked. I asked him to cut them a little shorter which he didnt do. I asked for a sticker or nail art and he ignored me several times and I never got. He (and I didnt notice at first) failed to put the top coat on one whole hand and it took an act of congress to try to explain to TWO pedi techs. My pedi spa water was cold and the polish very messy. What a terrible experience!! I will stick with K1 Nails as Tiffany has never done me wrong.

The lady who gave me a pedicure was sweet. However, I was not given options of different packages. The nail polishes were all coming out of the bottles. The massage chair was broken. The bottles used for the massage lotion were bath and body works. I did not see barbicide anywhere. I was really not impressed and wont be returning. The set up wasnt even the same as the pictures currently posted.

I feel welcome here every time I have gone. Picking what color I would like is the hardest part. This last time, getting a pedicure, it wasnt what I usually get softness and ingrown toenail removal wise. It was also during a rush and a one time bad experience isnt going to stop me from going.

My nails look great! this is not my first visit to The Nail Spa, and I have had great past experiences. This time, after my nails were done, I was washing my hands. One of the women doing a pedicure sat someone down in my seat, taking my coat off the chair with her wet gloves, getting someones dirty foot water all over my coat. She was SO PUSHY, she didnt even clean the chair between clients. I had to reach over the other client to get my stuff. This is GROSS! And when I brought it up it was just a hurried, SORRY. Not good customer service and definitely not good sanitary conditions, pandemic or not. I wish I had got my nail techs name. He was kind and patient and did the best job I have had done on my nails. He deserves 10 stars!

I got a new set here this afternoon and Megan does an AMAZING JOB! Shes been doing nails for 16 years and wow you can tell. I found my new nail lady for years to come. Absolutely FLAWLESS PINK &WHITE SET!!!

I had got my nails done there as of March 6th, 2021 and I asked for an ombré set but in blue and pink they didn’t have the particular pink powder and the soft baby blue color so I just decided to go with the usual color and which is soft white and pink. They didn’t have the pink powder however they only had the light tannish powder for the ombré set. So I decided to go with it and the nail tech applied the pink powder on top that is used for the pink and whites set and it blended very well to make the tannish color a little pink tint. She did a great job to my nails I think if they have colored powders for different color ombré sets they would make a lot more money and a lot more customers that is looking forward to that style! But I would recommend to anyone that is looking forward to getting a pedi and medi at this place. The place is very clean and professional. The price for my nails were $55 and that’s not a bad price especially an ombré set. I just added my picture of my nails. It’s with my big shining wedding ring on my hand on the steering wheel. ☺️

It was horrible the lady that did my pedicure was very lazy and did not give me the full experience of a pedicure she didn’t not listen to what I wanted and the worse thing about is there chair I sat in wasn’t working the water was cooled the chair didn’t work and they didn’t offer to switch me chairs

I had a wonderfully positive experience here! My nails and toes look beautiful. I am new in town here and I have been looking for a nail salon to visit. A friend of mine recommended The Nail Spa. Their location is great and at the heart of Greeley Centerplace so I was able to do some additional shopping afterwards. l scheduled an appointment for a mani/pedi on a Monday afternoon. I was seated immediately upon arrival by a friendly receptionist and the place was extremely clean. They put in the efforts to install barriers between the workers and customers on every desk and pedicure chair. I appreciate that a lot especially during these times. I felt safe in the salon and had a relaxing and wonderful experience getting my mani and pedi done. The prices are also fair! I will be coming back, thank you!

My daughter and I were here this morning. I made an appointment and they were able to get us in right away. They were very clean and the nail tach who did my pedicure was very nice, personable, and did a great job! I would give 5 stars, but the tech who did my 11 year old daughters pedicure and painted her nails, was pretty rude and kept snapping at her. It really hurt my kiddos feelings since she was so excited for this special treat. Really disappointing.

I visited the Nail Spa of Greeley today in the midst of COVID pandemic. I was a bit skeptical about visiting a nail salon during this time, but I am in desperate need of my nails done! I called ahead of time and scheduled an appointment. WOW I’m blown away by their professionalism! From the time I stepped into the salon to the the time I left the salon — I felt extremely safe and comfortable! They are taking all precautions and following all of the guidelines set by the city and state. They went above and beyond to install safety glasses on all of the desks and pedicure chairs. Everyone is wearing a mask and they only allow a certain amount of people in at a time. The workers are also really kind!! I had a wonderful time here — my nails are great and I will be recommending this place to all of my family and friends!!!

I called and made an appointment for noon with Lihn. I got there on time and was made to wait for 40 minutes- after 40 minutes I finally left. Horrible customer service- no sanitation between customers (I was able to observe while waiting). So frustrating! My appointment was clearly given to someone else, no one helped me, no one gave me the time of day- I won’t ever be back! I’ll let everyone I know that this place is horrible.

Went in with a group and we all of were finished around the same time. Not all of us were fully satisfied with the nails when we were done, but that was also dependant on who did our nails. Over all it was good.

Was given appointment at 5:30 pm. It is now 6:15 pm and still have not started. Made me wait outside in the freezing cold for 15 minutes. They called my daughter first and she was done before they said anything to me. When they did get to me they did do a great job.

Do not cut or file off real nails!! i said it 10+ times!!! i could not stay because of Covid so i waited in car and when she was done all her nails were filed off!! Ridiculous!

My friend recommended me this salon the other day and I really like it! Very clean, spacious, nice interior, techs are friendly, prices are affordable and the salon smells really amazing. The lady working on me did a great job of removing the cuticles without cutting me. She also listen to all my requests without a single problem and fulfill them all. Ive been going to this salon since college in 2007 and have never had a problem. I was immediately greeted as I walked in today, chose a color and was seated in a massage chair. I truly appreciate the tub liner for sanitary purposes as well! The deluxe pedicure was worth every penny and the employee did a great job! I will be back!

Employees are super nice and always do what you ask above and beyond. My friend and I were very pleased this Friday and I will be coming back. Megan worked on my nails and she did a great job but everyone else there does. Highly recommend.

I have been going here on and off for 6 years. My daughter and I got acrylics a couple of weeks ago; we went back today to get her a fill and trim. After we left, she commented that the edges were very ragged and the length was uneven. When I went back to get them fixed, we waited 20 minutes before they even attempted to get them fixed- by the guy who messed them up in the first place. I refused and asked for someone else- my daughter said he wasn’t very friendly to begin with and she didn’t want to deal with him again. Finally, after 10 more minutes we gave up and left. Worst service ever!

They are following all of the saftey and sanitation practices! I felt very confident and they did a great job!

The only reason I do not mind giving a one star is because they were very friendly. I have never had my nails field so much! The guy that did them did not know how to shape my nails. I wanted them rounded andI keep having to tell him that they were uneven and he seemed to be getting a little upset about it but I did not want to walk out with uneven nails. I got my nails done on Saturday and it is now Monday and the nail polish that is on them has already started to chip although it is supposed to be gel. Keep in mind though that I do not do anything to crazy to where my nails should already be chipping. I am very unhappy with their work and will not be going back and would not recommend them. The price is decent though but I would much rather pay more for nicer nails. You get what you pay for.

Got my manicure done here when I was in town. I had a great experience here. The tech was wonderful. She did everything perfectly and to my liking. Not once did she cut me at all! By the time she was done, my nails were just amazing! I highly recommend anyone living in the area to come here and get your manicure done here! Services was wonderful!

Great experience here today!!! The place was well organized and clean. Staffs were helpful and talented. I had Gel Manicure done and my tech did a perfect job on my nail. I really loved the way my nails came out. Price was decent food what I got. Thumbs up!

The people are very nice and helpful here and do and especially good job i have only been here once and had a great experience i got a pedicure and a french tip on my fingers unfortunately the paint on my finger chipped of after a few days but my toes are still as perfect as when i got them and its been about two weeks. This may have something to do with wearing shoes and using my hands a lot so i do take some responsibility for that hope you enjoy.

Its a really friendly environment. its also a walk in spa so you dont really need to make an appointment. They are really good at doing nails except for one girl. overall, they are a really good place .

Staff is very friendly, however the nails have turned out horrible. Theyre rushed and rough on the nails. I went in for dipped, tuned out way too thick and uneven. Went back for acrylic, again way to thick, uneven I wanted square and theyre slanted and not very square at all. There is lumps off to my cuticle. She cut me and left me bleeding rushing through it. Pedicures are not too bad.

I love The Nail Spa. It is my first choice when I want to do my nails. I had a Pink and White Full Set yesterday, and they did a great job. I am so happy with my beautiful nails because they were careful while doing my nails. I recommend this salon because they have full experience, nice service, fair price, and supper professional. On the other hand,this salon always cleans and looks very new. The atmosphere is very relax, so you feel comfortable. I will com back here again...................and again......

I would suggest another nail salon. I had the guy I dont even know his name and he was SO incredibly rough it hurt my nails.. one of my fingers is crooked and wouldnt fix it. They are all different sizes. My nails look awful. Im highly disappointed

I saw a nail technician drop a nail scrub on the floor and picked it up and used it on the client instead of exchanging it. The nails done on me were horrible did not know what they were doing and Technician would get upset because I could not understand and was unprofessional in her tone of when she spoke and would put the blame on client of any mistakes

I had gotten my nails dipped somewhere else the first time and today I had tried The Nail Spa because it was the closest to my house. They did such a great job! Way better than my first experience somewhere else and the atmosphere was very laxed and welcoming. Very pleased with my visit. I just wish I had gotten the name of who did my nails.

I have been going here for years. I cannot be more satisfied with my nails. Sometimes it gets really busy that its hard to get me in but it is worth the wait. The people are really personable and friendly and most importantly, the nails always come out the way I like them. I would recommend going here if you really want a top quality, wonderful nail experience.

I absolutely adore this place! A mom and pop type of nail salon. They’ve been around for years!! It can be pretty busy sometimes so make sure you have an appointment or call before you come in to see if it’s busy or not. I get full set of acrylics and sometimes I switch it up and get shellac/gel on my natural nails. It keeps it natural and lasts super long! ❤️❤️💅🏼💅🏼💅🏼

My friend told me about this salon since I will be staying in the city for awhile. I went out and check this place out. To my surprise the techs working here are actually friendly and the salon is very clean. Didnt had any bugs flying around over peoples head either. When it was my turn, the nail tech working on my nails did a great job of removing the cuticles from my nails. She also cute my nails nicely too. When she was done with all my requests, I just love how my nails looked now. Each one looked very marvelous! Money will spent if I say so myself!

Ive been going to this nail salon for over 6 years. Definitely the best Ive been to in Northern Colorado! I tried out about ten to fifteen different salons before I got to this one and now I dont care how far I have to travel, I only go here. Great prices, hardly ever a wait over 10 minutes and good quality work and employees.

This is the second time I come this year and it was totally bad experience. The girls are always rude when it comes to getting acrylic nails done . I was desperate so I can today and I will not be coming back again !! I hate the way my nails came out they look horrible!

I came here for the first time to get a pedicure. The staff was very welcoming and the shop was fairly clean. The only complaint I would have is that the one doing my pedicure didn’t fully remove all of the dead skin I had on my feet, which is why I had come in. Other than that, the polish was done very well and I’m happy with it.

Today my daughter and I both got our nails done here for the first time. It came highly recommended by a few friends of ours. My daughters nails came out awesome. Unfortunately not mine. I chose the powder dip which I’ve never had. On most of the nails he didn’t get the color on the sides so it’s white . There’s a big bump on one of them and another nail is very uneven. The gentleman that did my nails also seem to be in a hurry and I felt like he just didn’t want to be there.
