Had a great experience here for my first time - I brought in a photo of what I wanted and they did a great job, very affordable $60 and friendly. Also got me in without an appointment but making one is a good idea as they were very popular!

Excellent service! Went in at 630 pm thinking the 4 of us would get a rush job. In actuality we had a very pleasant experience! Great conversation and superb treatment! Ill certainly be back in April as we live in PA.Im sure my daughter who lives nearby will become a regular!!

Asian woman owner was so rude! I got an overwhelming headache from the concentration of chemical smells because they had kept the door closed all day. I asked them to please open the door because I was getting a bad headache from the chemicals and because I am very pregnant, I asked if we could let some fresh air in. She complained under her breath and argued with me about it, until I asked her nicely for a second time, then she reluctantly went over to the door to open it, complaining while doing it and she had a bad attitude the entire time after that. Also after both of my small daughters receiving pedicures and then it being my turn, out of curiosity, I asked if they sanitized the pedicure tools after each customer, they said No. They do NOT sanitize they’re tools. I was very surprised. They said they would rinse them in the sink for me due to my special request for clean/ sanitary tools. Shocking they’re lack of hygiene. Also when she walked by, I said excuse me when she walked by twice, but she ignored me twice and made it clear she was angry that I had requested sanitized tools. Very rude lady working there who also happens to be the owner. Very rude. I paid $80 and both my daughters nails were NOT done well, I pointed out that we came there for a relaxing enjoyable experience out with my daughters and that she had made me feel uncomfortable and most unwelcome. I still paid her in full and told her, we would not be back. Do yourself a big favor and go to “THE NAIL SPA” instead. They’re nearby and they’re services are $10 cheaper and they keep the door open and the chemical smell down and they are friendly and accommodating and made me feel welcome, which was delightful after having an awful experience here. Do yourself a favor and pass on this place and go somewhere where they appreciate your business and will treat you well and have a good attitude so you can enjoy being pampered and have an enjoyable experience.

The owner of this nail salon is super nice and sweet how ever I think she needs more experience of doing nails. She does not know how to do professionally apply nails at all. The shape of my nails and the design was just awful plus they charge you for the length of the nail that is just ridiculous. $80 dollars for a full set plus a tip is just a lot of money I had to go somewhere else so they can fix my nails. Because I was not able to get a refund when I called she was rude and told me if you did not like it just do not come back. AWFUL SERVICE

This place was awesome. My daughter and I came here for pedicures and girly time after I had been through a rough week in the hospital. The couple who owns the place treated us amazing, took the time to get to know us and made us feel confident in ourselves. They took extra care and went out of their way to make us and every other customer that was there feel welcome and cared for. The entire visit was amazing and in my budget. I will be back again. Thank you both for your kindness.

People are nice but it took 2 hours. 55 for powder color. 35 for french on toes no gel. In the bay area i can get all that and eye brows for the same price. Scuze my ashy hand in pic. Just washed em and forgot lotion

I was very pleased with how they turned out and it was affordable! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I think the interior of the salon could use a revamp or at least a thorough cleaning. I’ve never been dissatisfied here though and I’ve been about 5 times.

Im so sad that i went here. I had my nails done by the lady who works there and she was so king but does not know how to do nails. I have two crooked nails and one nail fatter then the rest. Not only that but theyre not even the shape I asked for. When I confronted the situation she said that my fingers bend that way. Not the right amount of nail Polish that its falling off and I have air bubbles Literally wasted money and will never come back

Super friendly, very professional, clean and sanitary. They had a very good selection of colors and I absolutely loved the attention to detail during my pedicure.

I called in advance to this location to set an appointment for a rebase and eyebrow wax. To start, they see me 15 minutes late. No One was available to assist at my appointment time. The lady who starts my nails burns me with drills, shape is nothing of what I asked, Each nail looked different, and paint job was horrible - some nails glossy as others looked matte. I was on my lunch break so I didn’t have time to make them fix them. And to boot, wax lady was out until Jan 8th, which they failed to tell me when I made appointment. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I never leave reviews of places but this one had to get 5 stars! I walked in expecting a wait (I had been to 3 nail salons previously in the day that had a huge wait), but they sat me down immediately! I wish I got the name of the gentleman that did my nails, he did an amazing job. I got a full set of acrylics and I never ever get them. He was gentle with my nails and even told me that a nail shape I was going for wouldnt fit my nails, and made them look even better than I had originally planned. This was an amazing experience and I will definitely be returning here!

A friend attended this Nail saloon with the exception of new beatiful artistic nails and came out without 40 dollars and without the expected nails. Her nails were poorly done with little to no care nor effort into the design she asked for. Overall, this establishment showed no respect for their customer or care in their well-being.

As I have got my nails done for years now and am very picky and only Stick to one nail tech I recently moved here and have yet to find a place but this place shaped my nails exactly how I want them and took their time ! Definitely could use an update and good cleaning but overall very great nails !!!

Ripped off my 16 year old daughter. Charged 40 dollars and the nails looked a week old. The nails started almost an 1/8 from her cuticles. Also, the marble she asked for looked like a smudged printer ink. I could have done a better job myself.

I liked my nails, but they are very limited on their choices and the staff has no experience with nail designs.

I so wanted to love this place, as I’ve heard good things. They are terribly understaffed, or maybe they had some of their staff on vacation. Even with this, my intent was to keep an open mind, though I had my feet in the water (without special soak) for over 25 minutes til they started to itch. To be fair, my daughter’s pedicure from the older gentleman was a good experience for her, despite the fact that she, also, waited for over 25 minutes in the massage chair. He was gentle and did a good job.My experience wasn’t as good. Granted, it was my first pedicure of the season, but in all others I have received, the one giving the pedicure concentrates on specific areas. The technique/process has been the same in all cases. The young man that did mine was focused on removing the cuticle area from the side of the toenail, not the bottom. I am fine with the usual pushing back of the cuticle and trimming of the harder skin at the top/side of big toe. Instead of a smaller snip into the side of each nail, he cut way down low on one side, then proceeded to cut off the cuticle to past the middle of the side. Needless to say, it really hurt, leaving it red and close to bleeding. It was hard to relay for him to stop (this was the first toe he started on.) I was finally able to get my message across to the older gentleman. The rest of the experience was fine, albeit rushed as by the time they got to actually doing our pedicures it was close to closing time.I am concerned about infection now, along with the fact that it still hurts. I tipped them less than usual, hoping they knew why. I left feeling crushed, as I had my hopes up for a nice, relaxing experience. The extra star is for my daughter’s experience. I wanted to rate it lower, but I guess I am being kind.

Julie was one of the most sincerely kind women I have ever met. She stayed late to do my nails and was so sweet and apologetic that I wound up waiting longer than she expected. As I waited I noticed that the staff gave that extra little bit to each client and worked carefully to give the best service to each person. Ill be returning here for sure. The only reason I gave 4 vs 5 stars is because I did have to wait quite a bit longer than I expected.

Made an appointment for two pedicures this evening. Got there, called to let them know we were there and if we could come in (because Covid) and the man was confused about our appointments, then told me that he had a problem and no time to do them and if we could wait another 45 min in the car, and THEN he could get us in.

The absolute rudest staff as soon as I walked through the door. Greeted by an eye roll literally. I asked what the wait time was for a manicure and I got a, “I don’t have time for anything.” I asked if there was a wait time at all and was told a blunt NO! I get it if you’re busy but manners are free!

I liked the way my design looked afterwards. however i stylist who did my bestfriend and my nails was very rough with our fingers and ended up making out cuticles bleed. they were also very expensive we went in for a regular set of acrylics which was $25 on there board and the charged me $115 for both of our nails. over all i wouldn’t recommend.

Literally the worst nails I have ever gotten! I was there forever because the first nail tech had messed up so they needed to start over. My cuticles are all raw and sore. All their tools/ work space are dirty! Do not go here! I asked for a refund and they refused! I asked for a partial refund and they still refused! These nails are atrocious! Not one of them is straight! I have acrylic all over my fingers and they look nothing like the picture I showed them. I could have done a better job myself. Waste of time and money!

WORST SALON EVER. I just moved here and thought it would be great and was very excited about the prices the person told me on the phone. I made an appointment and once I got there it all went downhill. The prices were not what they said, and I waited for an hour and a half past my appointment time and still didnt get seen. I asked the lady for a discount due to the lack of customer service and she said whats customer service. I left and went to a different salon that was way better Professionails- Greeley mall! Way better salon, service, and prices!

I have never been there before but the pedicure I got was amazing! I was so relaxed I was falling asleep in the chair!! On top of all of that they closed at 8pm and I showed up 15 minutes before close and they still took their time and Im 100% satisfied!!

My 5 yr old and I had a great girls day here they were very accommodating to make her feel comfortable and were extremely nice.

Nails lift and acrylic will turn yellow. They dont take the time they should. There is only one person there that can even do a half way decent job. And that is erik. He is a skinny little guy that sits at the end of the row of desks.

Worst customer service. After scheduling appointments for my mom and I, I sat soaking while she got hers done for an hour. We left without me getting a pedicure.

Well if your in a hurry and dont care what your nails look like this is the place in and out in under 20 minutes. Dont like conversation and like it when people make you feel like your in trouble this is the place to go.

There work spaces are dirty and the guy who filed my nails had open cuts on his hand and when my nails were done 4 days later the cuticles started lifting and a week in a nail shaped in half!!!

Bad service spent 1 hour waiting than the guy complained when I asked him to fix my nails that he messed up on my nails are so messy and Im very unhappy with how rude he was left with my nails messed up because instead of fixing them he only made the lines thicker and they started to look more sloppy I dont recommend this place to any one and last but not least I was very upset with how one person started my nails and than they made me switch half way through because seemed like he had no idea what he was doing!!!!!

If you are a sadomasochistic girl with a high pain threshold and you like to be asked a lot of personal questions, this is the place and Mr. Lee is your man.Much lack of professionalism, we Mexicans consider it very important as if they mention a price at the beginning it is in bad taste that they increase it at the end of their work especially when they did not do anything special or different.The quality is okay.The final work was mediocre.It is true, the prices are good but I prefer to pay 10 dlls more in another place, to have a pleasant experience and without cuts in the growth of the one.
