I could not be happier with my beautiful peridot ring designed by Carl Moore!!! I had wanted a new ring for a while and had spoken with him directly about designing a ring for me. Once I walked in to his store my desire to have a ring designed disappeared the moment my sister and I both saw my ring under the glass! The quality and personalized service confirmed what I thought...locally owned and operated businesses can give you everything you want and more, if you give them an opportunity!Thank you so much!

Made an appointment for a custom jewelry piece wanting to use old rings to create a new ring. I was told it wasnt worth it and to just trade the pieces in even though they had sentimental value. The reason was because they create a tree of rings and dont make singular pieces. If there is a custom piece option for an appointment on the website and i choose that, then I know the price will be higher, dont tell me its not worth my time or money.

WM Jewlers made me a custom engagement ring and they did an amazing job. Seriously could not of imagined it to turn out this well at quite a bit less money than I expected. Thanks Carl.

When my grandmother passed away, she left a significant collection of loose stones and diamonds behind, perfect for some beautiful jewelry pieces. My grandfather, still alive, is a retired dentist, so has all the capability, materials, and equal, if not greater, skill than a jeweler in sculpting and casting of gold. So, we made some earring settings, but my grandfather being in his 90s does not have the fine motor skill necessary to set jewels and stones anymore.My mother and I wanted to support a local business that weve had friendly enough interaction in the past with, so we brought the stones and setting in to WM Moore to see how much it might cost, with the *full* understanding and acceptance that it may be more expensive than a regular fee, since WM Moore did not make the setting, or even that it might not be possible.Where a polite response would have more than sufficed, we were told that what we were doing is akin to bringing in oil to a car dealership and demanding them to change it, and haughtily informed that WM Moore does not set anything they dont make. And a final jab was thrown in, with the suggestion that the setting was not well-made enough. I understand that any business has to make money, and was willing to negotiate a fair and higher price for the work, but there was no opportunity to do so, and the underhanded insults about the workmanship of my grandfather were unnecessary.So be it. WM Moore may not want this type of business, but Weiss Jewelers (also in town) was happy to take a look at the piece, offered an estimate, and was even complimentary of the casting.Disappointed the experience wasnt better.

We went just now to resize my moms watch and get a battery and he is so nice. Very affordable.

Helped me resize my Bulova watch free of charge and he was very friendly! This gentleman was knowledgeable and it was a pleasure doing business! He’ll definitely be my go to jeweler.

Carl designed an absolutely beautiful wedding ring for me. I wasn’t really sure what I wanted but I knew I wanted a ring that paid tribute to my late mom so I brought some of her rings in to show him. He created a ring that makes me smile every time I look at it. We bought my husbands wedding ring there too and his service is great!

Went to get my ring and earrings estimated to be fixed about 2 months ago. A lady estimated about 90-100 dollars to be repaired. I thought it was a little steep but affordable. So my husband and I decided to shop around for more prices. Weve purchased the jewelry at Zales, but we love little Mom and Pop Shops. Went back to the store today to make sure the price was the same for repairs. $100 for a tiny diamond on an enhancement. $200 for the mount to be fixed for the ring. Also,$75 to put a stone in a pair of earrings..I was floored!! Needless to say, went to Zales afterwards and had them repaired for $89..Dont judge a book by its cover...
