He did a wonderful job replacing the prong on my wedding ring when my diamond fell out (luckily I found the diamond). It took about a week to get back because I opted to have a whole new prong setting instead of repairing the one on the ring. Very nice people, and the ring looked beautiful because they cleaned and buffed it at no extra charge. Thank you!!

We recently took my wifes diamond ring to have the prongs reinforced to ensure the safety of her diamond. He quoted my wife 240 dollars and a week later when I took it in he charged us 360dollars. When we picked it up he told my wife we needed to have the prongs reinforced. So what did we get charged for because thats what he was posed to do in the first place.But the worst part is three weeks later the 5/16 karat diamond fell out and was gone. We wish we woulda never taken it to him cuz now my wifes expensive ring aint worth squat.

I was recently there & woman who approached me liked at my ring said um my boss isnt here but I can call him and hell be here in 5 mins. But you can leave your ring & come back in 5 mins well I wasnt leaving my ring but I sat across the way and watched and waited and no one ever showed up! She never once came to say he wasnt coming. Ill never go there again!

I am currently the manager at this location and unfortunately we have done business with Mr. James Evans, his accusations are very incorrect and we yet to see a police report on his so called missing jewelry. I would like to clear up that we do have cameras at this location and all of our jewelry goes in the safe at closing time but we rarely have to keep things in the safe as most of the jobs get done in less than 2hrs. Every business has its ups and downs but be clear that I will do anything in my power to make sure our customer service is exceptional. I have had my pearls restrung, rings resized, my Rolex bezel polished and a cheap (but much loved) plastic necklace worked on. Very speedy (just like the sign says : ), but moreover, very personable service, very professional work and very fair pricing. Greeley is lucky to have him!

I went here to have my ring serviced and a week later the rhodium plating on it failed I came back to the store to have it redone with other pieces of jewelry to be repaired Upon returning my stuff wasnt completed it was left sitting on the counter all day long I had about $10,000 worth of jewelry very unprofessional owner beware do not shop here do not get stuff sent there they have no safe they keep their stuff in theres no cameras I am missing a piece of jewelry Upon returning to pick up my stuff and now I have to file a police report terrible terrible terrible again beware
