Been having problems with the Wi-Fi for the past 2 to 3 months, I’m a gamer I need my WiFi lolYes I have basically gone to months without Wi-Fi because it won’t connect

Knocked a few times before anybody noticed I was their to pay my bill.

I’ve been having problems with my internet for 2 months I’ve called multiple times and no response I pay 85$ a month for bull! So ready to dump this cheap company been leaving voice mails because they NEVER answer. If you thinking bout getting wifi from them DON’T save your money call a real company.

You dont get what you pay for and its always lagging or signal drops quite frequently so its a three stars until they quit ripping people off

I have had nothing but problems! No one answers the phone and my internet goes off at least 4 times a month and stays off for hours. I pay full price and get terrible service.

I called and had a friend talk to the company. He asked questions and the person kept putting him on hold when he tried to answer their question. They company cut my friend off twice when he was answering their question. So now im without internet til Monday and thats even if they fix it.I dont understand why its so hard to fix their service that im paying for!

Always goes out. 2 times it goes out is a good week. Sometimes goes out daily

Ive had Yakama Nation Networks for a few years now and their service has been great. Whenever there have been issues, their customer service is phenomenal! Ive never been disappointed! I recommend it!

Hate to leave this review. I’ve had them as my isp for a long time. Been really stable but the last few months have been horrible. I cannot get ahold of any tech support at all. I’ve called several times, left voicemails and even wrote emails to try to get some help with my internet. Can someone from Yakama networks please help?

Connection is good, as well as the speeds. In the past two weeks Ive been losing connextion at least twice a day where my router is not recieving an incoming signal. Ive tried calling during business hours to get a connection reset, but tech support is never there to answer. Ive called daily for the past week and never gotten an answer or option to leave a message

The most unreliable isp I have ever had the displeasure of purchasing. More often than not I cannot access the internet and customer service is non-existent. Sadly this is the only isp in my area, and it does not provide what we pay for. $80 a month for internet that works 50% of the time.

Yakama nation networks ultimately gave me the best customer service; and definitely made me feel like family. The staff there answered all my questions in a professional manner; its nice to feel like my concerns were the most important to them.

They wont give you the banwidth you are promised but its great if you never use it. And yeah Im definitely gonna call you again just to be sent to voicemail and have my ticket ignored. Thats great advice thanks YNN!

Ive had Yakama Nation Networks for 3 years now and my service has been great. I like to play video games online and I have no issues at all. If there is an issue which is rare they will look into it and fix it right away. Also they have very good customer service and very friendly staff. I definitely recommend this internet provider.

Great service! Been with Networks for about 3 years and have been very pleased. Was with Century Link before switching to YNN. The service was like night and day. If you are in the YNN service area, I recommend you try them out.

This service sucks so bad its unbelievable. Its impossible to get ahold of support and they never actually provide the speeds promised. Connection has been super unstable and their pricing is ridiculous. Ive used this company for years because I dont have another option and I have never once been pleased with service provided or customer support.

My service been kicking me off last month and still now watching or playing games have been a nightmare I call no one answers I pay for services that do not work for me and still being charged for 20 mps and only get 3mps to 6 mps and now getting kicked off every 30 minutes

Cant say enough about the number one ISP in the world in my eyes, they answer the phone, there tech guys are awesome and the front office will work with ya to fit YOUR needs, the only time ive had issues they fixed with in an hour or so of calling them,, Im proud to be a Yakima Nation Network ISP user,, thankyou Y.N.N. if you have to choose from 2 or more ISP and Yakima Nation Network is one, well if you choose the other you would be doing your self wrong buy doing so,, 5 stars here no problem.

Living in the outskirts of Zillah, Yakama Nation Broadband was my best resource for internet. While there are other options this was the best value and the customer service is outstanding. I am paying for a 15 Mbps and am constantly achieving the speeds I am paying for streaming Netflix and Hulu without buffering. I recommend their service to everyone in the area.

What a wonderful experience working with the Yakama Nation Networks. I got my internet installed the day after I visited the office and it has been working great ever since. Living in a very rural area, I was contemplating getting internet service through one of the big providers but knew that meant slow speeds and lots of outages. When my neighbor told me that I could get great service through YNN I quickly made arrangements to get it installed. Love this service and the people that work for YNN: they are very helpful and courteous.
