AWESOME SERVICE! GREAT STAFF!I am new to the area and have rented 4X from All Purpose and each time has been a great experience. They are flexible and FAIR when its time to pay the bill as opposed to some other nearby rental places. Very helpful loading and unloading equipment. Fair rates!!

Excellent call ahead service and excellent pick up / drop off service. Called a few hours before needing a power rake and aerator. Was able to secure a reservation and showed up 15 minutes later to pick it up. They had me loaded in 10 minutes and I was out the door. Returned it at the given time and they had me unloaded and less than 10 minutes and I was paid out of of there. Excellent service all the way around and friendly people.

These guys are great, knowledge, helpful, wonderful customer service!I needed a trencher to bury water lines south of Fort Morgan. There were no other rental places with a 5 foot depth trencher near my project. Im glad I chose this rental place. The ditch witch seemed a bit older but worked just fine in my rock hard dry clay soil.On my way to return the trencher my truck had issues and I was 2 hours past the 24 hr. period, they were very understanding of the issues and didnt charge me any additional late fees.Thanks Guys, my project is getting all wrapped up this week!

Horrible work, horrible customer service. We brought our Hustler Raptor mower to this place to be repaired because they were the only place in Greeley that Hustler recommended, they also had no bad reviews on either Yelp or the BBB. After several days they finally called us to tell us the mower was totaled because the frame was bent, when we asked them if there was anything else they could do they told us they would look at it again and call us back the next day. This went on for 4 weeks, they never called us back like they said they would and to give them more time to look at the mower we waited several days to call them for another update. They kept our riding mower for a month promising they would look again and give us recommendation. Finally I asked the owner just how many times they had looked at it and he told me only once. The mower was less then a year old and purchased brand new not used. My husband had tried to mow tall wet grass and it bogged down and broke a belt, after that is would not engage the blade in certain levels. Im confused as to why they could not bend the frame back or put a tighter belt on it but they never even tried. We took it to another repair shop in Greeley and will simply put a new belt that was slightly smaller and the problem was fixed right away. To make matters worse All Purpose Rentals lost the original key to the mower and gave us a chewed up key saying it was universal. My husband went into the office to ask them to please look again for the original key the owner came out of he office and told my husband to leave his shop. Neither my husband nor myself were ever screaming at them on the phone or in person nor was there anyone in the shop for the owner to feel embarrassed. I will never recommend anyone to ever take anything to this place.

I am a homeowner and have rented from all purpose rental since my home was built 15 years ago. I have never had a problem renting from them until this year when they got greedy and would only rent me a power rake with a two hour minimum. I am not about to pay for two hours of rental for a job that only takes me a half hour. I will never use your business again and will discourage anyone else from buying into your greedy business practices. Loyalty works both ways and you just lost mine.

I took my lawn mower in to All Purpose and I couldnt get it to run at all. The guys there were super helpful trying to find out why it wouldnt work. They offer to keep it and see if they could find the problem for me. It only took a short time to find the problem and fix it for a very fair piece. I dont think any one else in town would have been so helpful and reasonable on their rates. I will tell all my friends to go there for rentals, repairs jobs, and propane.

I have been using All Purpose Rental & Sales since 1997. These guy really know how to run a shop! If you have questions about a job your working on You want to talk with Ron or Jeff very knowledgeable team. With great service low prices and located owned they have you covered.

The staff was attentive and helpful while their rental process was simple and easy. I will call All Purpose Rental first when I need special equipment to help me out around the house.

At Collins Control & Electric, we install generators. Some of these weigh as much as a car. All Purpose Rentals is a great partner for us with the right equipment. They are responsive, flexible and great to work with.

I got 2 different finish dates from 2 different people. They never called to update me after 2 weeks of having my lawn mower. Their web site (and recording when you call) state they are open Sundays from 9am to 2pm, yet when I drove from my home out of town and reached there at 1:30, there was no one there, and a sign on the door that says Closed Sundays. I left them a nasty message, and will NEVER recommend them to anyone! Totally Unprofessional!! Stay Away!
