Being my first visit, I had lot of tough questions for the Dentist that would have irked even a pious pontiff. But the Dentist was patient enough to allay all my concerns, thus gaining my confidence immensely!

So far no complaints and nothing but good things to say this far. We just started going to this dentist and so far customer service has been very professional and kind, dr is amazing, explains everything to you so that u understand and all very kind.

The visit was great, the exam was thorough and quick and the cleaning was painless and over before I knew it.

They are super friendly! Needed work done right away and they were able to accommodate me and my daughter. They even made a follow up call to see how I was doing. Great service! Bringing my entire family here now!

I’ve never had anything but great experiences with DentalWorks. They run on schedule so I’ve never ended up waiting around, they handled Covid expertly, they are knowledgeable and do a great job. Nothing but praise for the crew there.

In for a regular cleaning. Very professional and accommodating. I have been seeing Dr. Mukherjee for years, I will not go to any other dentist. I cant rate them high enough.

I had not visited a dentist in several years and had some serious work needed. My wife suggested I make an appoint with Dr. Mukherjee. I am glad she did. All the staff were friendly, professional and Dr. Mukherjee and his dental technician were excellent. I had extractions, a root canal, bridges and crowns completed. Not once was I uncomfortable in any of the procedures. I highly recommend if you need a dentist, visit this office.

Root Canals - I hate them. I have feared Dentist for many years because of childhood visits that went bad.Came to Dental Works and the whole team is amazing. My Dentist was the BEST EVER!He did my root canal and kept following up to make sure everything was good. Just completed the process. Have my Crown and all is good.This is the place to go for all your Dental needs.Caring team, fantastic Dentist and affordable prices.

I am so glad I went to DentalWorks in Plainfield! Dr. Muhkerjee made me feel so comfortable. It took no time to pull a tooth for me! My entire family loves this dentist!

The check in procedure is a little crazy. I’m not sure what they can do to fix that but I feel like it adds a good 20 minutes to the appointment. Other than that, Jackie is a great hygienist, the front desk staff is super nice and the orthodontist is fantastic and Dr. Muk is the best. Would definitely recommend them.

The dental hygienist was really pleasant and helpful. She was super sweet and informative. It’s a great place for adults but not kid safe. There’s all this furniture and fragile decorative items all around and it’s well decorated but doesn’t have a kids corner or any kid related toys. I took my 2 year old there and it was hard to control her and I was nervous she’d knock something off and break it

The staff at Dentalworks were all wonderful. I had a toothache during the COVID stay at home time and my dentist flat out refused to see me. Dental works not only gave me an appointment, they gave me good advice on what I could do at home to help in the few days before they were able to get me in. I ended up with a root canal (surprisingly painless) and am now on the mend. They followed very strict protocols to keep us all safe, they had on masks, gloves and gowns. I truly appreciate their help and will be switching my entire family to DentalWorks from our current dentist.

My gums are bleeding everyday since my cleaning, and it leaves me in pain when I brush. They tell me its because of flossing. I was in agony and screamed during my cleaning. They told me it was normal. Im in tears; will not go back.

Dr.Mukherjee was pain-free! I had a tooth pulled and had several teeth to prepare for a bridge. And Lisa the receptionist helped me get on a payment plan I could afford and so cheerful and caring. Then Lisa the dental assistant was super nice and calming! Thank you all so much for the good experience!

My 10 year old son fell and chipped his adult front tooth on Friday. Dental works got him in promptly on Saturday morning. Dr. Adham was extremely knowledgeable, careful and gentle with my son and the staff was very friendly as well.

This location has amazing staff and dentists. They understand all situations and explain your care plan with compassion. It took me a LONG time to find a dentist I could trust in.

3 members of my family have now been to DentalWorks Plainfield and I have been very pleased. Every member of the staff has been exceptionally kind and engaging - even putting my 10 year old daughter at ease. Nikki was a perfect hygienist - thorough, friendly and with great suggestions without sounding preachy or pushy.

Misleading and overcharging practice. Do not go here. They knowingly went forward with procedures my insurance did not cover but did not give me advance notice. So instead of their estimate of a $650 fee they are charging me $1000 more saying, It was just an estimate. The game is they know its not covered and they know you are too busy to find out yourself. The most dishonest dentist I have every dealt with. Avoid this people. Im certain the other Dental Works operate in the same manner. Its a business model.

I had about as good an experience you can have at dentist. The doctor was informative and not rushed, talkative but not chatty, and concerned with how I was feeling. The staff were helpful and the procedure was pain free. I will go back.

I’ve been coming here for years, love their service, professionalism, and clear billing estimates.

We went there to get a consultation on braces. I thought it might be cheaper. The people that work there theyre all very nice and professional. The environment was clean and inviting. Unfortunately, the braces were no less expensive than an orthodontic office that specializes in braces only. They dont do imaging on first visits either, like the orthodontic only offices do. Therefore, Im going to go to a specialty office.

Appointment was at 2, we arrived at 1:45 to complete paper work but had to wait until about 2:30 to be seen. Once we got back though the staff was extremely helpful and fun. My sons first dentist visit went great!

First time going here and I had a great experience, the reception women were nice, professional, sweet, helpful and cute haha. I got work done and from the 1st time stepping in there they was goof with helping me making sure I had everything I needed before my appointment, and the day off the professionlism continue. They continuously send me a bill. My insurance company spoke with them and paid. I actually over paid and they continue to send a bill, threatening collections. This is harassment and robbery...you owe ME 3 dollars Dental works. They now have lost two customers, my husband and myself.

Calling for an emergency appointment was quick and easy. The staff was very pleasant,couteous and accomodating. The dentist and dental assistant were really professsional and gave outstanding care. They constantly kept me informed of the problems they found and the treatment. The treatment(root canal) was virtually pain free thanks to thier excellent care. I higghly recemmend this office and Dr.Adham.

The location of the dental works is lit because it is located right next to Chipotle and Which Wich.

Too expensive. $229 just to consult? I can only imagine how much a cavity filling might be and X-Rays. I might have to sell my house. I have current X-Rays they wont accept them.
