The staff at this Geek Squad are always helpful, knowledgeable, and fun to work with! (I have heard the horror stories from other Geed Squads, but the group here in Greeley are always awesome!)We have the total tech support program (which I highly recommend) and with all our PCs, and laptops that our family has, we are there multiple times a year and always get great service!

We have loved working with Emma at Geek Squad. She is savvy, smart, fun and enjoyable. My 12 year old daughter has had a few self inflicted issues with her computer. She was amazing trouble shooting the issue, and resolving a not so quick fix. We did purchase the warranty, which having that makes their world easier, since I am not panicking over a high repair bill.I highly recommend working with Emma. She made something daunting, enjoyable. Thank you!

Poorly trained employees. Took in a surface laptop 2 I had recently bought at this store to get looked at, and the worker couldnt even find the power button to turn it on! She also could not figure out how to turn off a bluetooth mouse. Not a good sign when you have someone work on your computer. They proceeded to tell me that they couldnt do anything about it without the geek squad protection plan, even though my manufacturers warranty is still valid. They were no help with any suggestions to resolve the issue either. Overall I was very dissatisfied with the service here.

The geek squad protection plan is not worth it for cell phones. There are not any trained individuals to work on Samsung or Apple phones. They will just give you a new phone and charge a deductible no matter the problem. Even though the website states they can replace batteries and screens they in fact cannot.

Worst company I have ever dealt with!! Made a claim to get my replacement phone. Paid the $250 deductible just to receive the wrong phone. When I called in and spoke to a manager they sent me to best buy to exchange the phone for the correct one. Spent 2 hours there just for them to tell me they wouldnt be able to exchange it and they were going to send me a return shipping label. I sent the phone back and a week later Im still waiting on my phone its been 3 weeks since the claim has been started. Every single time I call in they give me incorrect information and deny me the opportunity to speak to a manager. If there was an option for negative stars thats what this company would have. Ill never deal with them again. I would never recommend anyone else to even waste there money on this poorly ran company!!!

Such a joke. My phone battery crapped out and they said it would be 5 days to a week to get a new one. I paid $10 a month for a year when I could walk to batteries plus and get the exact battery for $35 with a life time warranty. Best Buy would not do anything for me, no borrow phone or ANYTHING. Ive had used cars with better warranties. Needless to say Ill never use them again.

Geek Squad at this store is about as bad as you can get. I tried to find out about setting up an appt and the guy that I spoke with talked to me like I was an idiot. He appeared to be a manager too. How sad is that!!! Guess theyll make just anyone a manager! Probably a blessing that i didnt get an appt to take my computer. My confidence in them is little to NONE!!!

What a joke. I was on hold for over 45 minutes just to be hung up on. Tried calling back, and was on hold for another 30 minutes until I gave up. Never once did anyone answer or at least acknowledge my call. Get your act together people. SERIOUSLY.

They have the worst customer service ever I went to have a phone Text said my phone would be back in 24 hours I still have been received it it’s been almost a week I called to check on it the Store Associate hung up on me and was rude will never go back to this store
