Got home and looked in the mirror and none of the lines were straight. My neck like with my beard is crooked, back of my head is crooked and the top is all lumpy. Couldnt see it in the shop cause the chair is so far away from the mirror, but for $41 you shouldnt even have to worry about this.

Apparently this establishment is only for men, but they can also go to any beauty shop?? They are cutting their customer base in half. Besides more women seek to get their hair done. I dont get it? What am I missing??

Showed up for my sons appointment. Was told he needed a mask since I was honest about him not being vaccinated. I told the stylist who greeted me that I did not have a mask and will need to run home and grab one for him. I returned approximately 10 minutes later and as I was checking in I presume it was Mimi the manager told me I needed to reschedule since we were 15 minutes late. I tried to explain that I was there on time and was told I needed a mask. I left not happy. I emailed the owner of this franchise and his response was sorry but not sorry. He tried to tell me that I was offered a mask and since I was late they cannot accommodate late appointments since it affects other customers. That makes sense? I was offered a mask but went home anyway and came back with my own mask? Any intelligent person with any reasoning ability would see that makes no sense. I was not offered a mask, if I was I would have stayed. Again I ask why would I leave, tell the stylist who checked me in that I was going home to get a mask and would be right back if a mask had been offered?? I do not appreciate being accused of telling untruth. The truth is the staff is unprofessional and lack communication skills and are dishonest. On top of that no one from the manager to the owner have any desire to make things right and have insulted me by insinuating that I am in the wrong because according to the fabulous people at Roosters, I was offered a mask, declined it, went home to get my own and since I came back late for my appointment that is my problem. No, this is not the end of the world for me and I have moved on and found another barber for my family. Others should be aware of poor customer service skills and the integrity of management and ownership of this business.

Marvelous Hair GroomingRoosters over all of the time Ive been a customer (I believe about 4 or 5 years) has always been more professional, friendly, and of a higher quality than any of the other places servicing hair. I cant imagine getting my hair serviced anywhere else.If youre looking for a grooming service that truly goes above and beyond youve found it.

Very dissatisfied appointment was at 3pm.. I was seen at 315 for my usual 1 hour 60 min hair and beard with razor 45 dll cut plus the 10 I ALWAYS tip and the products I always buy. It was rushed as you can see 45 min but I paid 60 min worth. I come here to feel pampered I felt rushed and only to shave my beard off when I got home. Not sure what Im going to do look up my record past months I was coming in biweekly . I love my beard and she didnt blend it correctly. December 29th last service is a lie!! I saw Laura 3 weeks ago. She messed my hair up and rushed me 45 min out the door. I expected some dignity out of you all. Last time at roosters. Get it right the first time!!

I received a haircut previously from this store and the Gal did a great job, because I was satisfied with the haircut I purchased some expensive gel and tipped her very well. upon returning for a new haircut, I was four minutes late I was already been threatened that I may not get a shampoo because I was late and if I was any later I would lose my spot altogether. I just told her they cancel the appointment altogether, since it was such a big deal that I was late by four minutes. I understand that they run on a schedule, so do I but I had an urgent business call to make and that’s why I was a few minutes late. I would’ve at least thought that they would show a little consideration being that I tipped well previously. Apparently not!

Good place for a nice haircut for men. The shampoo and massage are always a nice treat. They do well at knowing what you want. Price is a bit higher than other places but not too bad. Schedule ahead they fill up quick.

I gave this place two out of five stars because the haircut was below average and the cost was above average. They did a fine job of managing social distancing and having policies that appear to keep traffic in and out of the store to a minimum, so that was worth something.

I was visiting from Wisconsin and I needed a trim so I took a gamble on a barbershop and Roosters proved to be a wise bet. Even though I was a walk in I was able to get a haircut appointment within an hour and was lucky enough to get Kayla as my stylist. Easy to talk to and even more importantly she did an amazing job on my hair. Feels great looks great. Thanks for a great experience!

I figured Id check this place out and change it up from my locally owned barbershop. the staff were super nice thats for sure. however it does feel like this place has the look of the local barbershop with the quantity over quality business plan like you would have at larger chains like great clips and cost cutters but while charging the same price as a barbershop. dont get me wrong the lady who cut my hair did her job well. but with the business model here its definitely not something I would patronize again.

I have been going to Roosters for the last two years and love it. The atmosphere is warm, and the staff is nice and easy to talk to. The banter is a breath of fresh air. The stylists that I have worked with are willing to make changes until satisfied. The cuts and shaves are relaxing and look great. I do recommend an online appointment due to how popular they have become. I have recently enjoyed Brees services. She is the perfect blend of fun and professionalism. Keep up the great work guys!

My fiance got me and her son what we thought we a haircut and a shave which turned into a disaster. My barber was rude and didnt even give me a shave, she just trimmed it with some clippers. The same was done for my step son. We had to go to another place just to get it fixed and done right. $72 wasted!

Ive been going here for nearly 3 years now. We guys are not very good at pampering ourselves; but a nice cut, beard trim, straight razor shave and essentially a facial make this a part of my monthly routine. Highly recommend Mimi if youre looking for the classic barber experience.

As someone who shaves his own head and trims his own beard, and who hasnt paid for a hair cut in over a decade, I have never given much thought to going to Roosters. For Christmas, my wife bought me a gift card to there for a Gentlemans Choice service. At first I found it to be a waste of money but after my experience last night, I have changed my mind. My appointment with Laura was so relaxing that I will definitely be going back for this treatment again. She was very professional and helped me relax like I havent in years. I have never had such a welcoming and restorative experience at a barber shop before. Great job Roosters! You just made a lifetime client!

It is not nor had it ever been a place like supercuts or greatclips or any other cheap place. It is a high quality grooming experience.3. Make an appointment.This is a place for men to go to have a quality, complete grooming experience. It is top notch. From the time you sit in that chair until you walk out the door, the staff made me feel like a king, from the facial massage, to the hot towels, to walking with you out the door, it is clear your barbers attention is focused only on you. On my last visit, i made major changes to my look, i was getting tired of my bald spot, so it was going to take time, not only was it given, but from beginning to end the experience was wonderful. My girlfriend was with me, and she even commented on the superiority of the service. I have been to many barber shops, and Roosters is far above most of them.

Very rude barber...I tried explaining what was going on with the hair and what I wanted and she was rude and not only to me but my son and that drew the line.......

I made an appointment for my partner, provided images, confirmed length and determined a fade would be best. Fade is barely noticeable, it looks like a one number shave. We asked to leave curls on top and she cut it as short at 1 inch in some places. There is a difference between a trim and a cut. We specifically asked for a trim. We specifically asked that it be left long in Front bc thats what looks best with his face. She didnt respect what we asked of her, she just cut his hair how she wanted. Very disappointed. Will not be returning. Im normally not one to complain but everything was wrong, especially after we gave very clear instruction. She was very nice but im truly disappointed with the cut.

Walked in at 3:25pm was told I would be helped at 4:00pm. At 4:15 they still had not called me, then a appointment @ 4:15 pm came in and they took him before me and still had not even spoke to me. Very poor customer service unless you have an appointment. I Will not be going back. Doubt that they will even care! If they are that booked they could have at least told me and not had me wait over 45 minutes. I guess they dont care about peoples time.

Consistently good hair cuts and not with just one stylist. Shampoo and hot facial towel at end is nice and it is consistently performed.

First off I have never been to a salon that specializes in men’s grooming. I am pretty much a cheapskate on haircuts as I am not too hung up on being a GQ sort of guy. My salon experience had been limited to Supercuts/Great clips and I have bounced around because customer service tends to vary. At one place the lady literally ripped through my hair with a dull shaver.Today on a whim I stopped by Roosters expecting prices to be super expensive. While not the best price in town it wasn’t outrageous like I thought it would be. I lucked out and they had an opening and I have to say I am extremely happy with the cut, service, and treatment I received. She styled it in a way I never considered and showed me how to properly do it on my own. Just a great experience. I will be back if my experience is anything like today’s.

I have tried all the different salons and barber shops in Colorado over the years...None has ever made me feel the way Roosters does...you will walk out feeling like a million bucks....the experience is the best ever...I now have several of my friends driving 30 miles to Greeley, because Roosters Greeley is head and shoulders above the rest...I love this place!

The front desk girl would not let me leave a message instead she said they went in a different direction. RUDE. RUDE. Rude. I am disappointed. The lady I interviewed with was very sweet. Last time I went two roosters there was one person waiting 2 hair stylist and I got there at 11 o clock and they said the next available was 4 hours

I went in to get my beard trimmed and head shaved. My first visit, was treated very well.

They Had like 20 minutes left and they turned me away everyone told me it was a great place but honestly it just killed my first time experience being turned away like that dont think i could ever go back now

This is the second time dissatisfied.

I asked for a block taper. I received an unevenly cut, VERY short FULL taper. The hair on the back of my head hasnt been this short since I was in the military.I will not go back!
