I walk in to make an appointment or to find when they are available.After spending several minutes at their front counter, not noticed or seen, I looked around for indicators of where to stand, instructions, a QR code to the website I needed to go to, anything.Then I left, unnoticed still, to my car and called to make an appointment. No one answered, despite me leaving and hearing a conversation within the salon. Even if this location is understaffed, there is no excuse for precautions not being made within the store to avoid a poor user experience. I will be locating a business thats willing to put forth more effort into accommodating its customers.-EDIT: I have no interest in communicating with your management as I am not an employee nor have interest in any form of employment outside of my current employer. As a customer with heavy Quality Assurance experience, I simply wanted to call attention to an issue that can be proactively resolved. If this cannot be done via internal means, then it is not considered high enough priority to proactively make accommodations for the customer (for example, Ive already given plenty of ideas for free such as; Indicators of where to stand so that employees can maintain a watchful eye on a single location, A note or poster with instructions for business operations, QR code to a website in order to make an appointment...). I felt the need to assist this business improve because no one is perfect. I do not intend to spend more of my time engaging with individuals whose responsibility is to make these accommodations and adapt with the ever changing market. I wish you the best and we shall see what the future holds.

Zaira is the best. She cuts my hair fast and does the best job of anyone whos ever cut it. I love my new cut.

It was good. Laura was my stylist. She listened to my requests and concerns. Prices are a bit high for me.

This place was awesome!!!! Took my dad for a hair cut and the lady did a great job!! I would definitely recommend this salon to other people!!!!

Zyra gives killer fades and does a great job making me look presentable. She understands how my hair grows and its direction and styles it accordingly.

Was told 20-25 minutes wait, it took over an hour to get my girlfriend into a chair. Even after they finally sat her, the hair stylist Laura left her sitting there for 10 more minutes so that she could go sell hair products to someone who just walked in. I would advise going just about anywhere else for a haircit.

Great hair stylists. My daughter has been here twice and she is really pleased with their services and professionalism.

Not very professional than they messed up on my husbands haircut so bad that In the end we had to ask them to just shave it all off. After they decided to just fix the issue by giving only $3 off. Than it took two of them to line my five year old sons hair up.

My mom went today to ge her hair cut and the stylist did an AWFUL job to say the least. She specifically showed her a photo of the hair cut she wanted and she cut her hair the complete opposite, in fact it looked like a man’s cut. My mom told the stylist she wasn’t pleased to stop cutting her hair and the damage was done. It seemed as if stylist had her family members sitting on the chairs, very unprofessional! My senior mom paid $16 for the WORST haircut she’s ever had! Don’t waste your time and money with these so called stylist.

I took my son there yesterday to get his hair cut.. First of all they told me to sit down and wait as it would only be a few minutes... 20 to 30 minutes later he finally got a chair.The stylist not only gave him a haircut that I did not ask for, she completely butchered it. I have done a better job with my husbands beard trimmer.Dont waste your time, money, or hair here!If I could rate them 0 stars thats what I would do.

Worst ever. I was told it would be 15 to 20 minutes wait. An hour later I was still sitting there. No hurry from the people, nothing. I had to be someplace and had to leave. Did not even get my hair done. Worst.

It was a bad experience for me I asked for a hard part and I got it alright just full of cuts from the razor even the back of neck was all cut up every time i washed my hair or took a shower it just stung. Yeah never coming back here again.

They are racist and dont focus on the job
