It’s very peaceful and quite, with nice neighbors! The whole office and maintenance staff has been very patient, helpful, and kind. I needed to be out of my old apartment sooner than my move in date here and they let me use a garage for all my belongings to hold until my apartment was ready (I payed the fee and had renters insurance) when we moved in we had a couple of issues but they fixed it all the same day! Overall my experience so far has been great!

Deanna was who greeted us as we walked into the office! We came in with quite a few questions and concerns and she was so happy to help is with all them to her best knowledge! As she walked us to the apartment for a tour she also pointed out the outdoor amenities. We walked in and decided this was the place for us! She took us back to the office, showed us the pool area then got our process rolling! She had my key to me with in 3 days!!!

I lived here back when the place was new. It was pretty nice then other than loud annoying college kids all throughout the night. Its a bit run down now with unsafe playgrounds for the kids. There needs to be some updating here in general and parking could be better. Decent part of town though. Over the years of knowing people that live here, the experience has been hit or miss. The rent is cheaper than many places here in Greeley.

Parking is absolutely terrible for tenants. You are only given one parking spot, so if you dont want to pay an extra $100 a month for a garage, you have to park far away and walk. This isnt ideal in the wintertime, or during bad weather, or when carrying in groceries. It also doesnt feel very safe having to do that late at night. The location is in a decent part of Greeley though, and its very close to hwy 34 and hwy 85.

I have gave this place a 3 star only do the the OFFICE PERSONAL. From day 1 the female that works in the office and seems to be the only person that works in that office is extremely rude, seems like it is only towards females. My husband has talked to her and her demeanor is always different toward him than it has been toward my daughter and I. We are absolutely disgusted with how someone in a company could get away with treating GUEST, CUSTOMERS OR RESIDENTS in such a manor.

Very disappointed by this place. I have been here 3 months and had to pay late fees twice. The first time was a mistake, as when I signed my lease I was led to believe that the rent with utilities would be posted on my door. They failed to inform me that I needed to sign up for an online account in order to get my bills sent to me. I didnt argue, learned a lesson on moved on. Well this month my bank bounced my rent even though I had an available balance for the amount in full. The bank told me it wasnt their problem. I went to the management office, which is supposed to be open until 6 on weekdays, and only 1 person was there who could not answer any of my questions so that person told me to wait until the next day and he would talk to his boss. The next day I got a call saying that I would still be required to pay all late fees, and they charged me another late fee because THEY had to wait a day to get my questions answered and are blaming me for choosing to wait. I feel like they are just trying to scam for more money. And the online service they use for rent and utilities charges their own service fee on top of everything else.

We went just to tour the complex and to pick our next apartment. The employee was training a new girl, who was nice but didnt seem ready to act as our main tour guide. The other employee was very standoffish and wasnt especially friendly, which seemed to make the new girl very uncomfortable and uneasy. While we looked around inside the apartment, the employees gave us no space or time to look on our own and followed us everywhere and talked the entire time. My boyfriend and I couldnt even discuss the place. We had to wait until we got to the car.The apartment was very okay. It seemed very old and a bit run down but had been dressed up to look remodeled and nice.We barely got to see much of the property, which we didnt like. They did show us the dog park when we asked, which was a tiny fenced in patch of dirt. Its not even close to enough space to let your dog run or play. So, we werent impressed by what they had to offer.

My wife and I lived in Peakview for almost two years. We have nothing but great things to say about them and the complex. In our two years, they promptly responded to maintenance requests, helped us when we had issues with our parking space, and even assisted us when we had to make a quick move down to Denver. Sure, the apartments are not the most updated, but you get what you pay for. For the price of the apartments compared to the level of service received, it’s a great value. Beyond that, we always felt safe in the area and in the complex. Thanks Peakview team for a great two years!

Peakview at T-bone Ranch is a top notch place to live. I have lived there 6 years and we have worked with 2 property management companies. I can tell you that Steadfast Management is very professional, honest and consistent.Office staff Peakview at T-bone Ranch has always been very friendly and easy to work with, sure there is turnover but in Northern Colorado with a booming economy you will find that anywhere. I never had an issue that was not addressed in a reasonable timely manner. The manager of Peakview at T-bone Ranch, Peter, who has been there for a couple years is easy to approach and good to work with about concerns and issues. I have found being upfront and honest has always helped me and we have always been able to reach a mutually acceptable agreement. I can tell you in my 23 years of renting places in Northern Colorado, this is one of the main reasons I have enjoyed living at Peakview at T-bone Ranch these past 6 years.Maintenance staff has to be the hardest job at any apartment. The staff of Peakview at T-bone Ranch has always been very responsive, respectful and very courteous. Having a maintenance staff that is approachable and knowledgeable is a great quality that they have at Peakview at T-bone Ranch. I applaud them for their professional demeanor and hard work.Sure living at Peakview at T-bone Ranch was not always perfect, but this has been the best rental place I have ever lived in since my childhood home. When Steadfast took over there were some major problems with the previous standards of how to properly maintain an all-year round pool and hot tub. The management and maintenance staff spend many hours training and learning how to ensure the pool and hot tub are safe. Thanks to the staff at Peakview at T-bone Ranch, the pool and hot tub is in prime working condition. Yes, time will always be needed to close down the pool and hot tub, but that means they care about what they do, and I feel that is really important. The year round pool and hot tub is ABSOLUTELY the most impressive feature of Peakview at T-bone Ranch, nothing is better than swimming outdoors in a heated pool in January and then spending some time in the hot tub as it is snowing.I highly recommend living at Peakview at T-Bone Ranch.

After paying this business for an entire year on time. I get a somewhat inflated move out bill for 115.00. OK its a complex and they hit everyone on the way out the door. I pay it, move out date was 10/7, bill was received 10 days later they cashed it on 11/5. Less than 30 days after move out the account was settled. They sent it to collections. The best is trying to get someone on the phone. Called and left 3 voicemails and sent one email. Not one response. They do not answer the phone. Try it. And before you move in ask yourself if you want to deal with such poor customer service. They would rather screw up the credit of someone that paid perfect than return a phone call. Go somewhere else. Protect your credit.

Honestly can say I will miss this place. Just recently moved out due to relocation for work. But I will miss the staff. And the neighbors I did get a chance to meet. Everyone in the office was so accommodating and helpful whenever I needed anything. They always remembered and recognized me, my apartment number, and my pup. Obviously the rent is on the more expensive side, but where in Colorado is there inexpensive rent in a safe and friendly neighborhood anymore?! I would recommend this place to anybody.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD.Management claims to be friendly and helpful when in fact they are definitely not. There are very strict rules that not even a college university would use in their dorms. If your children use sidewalk chalk they consider it to be vandalism, bikes or childrens toys are forbidden to be on your porch at anytime, and if your house has more than 1 car they expect you to pay a monthly fee to park in your own aparment complex. While they have all these rules, they cannot even keep their property looking clean. There is always dog poop everywhere and trash in every grass area and in the streets. Since they do not allow bikes on your porch they have several bike areas. My bike was stolen from this bike area once I was told to move it from my porch, and this company have no cameras on property nor did they care about my bike. They said it was not their problem. You pay over $1600 a month for all these amenities that barely ever work. When we moved in, the fridge, A/C, dryer, and fireplace all were not working, even though this was supposed to be a newly renovated apartment. Since moving in, something breaks every month and they still have yet to fix our fireplace that has been broken for 6 months.Lastly, they let an outside tow company come do whatever they want at any time. My car got a flat tire and within 48 hours it was towed. When I approached management they AGAIN did not show any remorse or care and told me Oh we dont know anything about the cars they tow, the tow company does that themselves. I would rather live on the street or in an alley than resign my lease here!!!!!!!

This place was nothing but a money pit. When we moved in nothing worked. Lights were burnt out half the burners on the stove didnt work. Hand railing was falling off cabinets were broken. The management is worthless. We went to give our 60 day notice and she never gave us forms to fill out so they never documented it and we had to owe a months rent after we were gone. They told us our deposit would cover everything. I cleaned the place and left it better than when we moved in and two months later I get a bill for $300 from them. I tried to call the piss pour management and of course they are waaaay to busy to call back or answer the phone so instead they just call a debt collector on me. Id rather live in a box by the river than pay that place another dime.

We lived here over 10 years ago and I wanted to say that the negative reviews here were accurate even then. We were assured that they dont rent to students and as soon as school started, the place was full of raging parties late at night (held by students). They offered to move us within the complex but that wouldnt solve the issue. We tried the 60-day notice route, which we couldnt do (we had a brand new baby and a dog), and we had to pay the ENTIRE lease in order to move out (months worth of rent). It took years for us to recover financially from living here for two months. Staff was friendly until we were vocal about times theyd broken their end of the lease. Then it was you should leave now. Investigate this complex thoroughly before moving in and make sure you can break your lease without significant penalty. Its not just sour grapes from these newer reviewers; its a long-established pattern thats not going to change if it hasnt in a decade.

Peakview at T-Bone in Greeley, CO has amazing apartments, however poor management. We have had a lot of trouble with the management, and moving in times and just basic communication! The pool is not very well maintained either and the parking is the worst. There is no where to park and they only give you one space for a three bedroom apartment. When visiting they guaranteed parking, a move in date, and clean apartments. They failed on each of those promises, leaving us with lights that do not work and cabinets that are broken. They also had not fixed a window with a big crack until a week after we moved in. Over all, its a pretty apartment but not worth the trouble we have gone through. I would recommend renting else where.

So, I lived here for two years - the units are nice, maintenance responds quickly to reported issues, I think the price is awesome for what youre getting, and they allow dogs (with breed restrictions). Heres the rub: 1. As many will tell you, parking is an issue. There is 1 assigned spot per unit and the overflow parking is on a nearby street or the dozen or so spots spread around the property layout - I had to park several blocks out multiple times in the nearby neighborhoods. 2. The pest control SUCKS - you will be charged a monthly fee for it but I can count on 1 hand how many times I saw pest control out spraying the property and the Earwigs were everywhere for several months out of the year. 3. If you live in a first floor apartment and have neighbors above you (we had a family with young kids most of the time) you will hear every yell, scream, tantrum, running, jumping, and general shenanigans. Our unit ceiling shook several times a week due to the activity going on upstairs so if they tell you the unit is insulated enough to block your neighbors sound pollution they are GREATLY overexaggerating. 4. The most recent issue thats pushed me to submit a review - a week before we moved out, we sought out consultation from management in regards to our carpet. We had had a new puppy in the apartment and the carpet had been chewed and frayed near the kitchen. Management told us that the carpet was over 5 years old and was due for replacement anyway so there would be no charge based on our carpet - at that, we didnt seek out professionals to clean or repair the carpet. A month after moving out, our final bill came in and sure enough: Carpet Replace and Pet Treatment: $500, when we brought up our previous consult they maintained that we needed to pay for the carpet. Had they told us we were responsible for the carpet originally, we would have sought out treatment on our own for a lower price. If management makes any claims - get it in writing! As apparently, their word wont hold up.

Only been here a month, and will update in a couple months if anything changes. The staff has been friendly. When we went to sign the lease the office had no clue of it, due to lack of communication. It still worked out and we were still able to move in. We had a couple maintenance requests that got taken care of right away. Michael the maintenance guy is always friendly and helpful.I did notice the only visitor parking is right by clubhouse, so if you live on the other side visitors have to park along the road. You do get 1 parking spot, extra spot is $20, and garage is around $95. We got a garage but its far from our apartment. The complex has been fairly clean and quiet so far, pet owners do not clean up after their dogs but you will find that anywhere. Be nice if pet rent could go towards a company to come clean it up once a month. The pool isnt sparkling, not filthy but lots of bugs and dirt...with it being early spring ill update if that changes for summer. The location is great too.Update after move outLived at the apartments about 2 years or so. There is new managment now and we didnt like them, they even seem to have a whole turn over in staff since management changed...red flag id say. We feel like we moved just in time before things went downhill. When we moved out we left the place sparkling, hired people to even clean it. We got majority of our deposit back but they try to nickle and dime you. They wrongfully charged us a late fee of $100 that was taken out of our deposit. Then silly things like new drip pans for the stove, they charged $30 when they are $9 to replace, and other really ridiculous things. The pool always seemed to be closed, and when it was open the hot tub would be closed. Grafitti started happening on the playground equipment. Exercise equipment was run down and felt unsafe. They got rid of their groundskeeper that picked up trash and even picked up some dog waste. In the 2 years of being there my dog was on a leash and was attacked on 2 seperate occasions by dogs who were not. Also they say you can rent out their clubhouse but its expensive, I know most places usually charge a deposit that you get back after and then maybe a $50 fee at most. They want $200 to rent it out. Overall anywhere you live you will have pros and consPros:newly updatedLarger size for apartmentsYear round poolNice neighborhoodWalking distance to sprouts and other storesConsParking is awful, no visitor parking, people or guests always steal your assigned spot.Managment is not friendly, the main manager wreaks of cigarette smoke.Pool is always dirty or closedHot tub is closed a lot (saw a cigarette floating in it once)Dog poop and trashWe would not rent again here, but there are places out there that are much worse.

Please see edit at the bottom:Orig. Post: we moved in 10/15 and were placed on a waiting list for an extra parking spot and a garage. we put in a plethora of maint. requests when we moved in, a week After we had marked our items down on the move in check list. and we waited... we called in November and December and we were yelled at and told we needed to wait and we were not the only people with maint. needs... we called repeatedly and in may and we finally got a garage. i wrote a 6 page letter and had it hand delivered to the office... i made an appointment 24 hours later only to stand out side the office for 20 minutes waiting for the door to be open, and to walk in to be told that no one had the decency to actually read the letter. (i am pretty sure that the letter still has not been read at this point almost 2 weeks later)The parking rules are pretty insane!the dog policy is pretty insane too... dogs have to be on a leash... well your dog has to be.. not your neighbors... and if a neighbors dog attacks your child, then its your childs fault for being on the parkway with her siblings and cousins.the reason i am giving the 4 stars is for MAINT. PERSONELL ONLY! Kevin is absolutely amazing... I was informed that my maint requests that were submitted in October of 2015 were never transferred to the new company with the sale of the building in the middle of December. However when Kevin found out that my stove had been setting itself on fire for the last 10 months he was immediately at my door and fixed it along with all but 2 issues we had been waiting 10 months to have fixed... and we were even notified that we were not responsible to change the light bulbs out.since Keven fixed our stove, we have not had every light bulb blow out in our kitchen every other day... imagine that.Edit: after living here from 10/15 to 09/17, i have reduced my review to 1 star.Other than the lack of maint. In this unit, as described above, and the parking issues, of which we never got our 2nd space i add this:We had a tenant move under us. They spent all day and night banging on our floor, and stairway and management did nothing. We wrote letters to the neighbors as well as to the office, and the complex did nothing. I reduced myself to submitting public facebook videos on the apartment facebook page, of my children sleeping, and my apartment quiet, and the neighbors pounding on the stairs, LIFTING THE STAIRS UP with their pounding, as well as the floor boards in the living room being LIFTED UP with their pounding. I posted videos of them slamming their doors so hard that they repeatedly knocked things off my mantle and walls, destroying my property. I posted pictures and video of the damage.I called over and over asking to be transferred to a different unit, only to be told there was none. They finally transferred the people below us to somewhere else in the property AFTER i complained to corporate about this issue, as well as the maintenance issues that STILL HAD NOT BEEN COMPLETED from our move in checklist on 10/2015.They agreed to let us out of our lease early. We vacated the property on 09/08/17 and they billed us to 09/28/17.They billed us to replace the 10 year old carpet. They billed us to replace the stove... You know the one up there ^ that had repeatedly set itself on fire from move in.... Yep, that stove... They billed us for THE BROKEN STAIR, and for the cabinets that were supposed to be replaced in november of 2015, that never were replaced nor repaired. My suggestion to anyone looking to rent here, is dont. Do not pass go, run!

Honsetly inwould not recommend this place. Look around at other options is what i wish we would have done. Our lease is not up for another few months and we can not wait to get out of here. All the people i have talked to that live here all have something bad to say. Also you only get one parking space if you want another its an additional $90 or so. Which is rediculous as to the rent is already high for the quality of apartment. After reading some other reviews I am set on that when its time to move out no matter how clean or stuff that was already the way it was when we moved in will cause us to not get our deposit back.
