Working with Kevin and Qwest has been hassle-free from day1. Kevin is an utmost professional right from when he sets up the first inspection with you. I was an out of state owner of a rental property and Kevins team had managed it for me. The communications were impeccable in quality and thorough. The only things I would like to see is better accessibility to Kevin during the process, I understand he might be busy but sometimes its better to hear a voice when we are in the process of taking decisions. Rented from them for 3 years. Never had a late payment or any sort of issue. Constantly tried to pin fines and extra fees on us. Extremely difficult to get ahold of, delayed any sort of maintenance request in attempts to get out of paying. House was not inspected at time of move in and had many issues. Would never rent from this company again.

Qwest property management made the process for renting out my condo very simple. It is well worth it to have them take care of everything. They are very knowledgeable and helped sort out issues when it came to my Home Owners Association being skeptical about the rental process.

Qwest is a very nice company to work with. Kevin takes control of the entire rental process and as an owner, you dont have to do anything! Kevin handles all the paperwork and sends you a monthly statement. Rental money is automatically deposited to any account you want. It really is that easy! Our house had the water heater go out and his team replaced it quickly and at a cost comparable to anyone else. His monthly fees are on par with the service you receive which is excellent.Hes been our manager for the last four years on our property and he is now going to help us sell it. We were able to go through the house recently and it is exactly as we left it five years ago when we moved. Very clean and everything still in its place.

We have been renting from Qwest for a couple of years and I think they are a good company. The staff is friendly and helpful. When I need service, they usually have someone out quickly who is friendly and quick at repairs. Absolutely recommend renting from Qwest.

Qwest Management took over the management of the duplex I live in about a year and a half ago and they have been very quick and responsive to any requests I have had. Last week during the middle of the polar vortex my water heater decided to start leaking- this thing was very old so it did not have an alarm. By the time I noticed it was leaking it had flood part of the basement and a finished room. I couldn’t turn off the water heater because the handle was stuck. I ended up having to turn off the main water. I called the after hours number and had a call back within minutes explain what was going on and that we did not have water and Kevin immediately got ahold of a plumber and carpet guy to come out that night to assess the situation. We had water back on that night, a new water heater and the water removed from the basement in less then 18 hours. This was amazing. I really appreciated the quick and thorough work that was completed. I have lived in this home for over 10 years and the previous management company never was as conscientious. Thank you Qwest for making a bad situation better quickly.

I was looking into a business that could rent my property and all I wanted was my questions answered and how much money will go out of the rent every month. I spoke to Kevin Wright claiming he is the owner of the company. Two weeks ago I got the house ready for renting and told him that I would call him back to let him look at the property. I am calling back now and now he states We are not a good fit for each other. and rather not deal with it. Sound like a person that does not want to deal with a customer at all does it not. All I wanted was questions answered so that I can go further with this company. I asked him what charges they would charge me every month for going over to the house to change a simple filter. Kevin told me 35.00 a month. I just want to know the hidden fees that would be charged with this Quest Property Management. Then when I asked to talk to his boss, he claims that he is the owner of the company. This is not how you do business and I would NOT recommend renting from or renting out your home from this shyster company.

My rental experience with Qwest Property Management has been excellent. Kevins professionalism and attention to detail far exceeds that of any rental company or complex that I have used in the past. Any maintenance issues were quickly repaired and the communication between myself and Qwest was always prompt. I highly recommend using Qwest as both a management company for your property or as a lessee.

My roommates and I had a really pleasant experience renting from Qwest PM. In our time renting from Qwest, we never had any issues with management, maintenance people, or the home. Kevin (the owner) was always very polite and respectful to us, and he was always available by phone or email when we had questions or concerns. The home was well taken care of before we moved in, and they came by to perform maintenance when needed (furnace filters, smoke detectors, etc.). We once had our water heater break, which caused a leak in the basement. Kevin had someone over the next morning to fix it and we never had another issue with the water heater again. Overall, I would rent from Qwest again in a heartbeat, no complaints. Its odd for me to read the other reviews about them because we had a very good experience and never had an issue. If youre a normal person who pays their rent and doesnt trash their home, youll never have a problem with Kevin or Qwest.

Qwest and Kevin are a life saver! Qwest has managed my property for years and I have had no issues. I sent in a maintenance request for new door sweeps and a blind a couple weeks ago. The response back to me was prompt and detailed. Because I work from 6:30 am until 2:30 pm and often stay late until 6:30 pm, it was difficult to actually talk with anyone besides email and texting. Kevin and Emma worked with me around my schedule to ensure the issues were fixed as soon as possible. The maintenance man Marco also worked around my schedule, was very professional, personable, and did a great job at asking if I was satisfied with his work. I am very happy to be staying at one of Qwests properties and would recommend using them for all of your housing needs.

Kevin and his company Qwest Property Management took over the management of our rental house nearly four years ago and it has been a huge relief knowing the the renters needs are taken care of, that the rent is collected every month, that all of the maintenance issues are taken care of, and that the property remains up to code. The two units have been kept occupied and the fee is very reasonable. While I have not utilized other property management companies for comparison, I am completely satisfied with the service.

Qwest property managment took over the property for my landlord and I would have to say they are the worst people I have ever dealt with. If rent is one day late they send you a letter requesting a late fee. The guy they have fixing the apartments is a washed up drunk that does horrible work and does not know what he is doing. My shower surround is falling apart and has gaps in it that allow the water to flood into the downstairs apartment. The maintenance man came over twice, once to install a different shower curtain on a shower rod, and once to caulk a piece of wood to the bathroom floor. The Kevin everyone talks about lacks people skills and just oozes jerk. I would advice not doing business with this company. I should note that I have been asked to move out so they can remodel and up the price of the rent. You will not get your security deposit back. they will come up with any reason they can to steal it from you. Avoid them like the herpes.

I met Kevin (the owner) at the Rental Property Owners Association several months ago. When I closed on a house in late October and couldnt get it rented on my own and started to worry I gave Kevin a call.He personally visited the property. He went over the place room by room, explained what he thought the target rental rates should be for the neighborhood/style of house and demographics and explained the whole contract details with me clearly like I was a first timer (because I was, well it was my second property/first management experience). There was NO sales pitch which was great and actually showed me more confidence in the business.Ever since hiring Qwest I have had any and every question a rookie like me could ask explained in detailed, yet simple terms and I have had no regrets with my decision whatsoever. As my portfolio of houses grows Qwest Property Management will be my go to source for management if/when I need them.Bottom line: if youre new to the game or a seasoned pro looking for a team to take on many properties at once you wont be disappointed with Qwest.
