This was my first time at this establishment and it did not disappoint. Upon entering I was greeted with a smile and advised due to it being my first time, I get a discount.Then Maria greeted me with a smile and polite conversation to make me feel comfortable. She was very informative in making sure my upkeep was seamless. She gave me great insight into some of the products sold here and they are fabulous.Then the icing on top of the cake was the follow up call from the owner, Mr. Mulder. Absolutely beautiful and has had me bragging to friends and family of what customer service needs to be like.Thank you all at Waxing the City!

I was so so pleased with my experience here. I felt safe and I felt comfortable. This is the first time that I didn’t feel anxious (and I’ve been getting waxed for years). I have done waxing many times before and always felt like the estheticians were in a rush for their next appointment and didnt care much to make me feel comfortable. My first visit to Waxing The City I met with Maria. I was late. The staff was very good about it. Maria was able to complete the full application of services despite my having been late. I just had my first Brazilian wax done by Kennia. I was nervous but after meeting Kennia and the receptionist I immediately felt more comfortable. Kennia is very good at what she does and just has a beautiful professional personality. I have already made my next appointment with her.

I love Waxing the City! I have been coming here for a few years now and always feel like a million bucks when I leave. I see Kennia on a regular basis. She is a consummate professional. She makes me feel comfortable, discusses what I wish to get done and always does a great job. As a cerologist, she is very skilled at what she does and takes pride in her work. She always makes sure the client is happy. She discusses pre and post care and makes sure I have my next appointment scheduled. Steve, the owner, when he is at the facility, always says hello and checks to make sure I am satisfied. The front desk staff has always been cheerful and helpful both in person and on the phone. I appreciate the entire team. I wholeheartedly recommend this location.

I have been coming to Waxing the City for2 years now. I am normally very happy with the service. Today was a different story. I had an eyebrow and lip wax with Kennia. She broke a lot of hairs on my lip and waxed over it to many times. My lip is now red and on fire. It doesn’t even look like my lip was waxed! She attempted to tweeze the hairs that were missed/broken. She was way to fast with the tweezers and claimed that the hairs were under the skin and told me I needed to exfoliate. I am very upset and probably will not use her again.

I drove by and seen Waxing the City and stop by to get an appointment, they had an opening and took my right away. Sandra was so kind and gentle. I barely felt my hair being waxed off! I Would definitely recommend you making an appointment!

I had an amazing experience at Waxing the City. Morena was the wonderful technician that waxed me. She clearly explained everything she was doing, what she needed me to do, and maintained great conversation, and made new feel super comfortable. The facility was clean, beautifully decorated, and everyone was so friendly. Im definitely coming back and referring my friends. This place is amazing!!

Kennias service was excellent. She described the details of the service to me as well as after-care. The location is clean and covid friendly. I found it very expensive but the results are good, which have lead me to return.

Kenia always does a great bikini waxing. Both her and the staff are always friendly and make me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend this place for all their services. I especially recommend Kenia.

Nice people and good pricing. They gave us half off on our first visit. We just moved from Ohio, this past summer, and after trying a few other places, we were delighted to find this place. My teen daughter and I go a couple of times a month now. You will love this place. They are very accommodating.

I would 100% recommend this place! Everyone was really sweet. I was waxed by Sandra and she did the most amazing job. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I also got my eyebrows and lip done and I am absolutely in love with the results! I also tend to breakout but they have a service which was included to prevent it. Honestly the best waxing place I have ever been to. Definitely going back! Loved it.

Coming to Waxing the City was the best decision I ever made! Ive been a European Wax Center costumer for the past 5-6 years, and heard amazing things about Waxing the city. Once I tried Waxing the City I never went back to European... Everything from their wax to their service is top of the line. Lauren does my eye brows and lip and Ive never been happier with them. Kennia does my Brazilian wax and is by far the best person to see! I love Waxing the City and wouldnt let any other facility wax me besides them!

I have now been 3 times and every time I go Barbara does a great job at making sure my eyebrows look perfect. She has done a great job at shaping and filling them in. They always call to remind you of appointments and are flexible if I need to reschedule. I highly recommend waxing the city.

Hard to get in, techs take days off, like a SATURDAY busiest day and good day to make money . No availability........girls who answer the phones are quick to hang up not offering anything....Then when you do get in ...at check out they want to sell you a package....They want your money but offer no Times for appointments . Not coming back

I see holly for eyebrows and she is fantastic, I’ve been to other places where I feel like the wax isn’t consistently good when I go, but she always Does a great job.
