They were very professional, nice, clean and VERY relaxing atmosphere! Even my husband like it. (and it was his first time!) They gave excellent leg massages too!

I like to read reviews and read some of these on here and they werent very friendly. So I decided to try them for myself. Well they were very friendly and quick and my nails look great. Just the length I wanted and the color is perfect. Reasonably priced. My daughter and her friend got pedicures and they love them. I would highly recommend this place.

From my experience you are supposed to soak off dip polish with acetone. Tonight the man doing my nails used fingernail clippers to clip off the hard dip polish. A few were painful and I pulled away. I questioned him and he deliberately ignored me. I only got my polish changed. No manicure and it cost $45. That is outrageous.

If I make an appointment for 2 people to get a main/pedi, I expect to have our pedi and Mani at the same time otherwise why would I bring a friend?! None of the nail techs were friendly or looked like they were even a little happy to be there. I cant get away with not being friendly or at least saying hi how is your day going? At my job. Plus when did a decent leg massage not be included in a pedi? If Im paying $35+ for a pedi, Im going to need a little more than just lightly rubbing lotion on my legs, I can do that myself! All in all just a mediocre place that I dont care to return to.

I have gone to other nail salons (closer to my home and based upon recommendations of friends) over the years. I always end up back at Perfect Ten. I appreciate the ability to do walk-ins and my nails always last for weeks! My wait time is rarely more than 30 minutes and that’s when they are packed! They typically have many technicians working and they are fast! I’ve never been dissatisfied with anyone’s work here!

I come to this particular location all the time it’s very convenient. I called today prior to arriving letting them know exactly what I wanted. I arrive, I get my feet and nails painted and the guy was like okay I’ll meet you at the front to pay, I said I put down a lip wax as well when I scheduled my appointment he then said the ladies that does that are now gone for the day and insisted I went across the street to a nail company that was still open. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment if you can’t get everything you originally scheduled done?

Very little soak time. Everything rushed. Polish not even covering part of nails. Looks a week old already because polish is so far from cuticles. Don’t waste your money here.

I love going here to get my nails done! They always look fantastic and last a long time. Been going for years and this will always be my go to place.

My wife had an ingrown toenail, which they attempted to cut out several times(stopped several times because they were hurting her so bad) and after she left she was in more pain then she has ever been in. We get our nails done once a month and the pain they put her through during and after is not what we have experienced before. She is pregnant and did not need the extra pain from this pedicure.We will not be back and I would not recommend them either.

I’ve been getting shellac with acrylic nails for five solid years. This is the best quality I’ve found after trying three other places over those five years.

Nails look excellent, but wasnt too thrilled when I made an appointment and was seated at a table then had to wait an hour before they started on my nails.

The guy who did my nails did a good job, but I am weary of returning due to the other reviews..

In times past I have had a great experience here. Today, was a different story. I was happy with how well my pedicure turned out. But the customer service was to be desired. It seemed like we were rushed through our pedicure and then forgotten about afterwards. After our pedicures, we had to wait around 30 min to check out. We werent even checked on before hand and we werent given any direction to how long we need to wait for the nails to dry and whatnot. I am definitely going to think long and hard if I will be coming back here next time.

Perfect 10 is always fast and yet my manicures are perfect for weeks. They truly have the best service every single time, no matter who does my nails! They also know exactly how many layers of polish to do depending on your nail shape and quality to make the manicure last as long as possible. I moved 3 hours away and make a point to come here whenever I’m in town. THE BEST!

Im a fans of shellac and there were plenty of colors to choose from. My technician was VERY fabulous. And definitely made me feel very relaxed. The color is not broken after 3 weeks. Will be back for sure! Worth every penny.

I love this place. I do my own nails but I go in sometimes to be pampered. They have a GREAT selection of colors and I have never had a bad service. They fit me in last minute several times too. My mother and I went for mothers day for pedicures and the girl did a good job except the hot towels were too hot and I really didnt get a massage. Other than that it is an amazing place to go. Id ask for the men to do a service if you go!

Meh. Ive been here several times over the past year and its been good but my last time I went about a week ago was not great. The guy who did my nails definitely was in a rush. I was just getting a fill and while he was removing my polish with the drill thing he got my finger and punctured it a bit. He definitely could have went up more towards my cuticles with the polish and my nails are sort of lumpy looking. Im definitely looking for a better place to go after this.

My friend was not happy with her experience. Not right color and argumentative about it. We were seated right away but separated.

This establishment is the best Ive ever seen! Beautiful, clean, welcoming! Top notch! Ask for Tina! I was in that part of town and had time to kill and went here. This is now my new place forever, and it is a hot and a half drive for me. I have my own nails, and got the new cat eye gel polish. It lasted 5 weeks. At about 3 and a half weeks it could have been done, but was not noticeable to anyone. When I walked in, it was like WOW!!! Tina is amazing!!

I went to this salon many years ago and recently returned. The previous appointment went decently, but this one was awful. I had a fill done two weeks ago by the owner and my scabbed cuticles have finally healed. I was supposed to be charged $22 for the fill but it was changed to $30. I can never go there again. Its not professional to make a clients nails bleed.

I wish I didn’t even have to get them a star with the experience I had. My sister-in-law took me here for a birthday gift, me her and her four-year-old daughter got manicures and pedicures. They sat my sister in law up in the corner and my niece and I were in the back. Which we had to yell to each other. They tried to charge my niece as an adult and when they were doing her pedicure they just put her in a regular chair instead of in the pedicure chairs until her mother said something.The lady who did my nails left a really big gap between The nails and my actual nails now I tried going back today which was not even a week and she denied redo them or fixing them.Horrible customer service not friendly overpriced and bare minimum Service don’t recommend anyone going there

Totally skimped on my manicure and totally screwed up my acrylics. I’m so mad. Half of them were crooked with ridges and bumps. No lotion or hand massage at all. I wasn’t even allowed to wash my hands after like they normally tell you to. I probably will never go back, but if I did I wouldn’t let the one make employee I had touch my nails again. Truly terrible job. Rushed through everything even though they were dead. Looked like he hates his job the whole time, as if me being a paying customer was bothering him! Never again

I hate leaving bad reviews, but spending $45 on nails that look so bad is even worse. Here is why I am never going back... I went in for a full set yesterday and they never asked if I meant acrylics or gel, but did gel, which is the most expensive. The nail tech said She’d been there a year, doing nails for 10 and said she liked her job. I asked her opinion on almond or oval shape and was going to do a colored tip, but she said it would look bad and I changed my mind to do a French tip. She already glued 2 tips to my nails, which she then ripped off and put white on. Her filing was aggressive and made me bleed. The end result was crooked, thick, and ugly. There was an obvious point on my thumb that I thought she would notice and fix, but she did not until I told her to do so. I spent 40 minutes filing my nails when I got home. So, My hubby asked why I didn’t have her fix it, but would you?!

Little attention to detail. Rushed. Hurt while trimming because they didnt allow time to soak. The best part about going is for the foot and hand massage. Squirted little lotion and did one swift over up to wrist, between fingers and then done. Too costly for such minimal service.

If I could give a negative star rating I would.Do not give this place your money! They are rude, unprofessional and will over charge you at any chance.I had the displeasure of having the manager fill my acrylic nails. He did a horrible job on the fill, then he refused to shape them as requested, he cut my cuticle 3 times. Then when it came to polishing he refused to paint as I requested until he realized I was getting upset, so he polished but didnt cure the gelish polish correctly so within hours my nails were peeling and disgusting.When I went back for them to fix his mistake the girl was rude and on her phone. Finally after she fixed my nails she tried to charge me again. She said it wasnt her fault and she wasnt even here when I had them done originally. I walked out.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!

My usual place was closed so I came to Perfect 10 for a shellac. Tina was very attentive and did a great job!

I went in on a Saturday, and although it was very busy, I was seen within 15 minutes. As my nails are in good condition, the woman helping me suggested an acrylic layer with shellac tips, to reduce the overall damage of traditional french acrylics. I wasnt getting white tips anyway, and they turned out great. Im now at over 2.5 weeks, and have had minimal chipping of the tip color, just need a fill. I hadnt gotten my nails done in years, and since the service was so great, Ill likely make this my regular stop. I wasnt rushed, and everyone was very polite.

I have been to this salon for over 5 years, your salon is very beautiful, spacious, clean and extremely hospitable. Customers are well cared for from mani to pedi. The staff are friendly and professional. I believe no one would be disappointed when come to the store, I would rate 5 stars and if there is more then it would be absolute.

My husband and I went in for pedicures on our date night. I picked a color off the wall, my husband just wanted clear. The two ladies that did ours, just started putting on shellac nail polish on both of us, even my husband without even asking. I knew what was going on, but my husband just thought the place went above and beyond, not realizing they had added an extra service/charge by putting clear shellac on his toe nails. They were pretty rude when I was confused why two pedicures costed $75. Never will I go here again.

Well, I really hoped to like this place and Ive gone now 4 times hoping that the first few experiences were just anomalies or whatever. My first time there my nails were done by the male who I now know is the owners brother; he was unbelievably rude, pushy and went super fast, not at all did he try to engage in ANY sort of friendly talk. Okay, fine maybe hes just not friendly. So I go again since a coworker swears this must have been a bad day, shes been going there 10 years and loves this place! So I go back, I get a female, who was exactly opposite, super friendly, asked if I wanted a manicure too (I did) super talkative and engaging and really put me at ease and did an amazing job on my nails in a short period of time, fixed 2 torn nails too. Third and fourth time, I get a different male (same guy both those times), hes extremely rude, both times attempts to push me into a manicure without even asking and when I tell him I dont want one he tells me your shellac last longer if you do, you should, itll not take very long. I had to tell him multiple times I didnt want one. He then hurts me peeling the old shellac off as if hes pissed that I didnt accept the manicure, never experienced pain having shellac scraped off, ever, before this. He bad mouthed the females fix of one of my nails, tried to convince me to get acrylic overlays when I told him told him no, no less than 4 times I just wanted my shellac on my real nails. My nails are growing just fine and slowly getting stronger on their own after having acrylic for 10 years of course theyre still a little weak, he tells me I need acrylic overlays to keep them strong.I think this place is literally only about what they can upsell to you and dont like to be told no. If youre not paying attention theyll start adding stuff you didnt ask for and of course charge you for it. Theyre not even friendly about it either. Maybe its just the men, but I certainly wont return, even though I will say they do a good job. I shouldnt have to be uncomfortable and have to say no to 12 things just to get shellac done and the occasional manicure and pedicure for a nice bi-weekly nail job.

Ive had acrylic nails done since 1985. Ive experienced many shops through the years, & Im glad that I found Perfect Ten Nails whos attention to detail equals my expectations.

Everyone here is so rude and refuses to correct their mistakes. Very rough techniques from a business full of bullies.

Got a ride here to get my nails done 2 hours before closing. Pull the door and its locked. The employee is doing another employees nails and says they cant do mine. Terrible.

Had to wait but didnt have appointment so was all good.

Horrible, i asked for acyrlic nails and when time came to pay she charged me 20$ cuz she forgot i wanted acyrlic i let it slide, not only was she gunna let me walk out with my nails half way dried they were very mad at me because i told her my cuticles were not clean they had no shape what so ever and my nails are very thick and clumpy and they didnt understand me, they let me leave unsatisfied, never again!

Poor customer service and some are just plain rude. There’s always a long wait and the last time I was there I literally left without getting my nails finished. The male ego in the place is ridiculous, they do not like to be corrected on their work.

Pefect 10 is the only place I will go for my pedicures. Find the right person for you -- most of the staff is wonderful and will spoil you as a regular customer.

I have been going to this salon for 15 yrs. Some changes started happening about a yr ago. Some were for the good, but then there are many that are for the bad. They have no idea what an APPOINTMENT means, they are always RUSH, RUSH, RUSH. We took my daughter there for her Bday as a surprise, they could not wait to HURRY us up & get us seated. We were not even all there. (Mind you, this is in the middle of the wk when they were not busy & early in the day.) My daughter, the Bday girl was not in the building yet & they tried to get us to set & do out pedi RIGHT THEN! Today I walk in for my 10 AM appointment only to be told, you wait 10 min. NO, thats the point of HAVING AN APPOINTMENT!!! I am very disappointed in the service I have been getting, the pedis are as if they dont want to be bothered. I understand its quantity but for someone that has been loyal there for so many yrs., I expect more...

Got the powdered nails. They were lumpy and they all broke by tuesday. I got them done Saturday morning and by Tuesday afternoon they were all off

Very nice people, but really depends on who you get. My shellac looks awful, again, uneven etc...this was my 3rd time trying them.

I brought my cousin on her bday to get her nails done as a gift. We went in and they rushed her to pick her color mind you there were not busy at all. The sign with the prices said a fullset was $25 and I ended up spending over $30 with no design at all.The lady was extremely rude and rushed on her nails. Leaving visible mistakes and not completely painting her nails. I will not ever recommend this place for anyone especially for a gift.
