This was my first visit to this nail salon. I was immediately taken care of, which was great as I didnt have an appointment. I had a VIP pedicure (totally recommend) and a manicure. I was very pleased with both.The shop itself was very clean and tidy. I will DEFINITELY be going back.

I got a pedicure yesterday 4-5-2021 - last minute and they were able to fit me in right away. The gentleman wonderfully named #1 did an amazing job. One of my big toes has a nail that grows inward on both sides - see pictures. He was so gentle and got it down as far as he could without hurting me - always a plus lol. He was very professional and funny. Im going on vacation the end of this month and I made and appointment for a Mani and Pedi so I will post a review and pictures of that also. They were all very friendly and professional from what I could see. I cant wait until my next visit. Oh I almost forgot I got the Pedi in a box - Jasmine it was amazing. It smells so good even thru the mask and my legs were so soft - I highly recommend this Pedi. Thank you so much #1 you were amazing!

Thry did a terrible job! My nails are not even, my nail shape is messed up, i have air bubbles in my nails along with acrylic caked up underneath my nails, my toes look chipped i got charged for things such as shape of nail and extra for getting polish off my toes very terrible lack of detail. I asked for white tips but my nail looks half white not just tips cut my original nails to short! DO NOT COME HERE RIP OFF!!!!

My toenails look amazing and the hot stone massage was super relaxing.😌 The perfect way to treat myself for my birthday. The nail tech picked a great color that I really like, but would never have chosen for myself. I will definitely be returning soon!

This was only my second time getting acrylics but Id say this place is really good for the price, I got exactly what I wanted and they look perfect.

My friend went there and their tools arent clean and she now has cellulitis and could potentially lose a toe.

**Update 3-13-21**Alpine nails did reconcile the mistake and so I edited this review from 1 star to 3 stars.2-17-21Took the male nail tech an hour and a half to take off old acrylic nails and do gel nails on my own nails because he was talking on his cell phone the whole time and kept stopping. I had an appointment and had to leave and they didn’t even finish the job. Unprofessional to be on the phone the whole time while servicing a customer. My fingers were soaking in acetone way too long while he was chatting on the phone. Hour and a half...way too long!

Not a pretty finish on my feet. Two different colors on because she did not want to take the time to redo so she just put another color on top of the one I did NOT like. $38.00.

They did a fabulous job, they were quick and efficient!!

Love Alpine Nail and Spa! We showed up just as they were walking out the door because we thought they were open later than they were and they told us they would stay late for us. We asked if they were sure that was okay and they worked over an hour past close for us. They did a great job on our nails too! Excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Had 1st morning appointment and everything was clean, warm, welcoming, and relaxing when I arrived. Staff were joyful and kind throughout my time there. My mani~pedi turned out beautiful and were completed in a timely manner!!! ALPINE NAILS is the best around (very affordable too).

I went in to get a fill and Cam did an absolutely beautiful job fixing my nails up! They look like my real nails and are the best quality I have ever had done! I will be coming back for more! 💗

I spent $46 on the worst set of acrylics Ive ever gotten. These look like $15 nails. One nail had a spot where the polish didnt stick and just now when I saw them under bright lights I realized another nail had literal lines of where polish didnt stick. One nail was completely crooked, and the rest were all uneven and none of them matched each other. Ive spent HALF of what they charged me for amazing acrylics with gems on them and for $50 Ive gotten long nails with intricate gem designs. They wanted to charge me $5 for coffin shape, which Ive never been charged extra for. The only good thing about these nails are the colors. Thats it. They fixed them for free the next day but the blatant lack of attention to detail is appalling, especially for the price I paid. Dont go here for acrylics.

I took my daughters here and we all loved it. They had a large variety of colors to choose from, were very kind and sweet. It was the first pedi for three of my girls and the nail Techs made them feel comfortable. My nails still look great after 2 weeks.

Convenient location and I was able to walk right in. Had a shellac manicure which they finished with a paraffin dip. Hands were so soft afterwards! Will go back again to try a pedicure.

I have been going to this nail salon for about 2 years now. I get acrylic fills every 3 weeks. I have been getting my nails done for about 10 years now and have tried a lot of places in the area. Alpine nail & spa is hands down the BEST! Kam is amazing and fast. She knows I do not have a lot of time and gets me in and out. I do however make sure to make an appointment. Otherwise, I have had to wait for quite awhile with out one. Good price and great quality.

I make appointments and see Cam here. She is awesome!!! I dont think there is anything she cannot do for my nails! I highly recommend this place for your manicures & pedicures.

It really depends on who you get here. The first time I came my nails were PERFECT, the woman that did them was so great too! The next time I came in was a different story. I had a man do my nails and he shaped half of them crooked and would never fix them even after it was pointed out. Like he was unable to do it. He denied adding glitter to the tops of my nails, claiming he couldnt do it, which I thought was very odd. It was a very uncomfortable transaction for me because he kept disagreeing with me and then charged a lot for the bad job. I probably wont go back.

This is my first time at Alpine Nails and Spa. My regular nail salon was closed but I cannot be happier with the choice that I made to stop in to this specific nail salon. I think that they earned a new customer! They were able to fit me in on short notice with no longer than a five-minute wait when I was looking at a hour to an hour and a half anywhere else. They were conveniently open on a Sunday! Not to mention when I walked in I was completely surprised by how Spacey it was in the building. The decorations and the atmosphere was great! Very cute very clean and there was no strong odors of chemical. I am very particular about my nails. I got a shellac manicure and I can tell you that he was able to impress me even though I am quite the nitpicker. He made sure to shape my nails without taking any of my length off. He was thorough with getting the Polish from edge to edge and bottom to top with no gaps or missed areas which I seem to find is a quite common problem. On top of the awesome service that I got, the prices were great!HIEU is the nail tech that worked on my hands and I will be going to him the next time I stop in. He was friendly, informative, and Im just 100% all around happy with the job that he did.Thank you!

I dont get pedicures often because I am picky and usually disappointed. But I was in town for work and needed one so decided to give them a try. Really appreciated the time they put into the pedicure, not just a rush job. The hot stone & oil massage on the legs & feet was awesome!!

Perfect nails and friendly service! Not to mention extremely cleanly. My friend and I walked into Alpine Nails and Spa around 7 pm this evening both wanting a pedicure plus our nails done. The friendly staff hopped to it and gave us both a wonderful deluxe pedicure while simultaneously doing our nails. In fact, another client came in for a fill at the same time and all of us were finished by 8 pm! I highly recommend this establishment and my nail tech Hugh

They messed up my nails they smudged when i got in my car they didnt have friendly service and did a bad deluxe pedicure. And i still have painfull ingrown toenails and dry skin on my feet

Do not visit this location. I called to check on availability for a pedicure and was told to come on in. When I arrived 20 minutes later, they seemed surprised that I arrived and told me to wait in a chair. I then proceeded to wait for 30+ minutes. When I finally said something, they assured me “2 more minutes.” When I pushed back and said it was getting ridiculous, an employee who was sitting around (that I hadn’t noticed not doing anything until then), jumped up and the owner/manager said he could help me. Why he didn’t help me 30 minutes prior is beyond me. In addition to horrible customer service, the location is dirty and the chairs are old and don’t function well for massages. Please take my advice and visit another place. This nail salon should not take your money! I’ll never go back!!

Got shellac on my nails, most of them look great but she seemed to be in a hurry so on 4 of my nails you can see through the nail polish so it looks kind of sloppy, they look as if they were done at home. In my opinion, it wasnt worth 30.00 at all.

Absolutely phenomenal. Seriously impressed. I was in for the first time ever today, they were swamped with customers and yet every single one was greeted, and assisted as if they were the only one there. Great prices, amazing results, and very awesome time managmemt!

This nail shop does a nice job. Have been here multiple times for pedicures and have not had a bad experience. Usually get a shellac manicure- but this time got a full set of gels for an upcoming trip. A decent job was done considering the lady rushed thru my service. I am picky about my finger nails and told the nail tech my requests before getting them done & instead of focusing on how I wanted them done - she rushed thru because they started getting busy. (I made an appointment days in advance so I feel as though those with appointments should not be rushed in order to tend to walk-ins. )I would suggest going at down times in order to avoid these kinds of hiccups.

Im so impressed with this salon! I came in with a friend because I had shellac put on my nails 5 days ago at a different establishment and the polish was already peeling and was starting to get discolored. I got a deluxe pedicure (I didnt catch the lovely ladys name) and Andy did my shellac manicure! I was so so impressed. This is such a clean place and everyone is kind. I didnt feel rushed at any point and Andy really took his time making sure my nails looked FANTASTIC. I wish I had come here in the first place and I will most definitely come back!

I went here on 3 separate occasions. The mani and pedi were amazing. However, the shellac polish is AWFUL! It lifts and chips away within 3-4 days.Back to finding a nail salon.

I give this a no star. Worst nail job of my life! My best friend and I went to get our nails done because we were out without our kids. Our nails are uneven, not gelled all the way, and the guys left wads of dried gel under our nails. When we went back to get them fixed they didnt look any better. I requested my money back and was told, well its non refundable, but we can fix them again. We are both very disappointed and will never return again!

This is hands down the worst salon I have ever been to...I asked for something painted on my toe the tech wasnt able to understand what I was asking for I totally understand the language barrier I tgen had my brows waxed specifying repeaditly that I only wanted them cleanedup I did not want the shape changed at all I open my eyes to one of my brows thinned and totally not matching the othe i expressed my displeasure and it was not even acknowledged.

Was there yesterday for a pedicure. Tech sliced the top of my foot badly being careless with the Emory board. I should have walked out when it happened. It was not a great pedi. He charged full price, it still hurts a full day later, and I think it will scar. This is definitely not a place I would return.

Dont ever go there i went their and seened like 2 bseenes and we tryed to confront the people and they didnt know what it was. Smd the nails we so bad they stayed for a half of week!!!!
