I was down in Grand Rapids Michigan for a couple days and dropped my sweater. The parking lot had good lighting, wheelchair accessible, machines very clean, and video cameras which is great.

The guy attendant was very helpful and polite. We are very thankful.

Very clean. Following all Covid protocols. I used the $5.00 front loaders to get huge loads done quickly. The lady staffing was super helpful.

As a customer I’d say prices are a bit high and a lot of the machines have out of order signs on, best luck come when not busy. Clean atmosphere tho.As an ex employee I’d say, this place is a total rip off I was fired and given no reason the sign has been up for months “Now Hiring” so I went in to apply got the job, asked (the manager) if I could go grab a bite to eat next door when we are not busy she said yea, next shift I asked the lady who was training me if I could possibly go get a bite because I was starving and she said sure I went to get my food and came back worked a excellent shift got a compliment and all than got a call next morning saying “yea we have decided not to hire you and the owners didn’t really give a reason” and that’s after having all positive references as well as perfect attendance. I was a dedicated hardworking on time employee and I lost my jobs over what seems to be a less than 5 min lunch break

Great spot, hours are currently 7a-8p for covid. Last wash at 6:45. The worker there tonight was super helpful in letting me know the quirks about machines and helping get coins. Very clean shop, no complaints!

We spent over 20$ on 4 loads of laundry. After 30 minutes in 5 different dryers our clothes were still damp enough to leave moisture on the folding tables. The attendant locks customers in which is a fire hazard at 645pm strict! So needs to say closes at 645pm then. Attendant complains if you dont specifically ask to be let in the restroom because the sign on the wall does not say to ask for a key and mentioned several rude remarks about customers in front of them. Do NOT recommend!

Been going to this laundromat for about a year, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Love the ladies that work there, love the machines they definitely do there job, and it’s never to busy to where I have to be there for to long. Quick simple and not a complete dread to do laundry!!

Very nice place to visit when the washer at home will not meet the task. I had 2 dog beds to clean and they have just the right size machines for my mission. The dryer was big enough for both and they came out great.

We loved it. Yet,My daughter won a camera and basically was toldYoure not getting it! That really bothered me. Yet,I remained to be calm and nice to the woman whom said that to my daughter. It was clean and well cared for of a laundromat.

A laundromat. Had to go because dryers in my apartment building went out. The washing machines were small. The dryers were like 5 cents a minute. Pray for a thorough spin cycle.

It was open. all the other laundromats were closed. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. One of the dryers didnt hear and they gave me my money back no problem.

If there was a zero star rating, I’d go with that. Extremely disappointed with the service from their employee & management. Dried my clothes for a full hour to later find out the machine wasn’t functioning correctly. I told their employee about the issue multiple times and she insisted that the dryer was too full. So we then divided them into 2 just to find out that the dryer was STILL not working. I asked for a refund for the amount that I had spent & both management & their employee refused to go ahead and do that. Afterwards they refused to place an out of order sign on the machine to avoid this from happening to another customer. Definitely recommend going else where that will actually care enough about their customers. You’re better off washing your clothes by hand.Pathetic.

Gets the job done. Always has broken machines. Quarter machines area constantly out. The price increases pretty quick. Usually busy. Employees do the best they can to keep it clean. Always friendly.

Employee is constantly telling me that I can only use 1 cup or less of my LIQUID laundry detergent for ALL machines because Ill clog the lines... I spend at least $28 a week here and I shouldnt be told how to do my laundry...

Went there to do laundry and the top of the washer was dirty with hair, and dried on fabric softener, inside the machine was dirty also. it sure was a lot cleaner when the attendant that had health issues was there, i miss her. the attendant that was working was on the phone, and just sitting behind the desk, they werent busy at all so she could of been wiping down the washers

This place needs an update BAD! Needs nicer workers that do more then sit on there butt. Could use a good deep cleaning! Worst laundrymat Ive ever been to!

Such horrible customer service. The attendant stood and watched all the customers struggling to open the doors instead of helping them and when I went out to smoke a cigarette, she told me if I wasnt back by 9pm, she was locking me out, but they dont close until 10pm. I wont be back.

A middle age women with glasses was the front desk employee at this place. She was horrible!! I saw her be rude to multiple customers and appeared to do very little work there. I’ll never come back!!

Crying screaming babies, loud kids running around. and people bringing 5 giant bags of laundry to do at once. and judging my the grandma with the trashy neck tattoo I saw, Im still not in the nice part of Alpine

The worker was friendly and even helped others when they needed the help. she even kept the place clean.

The machines could have used a cleaning but they were not distgusting but the bathroom was! The prices how ever were way to high and they are only getting away with it because they are the only Laundromat nearby. I myself am in search of a cheaper facility.
