These women & men are great after an accident I was new to the area & lady at the insurance office suggested & a neighbor that i go with them. Boy were they right. They help above & beyond what they should have. When I finally got to meet them it was even more. If yall ever need repairs after dealing with others around Shreveport these people will remind you that there are still good companies with good employees that still do things right so pick them.

I am not sure what has happened to this business, but we had a horrible experience this time. Disorganized and unprofessional does not fully cover how we were treated. From extended delays to fabricated excuses, be very careful before trusting CBS with your vehicle.

Very honest and helpful. Have brought my car here twice in the past 9 months and I’m very satisfied with the service provided both times. I cant give them on time this time.... but thats is only because of the winter storm that came through. That killed everyones time table. However I believe my truck would have been done on time otherwise. And let me tell you about how smooth the paint is.... wow... she looks great. The people are all very nice and knowledgeable and go out of there way to make you happy. In the future if I need accident repairs this is the only place I will be taking my vehicles. Thanks for all the hard work.

This place is absolutely amazing and the best in this area hands down! My 2013 (7 year old) dodge durango was in an accident. . .not only does it look off the lot brand new, they also went above and beyond and cleaned the interior of the vehicle! They kept us updated every step of the way and were so kind and professional. Will be recommending every single chance we get!

Lets just say if it wasnt for the Shop Mgr. Chad from the Bossier location coming to bail Shreveport out, we would have been calling the BBB or a lawyer to get something done about the miscommunication and lack of integrity at this location. To have a vehicle in a bodyshop for 2 months and being told a diff day every time you call of when your car would be ready was just overkill for me. Understood the delays due to Covid and the fact that the winter storm messed alot up, but it was the communication issues for me. They are now under new management due to those issues and I hope for their sake that it runs smoother and better for upcoming customers or they will have more upset customers to come. I gave 2 stars just bc of him and Mrs. Donna and Kelly giving the utmost courtesy despite others lack there of. In a nutshell glad the car came out great finally.

The body shop and Trey were amazing! They worked tirelessly to return my car to me in the best shape! I can’t praise Trey and his team enough for the body work. My only complaint is the detailing of my car clean wise before it was returned. It disappointed me. I feel when you spend that much money, your car should be returned in pristine shape. Trey apologized for it.

They did a fantastic job on my auto repair! I love the warranty on the work as well. The customer service I received was the best! This shop stands up for their customers which sadly is a rarity these days. The other drivers insurance company made several claim errors and attempted to blame the shop. I was contacted by the owner as well as Kem a shop manager. He was instrumental with helping me get my claim correct. This shop came recommended for excellent work. They do quality body work, but the way the staff and owners treat the customers like part of their team is what makes this a 5 star auto body repair business. I find it sad to see complaints about taking too long. Yes, not having your car is miserable, but quality work takes time. I am so impressed with the work done on my car and the excellent customer care from everyone at the shop, office staff, body shop managers, to the owners. A business that takes pride in quality work and cares about their customers is hard to find. I will highly recommend CBS Collision to friends, family, and colleagues!

Decided to do business with CBS Collision on E 70th despite the other two shop recommendations I received following my accident (fault of another driver) because of the outstanding reviews I’ve read about them. However, my experience has NOT been even close to outstanding!!!!1. Communication skills are poor: they will not contact you about any updates to your vehicle such as delays with your pick up date. The tracker they send you is pointless. You have to call them to get updates. My estimated pickup time was initially changed FIVE TIMES, each day they would tell me your vehicle is almost finished and it should be ready to pickup the next morning, my vehicle was still not ready even after speaking to the manager who ensured me without a doubt it’ll be ready the next day and the day after that. What was supposed to be a 8-15 day repair, turned into an almost 25 day repair. When I received my vehicle back, my windshield wipers (the ones that were on my car when it arrived to the shop) were NOT put back onto my car and they told me they didn’t have them so I had to buy brand new ones.2. Additional Repair: FURTHERMORE, my vehicle had to get towed back to the shop three weeks later for additional repair because my car stopped accelerating on the interstate and plenty of fluid leaked from my car. I was told a part came off and caused a problem with my transmission, they offer a year warranty so I didn’t have to come out of pocket to get it fixed however after constantly calling and getting updates on my car (because they won’t give you a courtesy update as mentioned before) I finally get told my car is ready.3. Poor work ethic: When I got my keys back, I started my car and my check engine light was on. (Mind you they had to pull my car up to the front). I called them, still sitting outside in the SAME SPOT THEY PULLED MY CAR TO and told them about the light and they informed me that they would have to check it with their scanner, THEN they tell me the scanner has to charge, so come back in a hour or take it to auto zone or somewhere to get a free diagnostics. I didn’t feel comfortable driving my car with the check engine light still on, so I chose to wait the “hour” for the scanner to charge. I got a ride back home and got a call back a COUPLE of hours later, that their scanner is not working so I would have to take it to auto zone to get the diagnostic if I wanted to find out what’s wrong with my car so they could see if it was from the wreck or something they did. By this point my ride has to be to work in 40 minutes and I have to be to work in a couple of hours, so I said fine I’ll take it to get the diagnostics ran so that they can get my car fixed. I get NOT EVEN A FULL MILE DOWN THE ROAD and my car stops accelerating and fluid once again starts leaking everywhere. I called them back, they sent a tow truck, and since I had to be to work soon, I asked could they pay for a rental car until they get my car repaired because the service I’ve been receiving has been ridiculous and Ive been without a car and everyday that they lie and tell me my car will be ready it turns out to be the day after that and the day after that which has also caused me to miss work a couple of days.5. Inconsiderate: They said a rental would have to be approved by the manager which was “in a meeting”. But not for the day they had to tow the car because allegedly the rental company they used was closed. The next day they tell me there’s nothing they can do about a rental, speak with my insurance company. Even after me explaining to them that because of them keeping my car for almost a month the first time, I only had one day left of rental from my insurance company.My experience has been such a headache to the point that I made the decision to come out of pocket and pay for my own rental (which is not cheap) just to ease some of the frustrations and have a reliable ride to work. UPDATE: After having my rental for going on two weeks with no progress on my car i decided to get my car towed to another shop.

I am very happy to have found Charles (just by luck). My neighbors tree limb fell on my truck destroying my windshield and causing some body damage (on the firewall of all places which is more difficult to repair). I only had liability insurance on it, and the neighbors home insurance said it wasnt covered (act of nature). I received a quote from a few different body shops in town, but I wasnt really happy with any of them. I wanted another opinion and I decided to go to Charles because they where close to my house. I do not remember the ladys name that works in the front office, but she was very polite and accommodating. I explained to her I had to pay for the repair out of my own pocket. She gave me a very reasonable estimate and she even worked with her glass people to get a better estimate on my windshield then I already had (which was already the lowest I could find). The repair was flawless and only took about 3 business days. I am very happy to have found a good and honest body shop. Now I just need to find a good mechanic!

When a deer hit my car, Progressive Insurance suggested this shop as a warrantied place so I had my car towed there. When I received my car from the shop on a Friday over 2 weeks later, it had residual issues that I wasnt aware of until after the shop closed so I settled for having to wait until Monday morning to call and discuss. Thankfully, later that evening I received a text survey where I listed my concerns. Within 1.5 hours, the owner of the shop reached out to me to make it all right. I was prepared to have to battle and fight to get things done right but that was not the case AT ALL. I was put back into a rental while my car was taken back and made beyond perfect. She even dealt with the insurance company again for me since Progressives treatment of me and my car was unacceptable. I would trust my car with Elissa and CBS Collision every single time, though I hope to NEVER encounter a deer that way again.

I know a late review. However, I brought my BMW here for hail damage. I believe it was over $5,000.00 in damage. I was very impressed with the staff members I came in contact with during the quote, drop off, and pick up processes. I believe I was told they had just received some type of BMW certification prior to me taking my car in. They did a great job. I picked it up looking like nothing had ever happened to it. I’ll actually be headed back next week for a quote for my truck where someone decided to drag something down the side. Would definitely recommend CBS to others!

Great work completed on my car, the only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the time alotted for my service repair doubled with no communication from them so when I arrive to pick my car up on date first given by them it was not ready, then the next date given it wasnt ready again....the third date I was told to wait one more day after arriving to get my car and I was quite frustrated because I had no rental car expecting my car to be available. After I did get my car, the work completed was to my satisfaction.

Amazing personal attention from Kem -- felt like CBS was behind me and worried about meeting my needs from the start of this process. A bad situation where a silly driver hit me from behind to damage my beautiful (and quite expensive) Cadillac XT5 was made better knowing I had this trustworthy and reliable team working to meet my high expectations.I hope I never have to use CBS again, but if I need this type of help, theyll be the only company Ill consider.

This place is terrible!!!! My vehicle went in with one small dent from a golf ball and had other areas with scratches so we decided to paint them as well as where the golf ball dent was. When I went to pick it up they had put another dent 6 inches from where the first one was!!! Then tried to sell it to me saying that it was already there! After arguing with the manager asking why would I bring this to you and you fix one dent then leave one less than 6 inches away “ which was not there and he and I knew it” he said just leave it and they will fix it. Well they did. My truck is black the paint looks like it came from a wrecked car auction very low quality orange peeled very bad. I am having it repainted as we speak! They charged me $2700.00 and all I got out of it was a dent repair. There were items stolen out of my truck while it was in there the interior of the vehicle looked like they did the body work with the windows down. When I picked it up the batteries were almost dead and for some reason they had it in 4wd low. Very VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE!!!!! Would not take a farm truck to these guys they lie and are slow

My Son had to have some minor work done due to some rock damage to his 2018 Chevrolet Silverado. Originally he took it to Westport Body Works, although they had good reviews it was a bad choice. After they finished the work the first time and looking over the vehicle and finding numerous things wrong we put it back in and finishing it the 2nd time and still not right he decided to take it to CBS so they could correct All of Westports screw ups...(and there were alot of them )so now to CBS, Difference of night and day!!! Great staff, Great customer service, VERY organized, very clean, kept us informed, great work !!! Everyone I met was very friendly !!! Just an all around good experience!!! After meeting Doug and talking wit him made us fee like we were in good hands, he was GREAT !!! My only complaint was that it wasnt finished when they said it would be but with all the back and forth with the insurance company I understand, CBS and the insurance company ( Progressive ) wanted to make sure everything was right. And FINALLY it was !!! A real big THANK YOU to Doug at CBS and Michael at Progressive for taking care of business!!!

Horrible experience. Poor customer service and very unprofessional. Told me it’d take five days to fix my car but ended up being over a month. They’re just scamming the insurance company. They wouldn’t call you or let you know that there was any delays either. Never coming back here again!

It took almost 2 weeks to do a job that I was told would take 2 days. Then the rental car company had to call me to tell me my car was ready for pick up. About three minutes later CBS called me telling me my car was ready! They lied and said they called me about the car being ready four days prior, but my call log on my phone bill proves that was a lie. This is a highly unprofessional company and the employees lie. I will not go back!!

Paint looked great 25ft out. Insurance was paying for the paint job. The areas where damaged, got fixed, but those areas had paint bubbles and scratches. Areas that where not damaged had new dings and scratches. When asking managment about these, they denied everything. Do not go to them, use anyone esle!
