I used to frequent this laundromat for years. Once COVID hit their restricted hours were a hassle but I still used them. The man who works evenings is wildly unprofessional to other patrons but I still came.They increased price on all wash and dry and I grumbled. Now, at least half of the dryers dont work at any given time, and the ones that are up and running dont have heat half the time. The entire dryer wall is at least 50 years old and I wont go there any longer until that changes.

The pick up and drop off laundry service is exceptional in the quality of service provided. They do an excellent job with the folding and hanging of the items washed and the delivery driver is communicative and accommodating. I have tried all the other services in the area and I have been impressed only by Curtis.

Worked one day and said I wasnt going to work out. Didnt even give me a chance.

I stopped in the Michigan st location yesterday. I found the facility clean and in order. The lady working was very nice and extremely helpful. I recommend this business. Keep up the great job.

Very customer oriented! If theres ANY problem or misunderstanding, they go above and beyond to solve the issue regardless of how minor the issue is. I am now a customer for life!

Employee not wearing a mask, not asking customers to wear masks, not following safety guidelines, ... I’ve been coming here for 10 years and this will likely be the last time.Edit: Definitely glad I shopped around, there’s cheaper in town for sure.

Not doing everything they can to keep customers safe from COVID 19. Staff doesnt always wear masks and they have a sign on the door that gives customers permission/loophole reason to enter without a mask. It says if you are not wearing a mask they will assume you have a medical condition. (Also says they cant ask you about your medical condition, so people just dont wear them). I saw a guy read it and take his mask off! (Apparently just then he was diagnosed with a medical condition?) see staff cleaning surfaces, so I know they are trying to stay safe in some ways, but fans are just blowing around air from unmasked customers. Breaks my heart that the cleaners in the medical area of GR is undermining safe policies.

Never get anything of great value dry cleaned here. I dropped of my bridesmaid dress to this location and when I arrived to pick it up my dresses belt was gone. They had little to no explanation as to where it had gone. I had to call several times to see if it had been found and days later after it was found I had to drive 30 minutes away to pick it up. The staff and professionalism of this location is poor, take your business elsewhere.

I have to update my review. the Michigan address has huge blower ac that makes you feel like youre in a wind tunnel. Clearly not safe today, that is if you dont want to significantly increase your chance of catching something as airborne as covid. Considering the amount of older clientele this should have been an absolute priority.

Ive always loved this laundromat...however please ensure masks on all patrons during this time as I seen this morning 2 ppl no masks...yes i wear mine but i dont want they covid germs on me...hopefully I dont ha e to find elsewhere to do my clothes...this is not cool

Dryer efficiency has reduced recently.

The self serve laundry machines are fine enough but they constantly raise their prices.

The creepy guy who works there took all my wet laundry and put it in the dryer. Then was upset and complaining about how much it cost him? I was so creeped out I just gave him the money, took my clothes and left.

Ive always taken my dry cleaning to this location. NEVER had a problem. They are super quick, do a great job, and great communication. They email you when youre clothes are done and get it done the day you bring it if you get it there early (unless they tell you otherwise). One cool thing they offer is FREE sewing. Ive broken many buttons and just tell them when dropping off and they return it with a new button! Pretty cool for a guy that doesnt have the time or know how to sew.

Curtis Cleaners has disappointed me in every possible way as a customer. As an equestrian I rely on places to wash my horses blankets. They have clear signs in their facility to not wash horse blankets in their machines. I’m happy not to do that, until they’ve now lost my horses blanket. At the end of April I dropped off two of my horses blankets to their Michigan St location. After no response or communication that my order was ready. On May 21 assuming that was plenty of time to clean 2 blankets I went in and was told the blankets were at their Lowell facility. On May 22 I received an email my order was ready. On May 24 I went back to Michigan Street and only 1 blanket was ready. I was told the other blanket was still in Lowell. I sent them two polite emails (5/29 and 6/8) inquiring on the missing blanket. No reply. I called on Thursday June 14 to see if the other blanket was ready and was told yes it was and I could pick it up at the Michigan St location. I went in today it was not there. They have lost my horse’s $200+ blanket and offer no communication. This is a poor example of customer service that has now cost me wasted time and energy locating what they lost and I will now have to replace the lost blanket.*Update*After what was a negative experience, Curtis Cleaners reached out to me directly following my review and remedied the situation. I appreciate their quick response and willingness to correct the mistakes. Thank you very much for your attention in this matter.

Put pants in for dry cleaning, but when they came back they were shrunk. Tried to contact management like 10 times. The staff just gave me the run around. Dont go there. I guess a $50 pair of pants is a small price to pay to know who NOT to do business with.

They are very customer focused- I use to drop my laundry off at their store and always got it back same day. Now I use their pick up and delivery and love it. Leon, my pick up driver, takes good care of my laundry and even left a nice note at holidays thanking us for our business. You can also pay online which I like.

When our dryer broke we brought our laundry to Curtis to dry. It was always a very clean and quiet environment. The staff was very helpful when I got a 20 from the ATM and desperately needed it broken (who wants $20 in quarters in their pocket?) the lady was very nice and broke it without a hassle. Highly recommend this laundromat.

Person on the desk was in a big hurry to leave and made me take my clothes out of the dryer still wet, because she had to go. Worst customer service experience Ive ever encountered in a laundromat. They should know that, if your clothes are in the dryer still at 10pm they should wait.

The lady at the counter was not only unhelpful but belligerently rude and ignorant of her own field of work I would never recommend this to anyone in the area woman used racial slurs towards me

I had a Ralph Lauren white down comforter cleaned by Curtis Cleaners, and they did an exceptional job! Gone was the slightly yellowed edge. It was as white as it was when it was brand new. I highly recommend them to everyone who needs anything dry cleaned. Becky Barrett

R U D E There is no excuse for rudeness in and no room for it in a business. You can say things two ways, one is to be informative and respectful and the other is to yell, w/ hostility and anger. The employees here choose the latter. What happened? I dozed off while waiting for my laundry to finish. If you can’t tell the difference between someone who dozed off or someone who is sleeping in your business then you lack humanity and dignity. MAGA to the max.

They first gave me the wrong estimate for my jacket. Told me it would be a week. I came back the same day the ticket said to and she told me it was wrong and it would be two more weeks. It’s been a month and absolutely no one has called me??? I was never given a new date or ticket or price, have never been updated on the status of my jacket. What’s the deal?

Nice staff, good work, got a coffee stain out of a brand new work shirt. They did however mess up instructions for basic starch, I asked for light starch on two shirts, and no starch on another. Oh well, decent work, fast as well, and a great location.

Ive never run across any issues here. The place is clean and there are plenty of machines. It can get a little busy at peak times.Its safe, well lit, and on the corner of a busy intersection.

Absolutely recommend this place- as far as laundromats go this is a clean, well maintained establishment. The staff is kind and courteous and the machines are fast!

Rae was fantastic under pressure! We accidentally flooded the shop because another employee forgot to put up out of order signs and Rae was left to handle everything herself, even turning down our offers to help. Rae deserves a bonus!!

Its clean and the staff is always friendly. While I was there yesterday I dont they are now offering $2.00 double loads, which is exciting, but both bathrooms were out of order.

Its clean, well lit and easily accessible. Plus there is free WiFi and good coffee across the street.

Wi-Fi! (because we all care about that!) Nice location, a variety of machines for you to choose from. Nice and cool inside. The folding tables and tops of the machines were clean and free of any spills or debris. The staff was visible for any assistance we needed. The parking lot was small but that may only become on issue depending on the time/day you come in. Would recommend to others.

Incredibly rude staff, if I could give it no stars I would. If you are in a pinch and really need to laundry you’d have better luck burning your clothes than coming here.

Started off great. Loved how many washers were open & the large ones at that. Went and got change after putting in my first couple loads(was a bit more expensive than I expected) and came back to my sandwich haven been stolen. Who steals someones sandwich of all things? Wasnt that big of deal, so I continued on with my laundry. One of my washes came out just absolutely soaked. Just drenched. No big deal again I thought Ill just have to dry it longer. But the thing that got me was when a girl who came up wanting to use the dryer after me left her also soaking wet laundry next to where I was folding clothes(huge puddle entailed), saying she worked there and would I mind if she left her clothes there? I didnt mind at all actually until the puddle almost completely covered where I had been folding my clothes. I decided since she worked there (I wouldnt normally mention it to a person who didnt get paid to do anything about it) that I would let her know that there was a huge puddle coming from her laundry. She responded with there are puddles everywhere; clearly having no intention of doing anything about it. I decided not to finish folding my laundry there and put a caution wet sign I found near me next to her laundry, seeing how she didnt care if anyone slipped and hurt themselves. Overall, not impressed...and sandwichless.

Always very clean and professional staff-a little more spendy than most places but you get what you pay for! I never have to worry about people messing with my laundry, being harassed by people outside or it being too busy for me to find a dryer!

Staffs pretty rude and unhelpful. Pick up/delivery was inconsistent and more often than not I had to make the trip to pick up my laundry. Switched back to good ol Sheldon for their pick up/delivery.

The staff is always pleasant and helpful and willing to help with problems. I sometimes forget to bring hangers for clothes that need to be air dried and they always have stacks of hangers ready to use. The place is clean even the bathrooms look and smell good and are always properly stocked. I use to use the laundromat on Fuller and Michigan but after too many bad experiences i came back to Curtis. I love the new machines and countertops. They might have went up in price but its bedding after they were closed cuz he wet the bed. I teally appreciated that. :)clothes that

This place has got to flipping kidding me! first you charge too much to wash and the damn washers dont even use that much water to clean you flippin clothes! therefore I can only put half the amount of clothes into this giant good for nothing drum you have and use like two rows of your washers and spend $20 in just washing!!!!!!! then they hire the most rude and stupidest people. i washed my work clothes and they came out of the wash smelling like FOOD, not detergents, but FOOD! when I ask the attendant to smell my clothes she said she smells detergent...no you smelled you onion breath and got an attitude when I asked for a refund. didnt matter that I didnt have time to rewash, or the detergent to rewash, YOU DO NOT GET MAD AT A CUSTOMER!!!! THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT AND BC I KNOW WHAT I LIKE AND HOW I WANT MY CLOTHES CLEANED, I WONT BE GOING BACK HERE.......EVER!! This is the SECOND TIME I have had to deal with BITCHY customer service, poor equipment, and wasted my money and time!

Does the job. I the staff are usually helpful. The bathroom is a little scary (cold, dark, small, outdated).

This laundromat is over-priced and sometimes unpleasant. The employees can be extremely unhelpful and annoying if you need anything. Several machines out of order the few times Ive been here. I wouldnt recommend coming here if you have to interact with the staff or if you have other options.

Dropped off a white skirt for dry cleaning. They didnt get the stain out and had the gall to charge me almost $20 to clean ONE skirt. Even after I asked if theyd give it another try. Horrible customer service.

This place was filthy: wads of hair on the floor, spills on the machines, and more. Many, many machines were broken, some of them with out of order signs dated over a month ago. The only reason I stayed is because its open so late. FYI: as of 2/17/14 itll only be open until 10pm.

I paid for their wash-and-fold service and two of my Ralph Lauren t-shirts mysteriously went missing 🤔

They told me the bill would be 14 dollars and than after cleaning they cost me 39 dollars.
